经过十几年的摸索、积累与实验,取得了巨大的突破,已经完成与世界五百强企业以及部分国

内尖端企业产品的比对。比对结果显示我公司产品的流变、触变、悬浮稳定性等性能方面已经

完全超越全球同类产品,而且将此项技术推广应用到其他超微或者纳米粉体(亚微米级碳化硅

微粉、亚微米级氧化铝微粉、亚微米级氮化硅微粉、纳米级碳酸钙、纳米级二氧化硅等),均

同时,我公司在难选矿物选矿药剂的开发上也取得了重大成果,公司研发的WJ型选矿药剂

在全国各地选矿厂、各种矿性的试验中均取得了优异的指标,尤其是对含硅型矿物脱除二氧化

硅和硅酸盐矿物以及磁黄铁矿选别具有良好效果。现向全国各个选矿科研机构、矿山企业免费

Qingdao Weijing Industry Co., Ltd. was established in Chengyang District of Qingdao in

2021. Its predecessor is Qingdao horizon Mining Machinery Co., Ltd., Qingdao Chengyang District

horizon new material factory and Ordos Weijing Trading Co., Ltd. Is a solution to energy saving,

production and efficiency programs and product development, sales as one of the company. In the

early days of its establishment, the company mainly produced and sold hydrocyclones, wear-resistant pipes, mineral processing reagents and other products, and introduced the concept of lining

experiment, our company has made a great breakthrough, and has completed the comparison with

results show that the rheology, thixotropy, suspension stability and other properties of our products

the wear of the material. Ceramics are composed of grains, grain boundary phases and pores. In the sintering process, some

additives and impurities added to ceramics mainly exist in the form of second phase or glass phase on the grain boundary.

Their existence will have a certain impact on the bonding strength between grains. This kind of influence can develop in

two directions. The progress of technology can make the second phase or the secondary phase develop in a favorable

direction, which can make it have \"pinning effect\", so that it can accurately control the growth and development of grain

size, and increase the fracture toughness of this kind of microcrystalline composite ceramics, so that in the process of

friction and wear, the cracks can be transgranular fracture, and avoid the fracture along the grain boundary where the

料。其中管道内衬氧化铝耐磨陶瓷以其高耐磨性、高

硬度、耐氧化、耐腐蚀性好和极高的耐高低温强度性

能,已成为一种应用最广泛的耐磨材料。

微晶复合陶瓷管道性能优势

01 耐磨性能优异,连续使用至少10年以上时间

经测定,微晶复合陶瓷的耐磨性相当于锰钢的650倍,高铬铸铁的320倍,耐磨性极好。这

种耐磨弯头在制粉系统的应用可极大减轻设备的磨损,根据十余年的现场运行经验,使用

时间至少10年以上,减少了维修频次和费用,可以说是一款永久型产品。

管)及高铝陶瓷复合管相比所具有的多方面优势。

(一) 性能比较 Performance comparison

1. 铸石 Cast stone

以前工业企业的弯头大部分都是使用铸石弯头,这种材料的特点是易碎、易开裂,而

且磨损面背包,壁厚25-35mm,有的竟然超过40mm,内侧短时间磨破开裂后,输送的粉体随

着缝隙向外侧磨损,其寿命也就只有一个大修期。而且内部常有气孔,易留隐患,一旦磨

穿,现场无法修补。

能的局限和工艺的限制,铸钢材料的表面硬度(约60)远低于微晶复合陶瓷(80以上),

耐磨性能仅相当于微晶复合陶瓷的几百分之一至更低,用其制造的弯头在高磨损部位有投

运一个多月就磨穿的情况。此外,铸钢管道厚度大,非常笨重,且含碳量高,可焊性比较

差,需现场对焊缝热处理,给现场的安装维修带来相当大的困难。

10 3. 离心浇注复合陶瓷管(SHS自蔓燃陶瓷复合管)

