From 19 to 22 November 2021, the first Urban Art Season - Guangzhou International Public Art Fair abbreviation PAF

had been successfully held by the recognition of co-operators, favourable reviews from visitors and buyers, support from

scholars and experts, ebullient reports by the news media and the great job done by all staff. Moreover, the influence of the

debut had greatly overcome our imagination. Therefore, as the first professional exhibition in the public art area, we aim

to build the leading public art trade platform in China. From now on, we will pay back the support and trust from different

areas of society by our vigorous enthusiasm.

Besides, the position of Urban Art Season - Guangzhou International Public Art Fair at first was not only an event, or an

exhibition, which is also a grand art festival, covering the intellectual properties' projects of public art in the city. We aim to

create public art from the public and make it back to the city. We want it to get involved in the development and improve

the human value of the city. Meanwhile, it is an event with super high business value, which construct an information

exchange platform for the public artists and buyers. It also provides a reference for counterpart artists and maintainers

of other spaces such as urban designers, architects, scientists and government engineers. Besides, this event creates a

professional platform for the general public to step into public art. As the prerequisite of a flourishing public art market, we

tend to make public art serve the city, the participators of urban construction and the public.

In the background of urban regeneration and human

city construction, the human value becomes more

requested as the 'engine'. Art can define the character and

show the warmth, the quality, the demand of cultural and

humanistic concerns of a city. As the first exhibition mainly

focuses on public art, I hope Guangzhou International

Public Art Fair can gather more excellent institutions and

art resources and construct unconstrained academic and

market communication platforms. Then it can promote

the spread and improvement of public art and provide

powerful support for urban regeneration and human city
