石兄弟K11通用型防水涂料是一种聚合物改性的双组份水泥基防水涂料，

由聚合物乳液、优质水泥、活性化学物质、精细骨料和多种助剂复配而成，

具有粘结强度高，抗渗性能好的特点，可用于砂浆、混凝土结构的防水处

理。

适用于厨房、卫生间、水池；地下结构：车库、隧道；墙面返潮部位；室

内建筑墙面。

基面处理：

◆ 基面必须平整、坚实、干净，无油污、脱模剂、浮尘以及其它松散物;

◆ 对于较大的孔洞及裂缝应先用石兄弟堵漏灵进行修补；

◆ 在防水施工之前，基面必须用清水充分湿润，但不能有积水。

施工工艺：

◆ 将液料倒入干净的搅拌容器中，然后按比例一边搅拌一边缓慢加入粉料◆ 使用机械搅拌并充分搅拌3-5分钟直至生成无粉团的、均匀的胶浆

(400-500转/分钟),并在可使用时间内用完；

◆ 用刷子将浆料均匀涂刷于处理好的底材上，根据使用环境及性能要求涂

刷2层或2层以上； ◆ 当进行第二层涂刷时，毛刷的走向应与第一层成90度角，以利于达到

最好的覆盖； ◆ 浆料涂刷后第二天起，建议用细雾喷水或湿布覆盖涂层2-3天，再进行

闭水试验；对于长期盛水的水池应待其空置两周后才盛水；

◆ 配比：液剂：粉料=1:1。

Stone Brother K11 Waterproof Coating(Gold 100) is a multipurpose

two-component cement-matrix waterproof slurry modified by polymer.

Made of polymer emulsion, high-quaility cement, active chemicals, fine

aggregate and many other materials, it has advantages of extra strong

adhesion and excellent permeation resistance. It is suitable for waterproof solution of mortar and concrete struction.

Widely used for kitchen, restroom, sink; underground areas: garage,

tunnel; wall, wet areas; indoor building wall.

WHERE TO USE

Surface Preparation:

◆Make sure all the surfaces flat, strong, clean, and free of oil, mold

release agent, dust and any other contaminants.

◆Big hole or caulk should be filled in Stone Brothers Filler.

◆Surface should be firstly thoroughly wet by clean water, but no water

collecting.

Application:

◆Pour the liquid to a clean container, and then slowly add the powder

in proportion while mixing.

◆Use machine to stir thoroughly for 3~5mins until it is powder-free and

even slurry(400~500 rpm). Use up in working time.

◆Use a brush to evenly apply the slurry to the clean surface and paint 2

or more layers according to the working environment and required

performance.

◆The direction of the second painting should be at 90 degree to the

first coating in order to cover better.

◆From the day after the slurry is applied, it is recommended to cover

the coating with fine water or wet cloths for 2~3 days before closed

water test. For water pool of constant use, it can not hold water until

two weeks.

◆Mixing ratio: Liquid agent : Powder=1 : 1

Usage Reference:

◆For moisture resistance: 1~1.5 kg/㎡ consumption for 0.5~0.7 mm

thickness of coating

◆For water resistance: 2~3 kg/㎡ consumption for 1.0~1.5 mm

施工要点

石兄弟K11柔韧型防水涂料是一种双组份水泥基柔韧型防水涂料，采用

专业高分子防水聚合物乳液和优质水泥、及配多种无机骨料及添加剂精

制而成

适用于工民建各类建筑物的地面、外墙、厨卫间、洗浴间、桑拿房各类

水池、露台、阳台等建筑部位专业防水处理，也适用于室内地面防潮处

理。

基面处理：

◆ 基面必须坚固、平整、清洁、无油脂、疏松物质及其它散脏物。吸收

性基面施工前须用水充分润湿，但注意不能有明水；

◆ 配料：先将液料倒入容器中，然后一边将粉剂缓缓倒入液剂中， 一边

低速充分搅拌混合均匀。搅拌好的涂料静置3~5分钟后再搅拌一次 即可

使用。经混合好的涂料最好在1小时内施工完毕；

◆ 施工工艺：涂料混合均匀后，可直接用辊筒、毛刷施工，第一层固化

即可覆涂剩余层，第二层与第一层涂抹方向相互垂直。阴阳角、管口及

地漏等节点部位防水处理，建议加铺无纺布或玻纤布胎体材料 用\"一布三

涂\"工艺加强处理，以达最佳防水效果。待本品施工完毕并养护3天后即

可进行闭水试验；

◆ 特别补充说明：本产品施工验收后，墙面必须经拉毛处理后再用专业

的粘结剂粘贴瓷砖(或石材); 推荐配套使用石兄弟粘结剂以薄铺粘贴方式

粘贴瓷砖(或石材),已达到安全理想的粘贴效果，防止掉砖或起鼓的事故

发生。

参考用量：

◆ 用于防潮：防水涂膜厚度为0.5～0.7mm 时，用量约1~1.5kg/㎡ ;

◆ 用于防水：防水涂膜厚度为1.0~1.5mm 时，用量约2~3kg/㎡ ;

K11 Flexible Waterproof Coating(Gold 300) is a flexible two-component

cement-matrix waterproof coating. It is made of professional waterproof macromolecule polymer emulsion, high-quaility cement,

inorganic aggregates and many other materials.

