该案辛韩食料理餐厅的门头，以大体块的logo

图案，现代的前卫装置艺术感，手法大胆，风

格极简，和对料理的印象店拉开风格，以年轻

时尚的新面貌示人，和年轻消费者拉近距离，

是创新品牌升级上的又一创新步伐。

This restaurant is located in Jinan and focuses on Fujian health hot pot. The designer deeply explores the

epochal expression of health preservation culture, and conveys the exquisite style of the new health preservation crowd restaurant with young design language.此餐厅坐落于济南，主打养生火锅。设计师深度挖掘养生文化的时

代性表达，用年轻化的设计语言传递新养生人群餐厅的精致格调。室内构成

传统养生人在吃，住，行时

很注重因地制宜、就地取材，

色彩是空间情绪的表达。灰色是褪色老旧的颜色，食客在进入

空间即可感受到来自地摊的氛围和年代的陈旧，木色的自然精

致温和冲淡了灰色带来的暗淡和单调，而点缀的红色似火焰般

将整个空间点燃，市井烟火氛围瞬间充满整个空间。老胖串店 佛山街店

砂锅粥秉承空间作为美食文化载体的理念设计师围绕粥文化展开，葱粥的养生、自然、健康等方面延伸而出，选择符

合北京养生的现代风格，以现代手法营造中式传统的印象，用简洁硬朗的线条传递生滚粥的风格，灵动而不失稳重。

项目地点位于高唐店，是二线城市的热闹商区

我们试图在低地段位复杂且活跃的餐饮集中地定义一个新的西餐形式

我们希望通过材料、色彩和光线，营造舒适轻松且优雅有格调的场所氛围

利用空间布局和设计元素，符合消费者对于「西餐」整体感受

整体运用橘白色调，大理石样的瓷砖突出了低调的高级感，为了凸显餐厅的LOGO,运用背发光字，光线柔和醒目，穿透力强。现代的门面设计，让室

内的光影流动出来。由外见里，巧妙的隔断设计，半隐半出，空间关系层层递进，创造出一个富有深度和质感的空间。

麻辣烤鱼

烤鱼赛道跑出一只黑马，这是我们对这个

品牌的期许，从烤鱼赛道里面下沉一个新

的品类，烤鱼饭，这是我们重新对这个行

业的一个憧憬，通过梳理品牌的核心内容

和品牌识别符号，不断强化符号的重复性

和统一性，让消费者更快的认识和记住品

牌的样子

庆 都 广 场 店

保持布局的开放性，以获得最大的自然光来

填充空间。随意的红砖装饰，吧台、隔断、

墙面由混凝土制成，成为大厅的中心——这

些材料象征着坚定和刚毅。整个室内采用中

性柔和的色调——不同色调的灰色，点缀着

暖色调。
