安徽壹腾优旅旅游管理有限公司始创于2007年，注册资金4000万元，是一家专业从事旅游项目投资、旅
游资源开发和旅游景区经营管理的综合性服务公司。主要从事旅游景区、公园景观、交通的提升投资与运
营、景区整合智慧管理服务系统、主题游乐设施投资运营等业务，为广大游客提供覆盖吃、行、游、娱等多
项一体化服务，打造中国文旅行业资源整合与集成服务商。
现拥有安徽南德汽车制造有限公司及江苏诺宝船艇有限公司两家参股企业，全力打造集生产、销售、运
营为一体的发展模式。目前公司拥有专业的管理人员55人，员工近200人。安徽合肥、江苏南京、陕西西
安、广西南宁、湖北黄冈、山东济南、贵州等地均有项目落地。
Anhui Yitengyou Tourism Management Co., Ltd. was founded in 2007 with a registered capital of 40 million yuan. It is a
comprehensive service company specializing in tourism project investment, tourism resource development and scenic spot
management. It is mainly engaged in the investment and operation of tourism scenic spots, park landscapes, and transportation,
the integrated intelligent management service system of scenic spots, and the investment and operation of theme amusement
facilities. It provides a number of integrated services covering food, transportation, tourism, entertainment, and other services for
the vast number of tourists, and creates a resource integration and integration service provider in China's cultural tourism industry.
Now it has two joint-stock enterprises, Anhui Nande Automobile Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Noble Boat Co., Ltd.,
which are trying to build a development model integrating production, sales and operation. At present, the company has 55
professional managers and nearly 200 employees. Projects have been launched in Hefei, Anhui, Nanjing, Jiangsu, Xi'an, Shaanxi,
Nanning, Guangxi, Huanggang, Hubei, Jinan, Shandong, Guizhou and other places.