Widely used for water resistance for floor, kitchen, restroom, bathroom,

sauna, pool, terrace, balcony and other areas of all kinds of industrial

and civil buildings, and also suitable for moisture resistance for indoor

floor.

WHERE TO USE

Surface Preparation:

◆Make sure all the surface strong, flat, clean, and free of oil, loose dirt

and any other contaminants. Absorbent surface must be fully moisten

with water, but there can't be gathered water.

◆Blending: Pour the liquid to a container, and then slowly add the

powder while thoroughly mixing. Wait for 3~5 mins and mix again. Best

using within 1 hour after mixing.

Application:

◆After even blending, it can be used directly with roller or brush. Once

the first layer become solid, it can be covered again, which the two layer

are perpendicular to one another. For external and internal coner, pipe

mouth, floor drain and other nodes, it is recomended to add non-woven fabric or matrix materials made from glass fiber with 3 painting to

strengthen the waterproof performance. Closed water text can be

made after 3-day curing after applying.

◆Notices: Before pasted tiles or stones with professional adhesion, wall

should be roughen after construction acceptance.

Usage Reference:

◆For moisture resistance: 1~1.5 kg/㎡ consumption for 0.5~0.7 mm

thickness of coating

◆For water resistance: 2~3 kg/㎡ consumption for 1.0~1.5 mm

施工要点

石兄弟防水液体卷材是以水替代有机溶剂，无毒无害，是一种环境友好

型的环保防水产品，开盖即可施工，使用简单、柔韧性能好。防水涂层

耐久性好，在长期的紫外线和臭氧作用下老化缓慢，可在潮湿基面施工

与基层的粘结性能优异。

本产品以其优异的物理及化学性能广泛应用于工业与民用建筑，如屋顶、

卫浴的工程中。

◆ 施工基面应平整、坚实、干燥、无起砂，裂纹、凹凸不平等缺陷，无灰

尘、无油污等杂物；

◆ 细节处理：阴阳角、管道根部等节点先涂刷1-2遍涂料做附加防水层阴

阳角做抹弧处理；

◆ 大面积施工：产品开盖后轻微搅拌3分钟，使其充分均匀后再进行施工

施工时应遵循“薄涂多”原则第一遍涂膜完全干固后(不沾手)方可进行第

二遍涂刷，两遍涂刷方向应相互垂直，避免出现漏涂、漏底等现象发生；

◆ 施工及储存温度为5-35℃，基层表面温度超过35℃以上时，可用冷水

冲洗拖干至无明水方可施工；

◆ 雨雪天不能施工，施工后涂层未干前不能淋雨，五级风以上不得施工；

◆ 施工后请保持环境通风与干燥，以达到良好的成膜环境条件，本产品完

全固化成膜时间为6-12小时；

◆ 对于老旧基面和起沙基面建议使用本材料1 : 3兑水开稀后进行基面处理

来达到固定基面的效果；

◆ 参考用量：当涂刷厚度为1mm时，理论用量约为2kg/㎡。

industrial and civil buildings, such as roof, bathroom, etc.

WHERE TO USE

◆Make sure all the surface flat, strong, dry, clean, and free of sand,

crack, oil, dust and any other contaminants.

◆Detailed application: Apply 1~2 time as additonal waterproof layer

for bonding corner such as external and internal coner, pipe mouth;

and make arc painting specially for external and internal coner.

◆Large-area application: Stir slowly and thoroughly for 3 mins before

using. Follow the principle of \"Thin coating and more times\", the first

coating should be completely dry (no hand sticky) before the second

coating, which two layers should be perpendicular to each other.

Make sure all areas are painted evenly.

◆Construction and storage temperature is 5~35℃. If the temperature

of base surface is higher than 35℃, wet with cool water but no water

collected.

◆Avoid working in rainy or snowy day, or force 5 wind. Do not be in

rain until coating is completely dry.

◆Be in ventilated and dry film-forming environment after coating to

present better coating. Final film-forming curing needs 6~12 hours.

◆For old or sandy base reinforcement, it is recommended to dilute

coating and water in ratio of 1 : 3.

◆Usage reference: 2kg/㎡ technical consumption for 1mm-thick

coating.

产品用途

施工要点

石兄弟墙面加固剂是一种取代传统使用建筑胶水进行墙面加固的新型墙面

加固剂，外观为黄色液体，具有加固底材、耐碱耐水、易于施工、封闭性

强、渗透性好、绿色环保等特点。适用于各类墙体基层的界面处理，能有

效增加腻子或灰浆与墙面基层的粘结强度，提高腻子的批刮手感，预防空

鼓、粉化等墙面问题的产生。

本产品适用于砖墙、水泥砂浆抹灰层以及硬度较低的二次翻修腻子层、

铲掉腻子后的混凝土顶层的封闭和加固处理，同时也适用于混凝土层的

基层拉毛。

◆ 基层表面应清洁，确保干燥、平实、无灰尘、无油渍；

◆ 造毛使用时，将本品与水泥(建议使用42.5普通硅酸盐水泥)，按照1:

