真空镀膜（PVD）一般介绍：

PVD涂层具有硬度HV3000左右，提高耐磨性能。精度高，控制在微米级，

不影响零件尺寸，涂层致密，提高防腐性能，温度低，工作不变形等优点 。

PVD涂层的覆盖范围非常广泛

比如：

1、切削刀具类：刀具，刀片，滚刀类等。

2、各类模具：冲压成型模具，塑胶模具，汽车模具，压铸模具等。

3、零部件：需要耐磨防腐以及无油状态的摩擦件。真空镀膜（PVD）特点：

真空镀膜（PVD）是广泛应用的工业超硬薄膜技术，以其高硬度、低磨损

率、低磨擦系数、强抗腐蚀性、抗黏着性等优越的使用性能广泛应用于模

具工业中。

在模具的使用过程中，早期失效经常出现。失效的因数通常是磨损、腐蚀、

融合、粘着等。

其问题不单是拖延生产周期，也大大增加了生产成本，进而影响企业竞争

力。

为此，业界陆续推出不同的解决方案，而真空镀膜（PVD）表面处理技术

是倍受青睐的方案，能最有效的解决上述难题。

PVD涂层技术可以广泛应用于各类磨损、咬合、腐蚀、粘着、融合等而引

起失效的工具、模具、机械零件、医疗器械等。

其中，因磨损引起的失效的产品（如：冲裁、冷镦、粉末成型等）涂层后

可提高寿命2-20倍以上；因咬合引起产品或模具的拉伤问题（如：引伸模、

拉伸模、翻边模等），涂层后可以从根本上予以解决。真空镀膜（PVD）工作原理：

在高温，真空钛金炉内，借用惰性气体的辉光放电使金属或合金离子化，

电子在电场的作用下加速飞向基片的过程中与氩原子发生碰撞，电离出大

量的氩离子和电子，电子飞向基片，氩离子在电场的作用下加速轰击靶材，

溅射出大量的靶材原子，呈中性的靶原子（或分子）沉积在基片上成膜。

二次电子在加速飞向基片的过程中受磁场洛仑磁力的影响，被束缚在靠近

靶面的等离子体区域内，该区域内等离子体密度很高，二次电子在磁场的

作用下围绕靶面做圆周运动，该电子的运动路径很长，在运动过程中不断

撞击电离出大量的氩离子轰击靶材，经过多次的碰撞后电子的能量逐渐降

低，拜托磁力线的束缚，远离靶材，最终沉积在基片（需要镀膜的物件）

上，从而形成色泽丰富艳丽，硬度很高的金属膜 。

Characteristics of VacuumDeposition(PVD) ：Vacuum plating (PVD) is a widely used industrial superhard film technology. It iswidelyused in the die and mould industry for its high hardness, low wear rate, lowfrictioncoefficient, strong corrosion resistance and adhesion resistance. In the processof usingthe die, early failure often occurs. Failure factors are usually wear, corrosion, fusion, adhesion, etc. The problem is not only to delay the production cycle, but alsotogreatlyincrease production costs, thereby affecting thecompeti_x0002_tiveness of enterprises. For this reason, the industry hasintroduced different solutions, and vacuumcoating(PVD) surface treatment technology is the most popular solution, which cansolvetheabove problems most effectively. PVD coating technology can be widely usedinvariouswear, occlusion, corrosion, adhesion, fusion and other failure caused by tools, dies, mechanical parts, medical devices and so on. PVD涂层工艺是在450~500℃高真空的环境下进行的，所以对需要涂层的工件材

