Since the mid-20th century, with the rapid economic development of all

countries in the world, urban problems have become increasingly serious. Those problems include environmental pollution, lack of resources, population expansion, traffic congestion and so on. Overcoming and solving

these problems is a severe test faced by all countries in the world in urban

management. In this environment, the concept of smart city came into being. What is a smart city? What are the characteristics of a smart city? What

impact does it bring to our life and urban development? What opportunities

建设智慧城市是信息技术发展的需要。当前,全球信息技术呈加速发展趋势,

信息技术在国民经济中的地位日益突出,信息资源也日益成为重要的生产要素。

智慧城市正是在充分整合、挖掘、利用信息技术与信息资源的基础上,汇聚人类

的智慧,赋予物以智能,从而实现对城市各领域的精确化管理,实现对城市资源

的集约化利用。为了更好地研究智慧城市建设给人们的生活和城市发展带来的影

响,我们通过调查问卷的方式,收集一手资料进行研究。Building a smart city is the

need of information technology development. At present, the development of global

information technology is accelerating. Information technology plays an increasingly

prominent role in the national economy, and information resources have increasingly

become an important factor of production. Based on the full integration, mining and

utilization of information technology and information resources, a smart city gathers

human wisdom and endows things with intelligence, so as to realize the accurate

management of various fields of the city and the intensive utilization of urban resources. In order to better study the impact of smart city construction on people's life and urban

development, we collected first-hand data through questionnaires. 一、调查对象 Respondents:

我们以不记名的方式对普通民众进行调查。 We conducted an anonymous

survey of ordinary people. 二、调查方式 Survey Method:

本次调查采取的是网络问卷调查。问卷调查使用问卷星系统,采取微信朋友

圈发布问卷进行调查,问卷调查共持续十一天的时间。本次问卷共填写 217 份,

其中 18 岁以下未成年人共填写 71 份,18 岁到 40 岁成人共填写 45 人,41 岁到

60 岁成人共填写 79 份,61 岁以上成人共填写 22 份。This survey adopts an online

questionnaire survey. The questionnaire survey uses the questionnaire star system and

adopts the questionnaire released by a wechat circle of friends. The questionnaire

四、调查结果综合分析 Comprehensive analysis of survey results

(一)整体分析 Overall Analysis: 1.在填写问卷的人群中,32.72%为不超过 18 周岁人群,20.74%为 18 周岁至 40

周岁人群,36.41%为 40 至 60 周岁人群,10.14%为 60 周岁以上人群,各年龄段

都有一定比例,通过这份问卷可以收集各年龄段的数据。Among the people who

filled in the questionnaire, 32.72% are people under the age of 18, 20.74% are people

between the ages of 18 and 40, 36.41% are people between the ages of 40 and 60, and

10.14% are people over the age of 60. There is a certain proportion in all age groups. The data of all age groups can be collected through this questionnaire.

2.在填写问卷的人群中,有 35.02%的人为学生,有 1.84%的人为行政机关人员,

有 34.1%的人为企事业单位人员,有 17.97%的人为商务服务行业人员,有 11.06%

的人从事其他职业。基本包含社会的各个阶层,说明问卷呈现的结果是相对有效

were administrative personnel, 34.1% were personnel of enterprises and institutions, 17.97% were personnel of business service industry, and 11.06% were engaged in other

occupations. It basically includes all levels of society, indicating that the results

presented by the questionnaire are relatively effective.

在一线城市,有 15,21%的人生活在二线城市,有 11.98%的人生活在三线城市,

有 8.29%的人生活在四线城市,每种类型都有一定比例,所以我们可以收集到各

super first tier cities, 23.04% in first tier cities, 15.21% in second tier cities, 11.98% in

third tier cities and 8.29% in fourth tier cities. Each type has a certain proportion, so we

4.在对智慧城市了解程度的调查分析中,所收集的数据平均值为 6.29 分,可以说

明人们对于智慧城市有一定的了解,并且切实体会到了智慧城市的存在,但是人

们的了解程度还不是特别高,所以我们准备开展的行动是进行智慧城市的宣传,

让更多的人了解智慧城市。 In the investigation and analysis of the understanding of

smart cities, the average value of the collected data is 6.29 points, which can show that

people have a certain understanding of smart cities and actually realize the existence of

smart cities, but people's understanding is not particularly high, so our action is to

publicize smart city and let more people know about smart city.

5.在填写问卷的人群中,有 22.58%的人对所在地智慧城市建设非常满意,有

52.07%的人比较满意,说明智慧城市给人们的生活带来了便利;有 22.58%的人

不太满意,有 2.76%的人不满意,说明智慧城市的发展和建设中还有一些问题和

弊端有待改善。Among the people who filled in the questionnaire, 22.58% were very

satisfied with the construction of smart cities and 52.07% were relatively satisfied, indicating that smart cities have brought convenience to people's life; 22.58% and

2.76% are not satisfied, indicating that there are still some problems and disadvantages

to be improved in the development and construction of smart cities.