2.0~2.25比例配成混合浆料；

◆ 用滚筒或毛刷均匀涂刷，注意涂刷完全，避免漏涂；

◆ 待加固剂充分干燥后可进行下道工序施工。

稀释比例：

◆ 加固用：需加清水稀释，稀释比例为10%-30%(根据墙体及天气情况确

定稀释比例);

◆ 造毛用：不得加水稀释。

涂布率：

◆ 加固用：10-12m²/kg (一遍),实际用量因基层情况及稀释比例不同而

有差异；

◆ 造毛用：0.3-0.5m²/kg (一遍),实际用量因基层情况而有差异。

Stone Brothers Wall Reinforcement Coating is a new type wall

reinforcement agent that replaces the traditional building glue to

strengthen wall. Its appearance is a yellow liquid, and it features

substrate reinforcement, alkali and water resistance, easy use, strong

sealing and environmental protection. It is suitable for preparation of

base surface of all kinds of walls, which can strengthen adhesion

between putty or slurry and wall, enhance the putty scraping, prevent

It's suitable for sealing and reinforcement of wall, brick, plastering layer

of cement and mortar, low-hardness putty layer of secondary renovation, and concrete top layer after scraping putty. It's also perfect for

basic wall roughening of concrete layer.

WHERE TO USE

◆Make sure all the surface clean, flat, and free of dust and oil.

◆For roughen: Mix Wall Reinforcement Coating and cement (42.5

ordinary portland cement is recommended) at the ratio of 1 : 2.0~2.5.

◆Apply evenly and thoroughly with roller or brush.

◆After completely dried can go on next process.

Dilution Ratio:

◆For reinforcement: Dilute with clean water at the ratio of 10%~30%

(depending on wall and weather condition)

◆For roughen: Do not dilute with water.

Spreading Rate:

Stone Brothers Strong Ceramic Tile Adhesive is an one-component

water-based green product. It can effectively prevent vitrified brick,

ceramic tile, polished brick, marble from falling off with extra strong

◆Stone Brothers Back Glue is strongly recommended for back preparation of sintered stone.

◆Make sure all the surfaces are flat, strong, clean, and free of hollow, oil,

◆Mix powder and clean water into paste with an electric blender. Notice

to pour water before adding powder.

◆Mixing ratio: 20 kg powder with 4~4.5L water.

◆Mix thoroughly into no powder block exits and wait for about 10 mins

◆Use a V-Notch Trowel scraper to evenly apply the mixed glue onto the

WHERE TO USE

Stone Brothers Anti-crack Joint Master is two-component epoxy 1:1

adhesive. It features strong adhesion, high hardness, good chemical

resistance, no yellowing, approriate curing and enviornmental protection. And it has the outstanding advantage of sag resistance even

applying on vertical or suspended ceiling.

Appearance: Part A/ Part B: White viscous paste;

Mixing Ratio: A: B=1:1; Tack-free time:1~3 hours at 25℃, Final cure: 48

hours at 25℃;

Reference Usage: For 0.3cm-wide and 0.3cm-deep joint, the theoretical

coating consumption is 13m~15m/kg. (Actual usage depend on

materials, construction methods, applying width and thickness.)

◆Make sure all the surfaces strong, dry, and free of oil, dust and rust

stain.

◆Mix AB Part at a ratio 1:1 strictly and evenly, and then fully apply it into

the crack or joint and on the surface with another layer.

◆Use the angle end of the scraper to scrape back and forth at the joint

location.

◆Scrape the product an even 4~5cm-wide and ≥2 mm-thick film on the

surface of the joint.

As two-component improved epoxy resin glue, Stone Brothers

Anti-crack Joint Master is widely used for the crack resistance of indoor

and outdoor construction projects through applying glue into the seam

between same or different materials such as wood, masonry, gypsum

board, and calcium-silicon board, cement, ceramic. At the same time, it

is also suitable for roof mending, wood or plastic bonding, sealing and

water resistance for various grouting projects, bridges and tunnels.

初固化时间：1~3小时(25℃)，完全固化时间：48小时(25℃)低温时固化

◆ 将A、B两组份严格按照1 : 1的比例，混合均匀涂刮在需要涂刮的缝隙

内，表面再涂一层；

◆ 平面小缝开槽：平面接缝太小处应开凿3-4mmV型槽子方可施工；

◆ 缝内粉尘处理：清除缝隙内侧及表面的粉末及污物，建议先喷一遍配套

防水喷剂，起增强边缘硬度的作用，刮涂接缝产品时来回多刮涂几次，

直到粉尘和产品完全融合；

◆ 充分搅拌：产品施工前，单罐需先搅拌，按调胶比例1 : 1混合后再充分

搅拌；

◆ 饱满刮缝：A剂和B剂搅拌均匀，刮进需添补缝隙内；务必填实饱满可

用铲刀角端在缝隙内来回填刮。不得有空鼓，以防开裂；

◆ 缝面刮涂：在接缝处表面均匀刮起涂宽约4-5cm厚度不得少于2mm 的

涂膜。