料和表面预处理有一定要求。为了更有效的发挥PVD涂层性能，将我们的指导意

见说明如下：

因涂层的工件需要有可以装夹的部位，不太可能实现全部涂覆。如果有特殊部位

不能涂层，需要提前告知我们，建议您在工件上明确标识出以下部位：

1、必须涂层的功能部位

2、不能涂层的部位

3、可涂可不涂的部位

4、PVD涂层可以涂覆具有复杂形状的工件，但可以涂覆的内孔的径深比（直径

与孔深的比值）需大于1：1，且涂层的厚度随孔或槽加深，涂层厚度变薄。

1、PVD厚度范围2~5μm，且可以通过工艺精确控制涂层厚度，通常不会影响尺

寸公差大于5μm的工作精度。

2、如果您的产品尺寸精度要求更高，请预留余量，并事先沟通说明。

PVD涂层工艺是在450~500℃,高真空的环境下进行的工具钢必须经过500℃以上

的高温回火处理，并保持可以满足使用需求硬度，比如冷作模具钢Cr12Mov需经

过3次高温回火以确保材料的尺寸和硬度等特性的稳定。需涂层工件必须是导电

的。因PVD过程是将整个工件装入炉内进行的，所以无论是否需要涂层的部分，

都需符合以上条件。

PVD可为最大尺寸不超过900*450*300mm的工件涂层。工件表面限制

1、工件表面不能做其他的表面改性处理，如电镀、渗氮、渗碳、碳化、氧化发

黑、TD或CVD等；

2、工件表面不能有锈蚀、腐蚀、油漆、胶水等；

3、表面粗糙度要求：一般的刀具、模具和零配件在满足使用需求的前提下越光

滑越好，成型面Ra<0.2μm为宜；对于镜面塑胶模具、蚀纹模具等，则完全以产

品需求为准（客户自行处理）；

4、组合模具或镶嵌工具，能够拆开的必须拆为单独零件；

5、焊接工件表面需彻底清洁，不能有氧化层或埋孔。

1、高速钢、工具钢等工件在发货前需涂轻质防锈油，以 防工件锈蚀。WC系硬

质合金产品不需要。

2、工件需要小心独立包装，以免运输途中损伤，尤其是刀具和表面要求高的工

件。

3、高速钢、工具钢等工件在涂层后，我们也会涂防锈油（有特殊要求的除外）

可以提供在钢材工件的退镀重镀服务，硬质合金材料不能重复退镀后再涂层。

1、待涂层的材料及牌号；

2、回火温度和硬度；

3、标识（或说明）涂层的功能面（即涂层的重点面）；

4、尺寸精度要求特别高的工件，需要说明具体精度要求和预留尺寸；

5、使用条件，如被加工材料、加工速度等主要参数，以便于我们推荐最适合的

The process of PVD coating is carried out in the high vacuum environment of 450 ~ 500℃, sothere are certain requirements for the workpiece materials and surface pretreatment whichneed to be coated. To be more effective to give full play to the properties of PVD coatings, our guidelines are as follows:

Because of the need for clamping parts of the coated workpiece, it is unlikely to achieve full coating. If there are special parts that can not be coated, we need to inform us in advance, werecommend that you work in the workpiece.The following parts are clearly identified on the top: 1. Functional parts of necessary coatings 2. Non-coatable parts 3. Paintable or non-coatable parts 4. PVD coatings can be applied to workpieces with complex shapes, but can beapplied to inner holes. The ratio of diameter to depth (the ratio of diameter to hole depth) should be greater

than 1:1, and the thickness of the coating depends on the hole or groove. The coatingthickness becomes thinner as the coating deepens. 1. The thickness of PVD ranges from 2 to 5 microns, and the coating thickness can beaccurately controlled by process. Usually it will not affect the working accuracy of dimensiontolerance greater than 5 microns. 2. If your product size accuracy requirements are higher, please reserve the margin andcommunicate in advance.

The process of PVD coating is carried out at 450-500 ℃. The tool steel must be temperedat high temperature above 500 C in high vacuum environment, and the hardness can be maintained to meet the application requirements. For example, thecold working die steel Cr12Mov has to be tempered three

times at high temperature to ensure the stability of material size and hardness. The workpieceto be coated must be conductive. Because the PVD process will be the whole workpiece is loaded into the furnace, so whether the coating is needed or not,

it must meet the above requirements.

PVD can be coated on workpieces with a maximum size not exceeding 900*450*300mm. Workpiece Surface Limitation

1. The workpiece surface can not be modified by other surface modification treatments, suchas electroplating, nitriding, carburizing, carbonization, oxidation blackening, TDor CVD, etc. 2. No rust, corrosion, paint or glue on the surface of the workpiece. 3. Surface Roughness Requirements: The smoother the tool, die and spare parts are, thebetter, Ra < 0.2 micron is suitable for forming surface. For mirror plastic moulds,etching mouldsand so on, the product requirements are taken as the criterion (custom_x0002_ers handle themby themselves). 4. Combination dies or mosaic tools, which can be disassembled, must be disassembled intoindividual parts. 5. The surface of welded workpiece should be thoroughly cleaned, and no oxide layer or buriedhole should be found. 1. High-speed steel, tool steel and other workpieces need to be coated with light anti-rust oil before being sent to Sairoda. To prevent rust of workpiece. WC series cemented carbideproducts are not required. 2. Workpieces need to be packed carefully and independently in order to avoid damage duringtransportation, especially for workpieces with high cutter and surface require-ments. 3.
