昭阳区位于云南省东北部，海拔 1950 米，地处云、贵、川三省结合部。
东与贵州省威宁县接界，南与鲁甸县接界，西与四川省金阳县隔金沙
江相望，北与大关县、彝良县和永善县接界。昭阳城区为昭通市政府
所在地，是政治、经济、文化和信息中心。
Zhaoyang District is located in the northeast of Yunnan Province, with an
altitude of 1,950 m, and stands at the junction of Yunnan, Guizhou and Sichuan
provinces. It is bordered by Weining County of Guizhou Province in the east, by
Ludian County in the south, by Jinyang County of Sichuan Province across the
Jinsha River in the west, and by Daguan County, Yiliang County and Yongshan
County in the north. Zhaoyang District, as the seat of the Zhaotong Municipal
Government, is a political, economic, cultural and information center.

自秦开“五尺道”、汉筑“南夷道”以来，这里便成为中原文化传入
云南的重要通道，素有“咽喉西蜀、锁钥南滇”之称。昭阳距昆明
330 公里，境内按照“一环两横四纵六联络”高速路网落子布局，可
与成都、重庆、贵阳、昆明形成 4 小时城市经济圈，辐射 2 亿人；已
全面形成东经黔桂通沿海、南连滇中达东盟、西沿金沙连青藏、北走
川渝进中原的立体交通网络。
Since the “Wuchi Road” was opened in the Qin Dynasty and the “Nanyi
Road” was built in the Han Dynasty, Zhaoyang has become a crucial channel for
the Central Plains cultures to be introduced into Yunnan, enjoying the reputation
as “the threshold of Western Shu and the portal to Southern Yunnan”. 330 km
away from Kunming, Zhaoyang is making a layout according to the high-speed
road network of “one ring, two horizontals, four verticals and six connections”.
A 4-hour urban economic circle with Chengdu, Chongqing, Guiyang and Kunming
will take shape, radiating 200 million people; This District has fully formed a
three-dimensional transportation network that connects the coastal regions via
Guizhou and Guangxi in the east, links Yunnan to ASEAN in the south, joints
Qinghai and Xizang along the Jinsha River in the west, and enters the Central
Plains Region through Sichuan and Chongqing in the north.

The Neijiang-Kunming Railway and the Panzhihua-ZhaotongBijie-Zunyi Railway pass through its whole territory. Now,
the highspeed railway is under accelerated construction. Upon
completion, the District will form a 1-hour economic circle with
Guiyang, Kunming, Chongqing and Chengdu around, and be better
integrated into the Yangtze River Economic Belt.

comprehensive output value of beef cattle exceeds CNY 1 billion, accounting for about
40% of the output value of livestock. The beef cattle breeding industry has promoted about
15,000 farmers in the district, with a total of more than 50,000 people with a per capita
income of more than CNY 10,000.

For industrial projects with an investment of not less than CNY
50 million, an investment intensity of more than CNY 2 million /
mu per unit area, and an output rate of more than CNY 4 million/

Enterprises with encouraged industries accounting
for more than 60% of the main business are taxed
at a rate of 15%.
For the headquarters of enterprises with an
annual output value of more than CNY 100
million (inclusive) or existing enterprises that
are upgraded to headquarters, after deducting
the education surcharge and urban construction
surcharge in the first three years, 40% of the
district-level income will be rewarded.
For newly introduced processing and manufacturing enterprises,
the income tax and value-added tax paid annually within 5
years will be rewarded at 30% of the district-level income.
For well-known chain enterprises that have created the first
international first-line brand with an annual income of more than
CNY 5 million and a tax payment of more than CNY 400,000,
a reward of no more than CNY 100,000 will be given; and a
reward of no more than CNY 300,000 will be given if the tax
payment exceeds CNY 1 million.
For high-tech processing and manufacturing

The children of senior executives above the deputy
general manager in processing and manufacturing
enterprises with an annual output value of more
than CNY 50 million can give priority to schools in
Zhaoyang District; we will recruit high-level talents
with doctoral or associate senior titles or above, and
can provide free accommodation in apartments for 5
years.
Enterprises that meet the relevant necessary
conditions of the park can be exempted from paying
factory rent for 5 years. After 5 years, the rent will
be charged at a discount of CNY 6/square meter/
