1、 外形美观：阀门为Y型和T型阀体，采用耐低温合金钢精锻和精铸而成，外形美观内通道流畅。

2、 流通力强： 设计和加工时保证了阀门进出口及内关闭口通径里外一致，流体压降小，流通力强。

3、 结构合理： 不锈钢阀杆特硬镜面配套组合密封，杆头和阀瓣滚珠连接，结构合理又能减少密封面磨损。

4、 密封优异： 考虑到制冷介质的不同，以及动态密封极限的的保证，阀杆与阀体的动态密封处采用三道耐低

温进口“O”圈及四氟填料，防松耐磨。阀门关闭密封为锥度四氟耐磨软密封，在阀门部件同心度的配合下，轻

易确保了阀门的关闭密封可靠性。

5、 选型方便： 各类产品下阀体设计为同一模块零件，方便选型及更换，手轮及保护帽可以任选互换。

工作原理：

常闭型：当线圈通电时，先导阀芯吸合，先导孔打开，阀上腔卸压，活塞

靠下腔介质压力推动，电磁阀打开；当线圈断电时，先导阀芯靠弹簧复位，

先导孔关闭，阀上腔由活塞节流孔增压和复位弹簧的推力，电磁阀关闭。

常开型：当线圈通电时，先导孔关闭，阀上腔由活塞节流孔增压和复位

弹簧的推力，电磁阀关闭。当线圈断电时，先导阀芯靠弹簧复位，先导孔打

开，阀上腔卸压，活塞靠下腔介质压力推动，电磁阀打开。

止回功能：出口端大于进口端压力，介质会反向导通。可安装止回阀或

定制自带止回功能的阀。

Working principle：

Normally closed: when the coil is energized, the pilot spool pull the pilot hole to open, pressure relief valve on the chamber, the piston

cavity medium pressure to promote, the electromagnetic valve is opened; when the coil power, the pilot valve by the reset spring, the

pilot hole is closed, the valve orifice chamber pressurized by the piston return spring and thrust. The electromagnetic valve is closed.

Normally open type: when the coil is energized, the pilot hole is closed, the valve chamber by the piston orifice and the pressure relief

valve spring thrust, the solenoid valve closed. When the coil is powered down, the pilot valve core is reset by the spring, the pilot hole is

opened, the pressure relief valve is arranged on the valve, the piston is driven by the pressure of the lower cavity medium, and the

electromagnetic valve is opened.

Check function: the outlet side is greater than the inlet pressure, the media will reverse conduction. Can install check valve or custom

check valve.

· 电脉冲除水垢（德国Vulcan）

水垢和水锈及细菌问题：

未经处理的“硬水”在管道里流动，水中液体钙逐渐结晶成

胶状结构水垢，四处沉淀即形成并堵塞管道，影响压力及流

量，铁和氧化铁粒吸附在水垢上形成点及块状会加快管道的

腐蚀，而且结垢也是细菌及有害微生物的繁殖滋生地，所以

需要定期进行管道污垢的清除。

生态环保的解决问题：

Vulcanm技术建立在物理性水处理原则的基础之上，利用

特殊电容式电脉冲改变液体钙的结晶过程使水垢失去附着

力，无需使用盐或其他化学药剂。

安装使用：

安装简单，不要任何工具，只需10分钟，金属及非金属管

道都可以安装使用，而且不要维护自动运行，质保长达10年。
