以下规定适用于维修手册的所有部分：

1. 每一章的各个部分对具体功能以及电气系统和机械系统在操作时间方面的关系做了说明。在这些图解中, 表示机械驱动

的路径；而在信号名称和符号一同出现的场合,箭头 的方向表示电信号的流向。

“打开电源” 这一表示，意味着打开电源开关、关闭前门、关闭输出单元门，以便向设备供电。

2. 在数字电路中，'1' 用于表示给定信号的电压电平“高”，而'0' 则表示给定信号的电压电平“低”。( 但是不同电路的电压值是

不同的。) 除此之外, 星号(*)( 比如在“DRMD*”中的星号) 表示当电平为“0”时有DRMD 信号通过。

实际上在所有情况下，对微处理器的内部运行机制无法现场检查。 因此，对用于机器中的微处理器的操作不作讨论。对它们所做

激光安全性

因为机器内部产生的辐射完全被限制在防护罩，外部盖板及互锁开关内，所以，在用户操作的任何情况下激光束都不会从机器中

泄露。

因此这台机器被归类在按照国际标准 IEC60825-1 正常使用过程中被视为安全的 1 类激光产品。

激光系统的处理

本机被归类为1类激光产品。

但是，在机器内部，射出的激光束是 3B 类，当射入眼睛中时是有害的。

当维修激光组件周围时，务必关闭主电源。

如果必须在电源打开时维修，一定要注意以下事项：

- 在激光光路中，不要使用高反射率的螺丝刀或工具。

- 在开始工作前，摘下手表和戒指。(它们会反射激光束，可能触及眼睛。)

任何有激光束反射潜在危险的盖板都贴上了警告标签，(如图)。如果必须打开盖板并锁定互锁开关，在工作时务必不要使激光束射入眼睛。

下面给出警告遵守安全标准(EN60950-1)。

■ 原稿尺寸检测

● 概述

本机通过来自反射式传感器的反射光线检测结果与扫描单元特定点的组合来识别原稿尺寸. 同样当 ADF 关闭的时候即使原稿移动

也可以准确地识别它。

• 水平扫描方向：读取传感器(15 点测量)

• 垂直扫描方向：反射光电传感器(AB 配置 1 点，英寸配置 1 点)

原始尺寸使用以下步骤确定：

1. 外部光搜索（仅水平扫描方向）

在 LED 为 OFF 的状态下测量水平扫描方向上的各检测位置的传感器电平。

2. 检测每个传感器的输出电平

读取传感器单元的 LED 被打开，并且测量在水平扫描方向上的每个检测位置处的传感器水平。

然后，垂直扫描方向的反射光传感器 LED 被打开，并且测量传感器输出。

原稿的尺寸由这些输出的组合确定。

概述

灰尘检测/校正控制与阴影校正相关联地执行以下处理，以校正灰尘区域中的图像浓度变化（白色条纹）。

1. 在阴影之前，检测到在阴影位置附着的灰尘。

2. 遮阴后，已经检测到的灰尘区域的遮蔽系数得到了修正。

执行时间

灰尘检测/校正控制总是在白色阴影校正期间执行。 对于灰尘有 2 种处理。
