Features

Transfer differenttypes of bundled fibers to the feeding lattice at a

set speed and proportion. Multiple sets could be used together.

Machine frame is made from Q235-A steel with CNC laser cut, CNC

bending, and completed with modular assembly.

The spiked lattice is high-quality wooden spike, innerlayer with

thick canvas, and border around with wooden pieces for supporting

the lattice.

Feeding conveyorlattice are 2 segments opened leatherlattice,

arranged interlace with high and low positions.

Photoelectric automatic control forfiberfeeding, variable-frequency

conversion speed control for spiked lattice,to controlthe amount of

fiberfeeding.

Aluminium aloy extra-large weighing hopper, each hopper can load

up to 3kg, pneumatic control,the frequency of opening hopperis up

to 3 times per minute with accurate electronic weighing value.

Steel grooved feeding roller, 110mm diameter, with upper & lower

405mm diameter opening rolleris made by seamless steelrod provided

Fiber-feed blowing fan is driven individually, matched with 300mm

Machine main body is a high-quality casted piece (Ht200), is combined

with profile support material after high temperature stress relief

treatment and precision CNC finishing.

Feeding conveyor beltis slipping-proof leather, equipped with fiber

pressing rollers, made constant and reliable feeding.

Four sets of 65mm diameterrollers feeding, with metallic detection,

automatic stop and alarm function.

Main cylinder diameteris 1230mm, and middle doffer diameteris

492mm.

Main cylinder has 5 groups of working rollers and stripperrollers,they

are fully combing to reach a evenly fiber web.

Equipped with a suction edge fan, with 4 suction points, edge suction

are driven into specific fiber storage bin.

Maintenance walkways and guardrails on both sides, protective coveris

Machine frame main structure is made of Q235- A steel folded plate

and profile support material.

Slanted lattice conveyors are pattern embossed,the bottom lattice and

ring lattice are wooden while the rest are leather made lattice.

Each conveyors driving rollers are made of seamless steel pipes, with

special enhanced shaft head.

Web lapping reciprocating movementis driven by synchronous belt

(14M), double-headed timing pulley structure,to-and-fro motor

equipped with gear decelerator.

Web lapping to-and-fro trolley guiding rollers are stainless steel

material with 160mm diameter, chain driving and sharp tapered attwo

The whole machine consists ofthree sets single head quilting machine

with separate control system.

Auto fabric feeding, auto fabric clamping, auto fabric tightening, auto

quilting and auto discharging which can save laborfrom changing

frame manually.

The quilts will divide to three quilting machines automatically.

Keep space for maintenance, one quilting machine stops,the other

two machines can work independently.

With support belt system which can keep quilts flat without sagging

during quilting.
