只需要在端门广场西侧的“票务服务窗口”现场预约。

没有残疾人窗口，旺季排队需要15分钟。

午门中间有无障碍入口，人很少，可以带家属。

轮椅租借地点：午门前观众服务中心，先别检票。就在

面向午门左手边，沿着故宫快餐一直往前走。只能现场

办理，不能网上预订。数量有限。

租借费用：公益性质，免费，押金500，可用微信信用

和芝麻信用，跟共享充电宝一样那个免押金方式

租借凭证：60岁以上老人身份证（老人不必亲自去），