该工艺采用自蔓延离心浇注方法成型,主要利用物质自身化学反应,放热燃烧产生高

温,在燃烧波蔓延过程中合成新物质的技术。此种方法成型的陶瓷复合管内表面置换出陶

瓷层,与碳钢、锰钢钢管相比,耐磨性能有一定程度的提高,但是由于反应的温度不高

(平均不超过1200℃),反应时间短,还原出来的氧化铝还停留在低温相β- Al2

O3

,并没

有能够转换为高温相α- Al2

O3

(转变温度超过1300℃)。同是氧化铝,但是高温相氧化铝

与低温相氧化铝之间在强度、硬度及密度等性能上有着天壤之别。由于反应时间短,低温

相氧化铝与铁水离心分离不彻底,造成陶瓷层不致密、颗粒松散、硬度低。微晶复合陶瓷

弯头衬贴微晶复合陶瓷块或者整体成型并烧结的弯头,烧结温度高达1500℃,确保材料品

质。从实际防磨的效果来看,微晶复合陶瓷弯头的耐用时间是复合陶瓷弯管的20倍以上。

而且离心浇注复合陶瓷管的技术决定了不适合做弯头及大小头,普通技术条件下,复合陶

瓷管只能做成直管状,要做成弯管或大小头,必须将直管分割成若干段焊接,成型后的弯

头及大小头内壁不是流线型结构,妨碍物料输送,降低设备出力。同时,该种工艺所生产

的陶瓷复合管,微观裂纹多,质脆易碎,容易局部脱落失效,而且脱落后无法修补。

此外,从整个锅炉的吊架承载力来说,铸钢弯头、复合陶瓷弯头都是以重量和厚度来

取胜,有的弯头磨损面壁厚达40多毫米,从机组设计看,无疑给吊架增加重量,缩短了使

用寿命。

metal, the ceramic layer is not dense, the particles are loose and the hardness is low. Microcrystalline

composite ceramic elbows are lined with microcrystalline composite ceramic blocks or integrally formed and

sintered elbows. The sintering temperature is up to 1500 ℃ to ensure the quality of materials. From the

actual anti-wear effect, the durability time of microcrystalline composite ceramic elbow is more than 20 times

that of composite ceramic elbow. Moreover, the technology of centrifugal casting composite ceramic pipe

determines that it is not suitable for elbow and reducer. Under ordinary technical conditions, composite

ceramic pipe can only be made into straight pipe. To make elbow or reducer, straight pipe must be divided

into several sections for welding. The inner wall of formed elbow and reducer is not streamline structure,

which hinders material transportation and reduces equipment output. At the same time, the ceramic composite

pipe produced by this process has many micro cracks, is brittle and fragile, is easy to fall off and fail,

and can not be repaired after falling off.

4.高铝陶瓷 High aluminum ceramics

高铝陶瓷是以氧化铝为主要原料而制备的一种高性能陶瓷,以其耐高温、抗氧化、耐

磨损、绝缘性好等优良性能,成为当今世界上应用最广的陶瓷材料之一。但是、目前我国

高铝陶瓷生产与应用存在的问题很多,突出表现在生产过程中,铝含量在88%—93%之间的

高铝陶瓷工业性能还比较好,铝含量大于93%的高铝陶瓷机械性能并不好,而铝含量在95%

以上的高铝陶瓷在很多情况下显示的不是耐磨性能,而是耐火性能。而且烧成温度随着铝

含量的上升却大幅度增加,成本也大幅度增加,产量却不高。因此,烧结温度过高、生产

周期长、能耗过大及产品成本提高而质量反而下降等现象一直困扰着高铝陶瓷的工业化、

规模化生产。微晶复合陶瓷与高铝陶瓷相比,由于选用了高分散性能的亚微米级原材料和

精细化的处理工艺,最终的烧结制品的平均晶粒尺寸能够精确的控制在2μm以内,平均晶

粒尺寸比高铝陶瓷低一个数量级,使得微晶复合陶瓷的耐磨性能远远优于高铝陶瓷。

目前市场弯头的价格是:合金每吨1.8万元左右,铸石弯头每吨1.3万元,离

心浇注复合弯头(SHS自蔓燃陶瓷复合弯头)每吨1.7万元。这几类弯头特别重,

它们是以重量来谋利润。也就是说,一个合金弯头的价格是微晶复合陶瓷弯头的

两倍,用一个合金弯头的钱,可以买两个微晶复合陶瓷弯头,微晶复合陶瓷弯头

的使用寿命是这种合金弯头的20倍以上,用使用寿命与价格比,微晶复合陶瓷

弯头是合金弯头的50倍以上。

水力旋流器是利用离心力场分离两相流体的高效分离设备,它依靠离心沉降进行分离,

将需要分离的两相混合液以一定的压力从旋流器圆筒段上部的进料口以切线或者渐开线的方

式送入,从而在旋流器内部形成强烈的旋转运动。由于两相之间的密度差异,导致颗粒之间

所受的离心力和流体曳力的大小不同,使得大部分轻相(或细粒级)通过旋流器溢流管排

出,而重相(或粗粒级)则由底流口排出。

Hydrocyclone is an efficient separation equipment which uses centrifugal force field to separate two-phase fluid. It