6.在填写问卷的人群中,有 86.18%的人通过互联网、微信、微博等新媒体了解智

慧城市的相关信息,有 40.55%的人通过官博、电视了解相关信息,有 33.41%的

人会通过亲友、同事、同学了解相关信息,有 35.48%的人通过书籍、报刊、杂

志了解相关信息。网络信息技术的发展也是智慧城市建设进程中的一部分,现在

人们获取信息的渠道正在从传统的文字向网络转变。Among the people who filled

out the questionnaire, 86.18% of them learned about smart cities through the Internet, WeChat, Weibo and other new media, 40.55% through official blogs and TV, 33.41%

through relatives, friends, colleagues and classmates, and 35.48% through books, newspapers and magazines. The development of information technology is also a part of

the process of building a smart city. Now, people's access to information is changing

from traditional words to networks.

7. 在填写问卷的人群中,有 72.81%的人会使用智慧应用改善交通出行,有 61.75%

的人会使用智慧应用减少就医时间,有 61.29%的人会使用智慧应用进行周边生

活信息的查询,有 45.16%的人会使用智慧应用进行线上政府审批,有 66.82%的

人会使用智慧应用进行网络课程学习,有 69.12%的人会使用智慧应用进行网络

购物、网上支付等电子商务活动。通过数据我们能够感受到智慧城市影响着人们

的方方面面,在衣食住行上都有所体现。Among the people who answered the

questions, 72.81% will use wisdom to improve their transportation, 61.75% will use

wisdom to reduce their medical time, 61.29% will use wisdom to inquire about the life

information around them, 45.16% will use wisdom to apply online courses for approval, and 66.82% will use wisdom to apply online courses. Through the data, we can feel that

smart cities affect all aspects of people, which are reflected in food, clothing, housing

and transportation.

对,10.14%想在观察其他智慧城市建设后再做评判。由此可见,大部分人支持建

in their areas. They hoped that there would be more convenient services for the elderly

and that the capacity of livelihood services would be improved; that there would be an

all-round overall planning in the construction process and that there would not be

excessive reliance on advanced foreign technology. They also hoped that data security

and personal privacy would be protected, and that all smart applications would need to

pay more attention to a combination of simplicity and enrichment. One of the

questionnaires mentioned "strategic planning, top-level design, network promotion, maintenance of the rule of law and universal access". This is a high level summary of the

comments and suggestions made by people.

(二)交叉分析 Cross-tabulation

1.在填写问卷人的年龄与了解智慧城市的方式交叉分析中,我们发现 60 周岁以

下的人主要从互联网、微信、微博等新媒体来了解智慧城市,而 60 周岁以上的

老年人也很喜欢从广播和电视这类传统媒体来了解智慧城市。在填写问卷人的年

龄与“城市智慧化”的推进存在分问题的交叉分析中,我们发现 60 周岁以上的

人群有 31.82%的觉得缺乏宣传力度,结合年龄与了解智慧城市的方式的交叉分

析,我们觉得在智慧城市的宣传上要关注到各种宣传方式,不仅要在新媒体中进

行宣传,在广播、电视等传统媒体上也要加大宣传力度。In the cross-tabulation

analysis between the age of the people who filled out the questionnaire and the way they

learn about smart cities, we found that people under the age of 60 mainly learn about

smart cities from new media such as the internet, WeChat and Weibo, while older

people over the age of 60 also prefer to learn about smart cities from traditional media

such as radio and television. In the cross-tabulation analysis between the age of the

people who filled out the questionnaire and the existence of the "smart cities" promotion

sub-problem, we found that 31.82% of people over 60 years of age felt that there was a

lack of publicity efforts. Not only in new media, but also in traditional media such as

radio and TV.

2.在年龄与“城市智慧化”的推进存在分问题的交叉分析中,我们发现不同年龄

段关注的问题是不一样的,18 周岁以下的学生更加关注网络课程学习,18 周岁

到 60 周岁更加关注交通出行和网络购物、网上支付,60 周岁以上的老年人更加

关注智慧医疗,减少就医时间。In the cross-tabulation analysis of age and the

3.在对居住的城市与对所在地区的智慧建设是否满意的交叉分析中,我们发现居

住在超一线城市、一线城、,二线城市、三线城市,四线城市的人们大多数都对

自己所在地区的智慧建设都是比较满意的,其中满意度最高的是生活在一线城市

的人。我们也发现生活在超一线城市的被调查人对城市的满意程度并没有生活在

一线城市的被调查人高,按照常理说超一线城市的智慧化程度应该更高,为什么

人们满意度并没有一线城市的满意程度高呢?可能是由于超一线城市人口多,人

口密度大,人们享受到的智慧设施人均没有一线城市高;也有可能是超一线城市

的人们受教育程度会更高,他们对智慧设施的要求会更高。In the living city and the

wisdom of regional construction of the cross analysis, we found that living in super

first-tier cities, second-tier cities, three tier cities, and four tier cities most people are

more satisfied with the wisdom of their regional construction, the highest satisfaction is

living in the first-tier cities. We also found that the respondents living in super first-tier

cities are not more satisfied with the city than those living in first-tier cities. According

to common sense, the wisdom of super first-tier cities should be higher. Why are

people's satisfaction not as high as that of first-tier cities? It may be that due to the large

population and population density of super first-tier cities, people can not enjoy as high

smart facilities as first-tier cities, or it may be that people in super first-tier cities will

be more educated and havehigher requirements for smart facilities.
