地面空调器技术解决方案

地面空调器是隐蔽安装于地板沟槽中的空调设备，兼具制

热、制冷、新风、通风等功能。该产品一般沿幕墙连续布置，通

过热对流隔离内外环境，减少其热交换，从而实现建筑节

能的作用。因其隐蔽性特征，可以极大的提高室内空间利

用率和美观程度，同时又具备了空调器的所有功能。

Ground recessed surround-line convector is mounted in floor groove

in a hidden way and has the functions such as heating, cooling, fresh

air supply and ventilation. This product is generally laid continuously

around glass facade and its heat exchange is reduced by isolating

and closing the heat convection between indoor and outdoor

environment spaces so as to realize energy saving in the building.

As the product is mounted in a hidden way, it can greatly improve

the utilization rate and appearance of indoor space and also has all

functions of an surround-line convector.

There are many types of grilles and the modeling can be customized.

地面空调器安装于幕墙周边，沿幕墙结构线性连续布置。工

作状态下紧贴幕墙形成垂直空气幕，有效隔离内外环境热

量交换，促使内部环境形成相对封闭的空间。从而有效节

能，降低建筑能耗和后期运营成本。

根据不同室内环境设计的需要，我们提供多种格栅选择，并

可进行格栅风格定制化设计。

As required by different indoor environment design, we provide

many grille options and can provide customized design for grille

style.

It is laid around glass facade in linear and continuous way, effectively

gets indoor and outdoor environments separated and is greening

and energy-saving.

Ground recessed surround-line convector is mounted around glass

facade and laid along glass facade structure in linear and continuous

way. Under working condition, the product will be closely attached

to glass facade, forming into a vertical air curtain to effectively get

heat exchange between indoor and outdoor environments separated

and promote the indoor environment forming into a relatively

closed space so as to effectively save energy and reduce energy

consumption in the building and later operation cost.

01 Cooling and heating type

冷暖两用型地面空调器是隐蔽安装于地板沟槽内的对流设

备。它可以“隐身”的为建筑物提供过滤、加热和冷却处

理过的空气。既能满足采暖、制冷的基本需求，又可以完

美的匹配建筑环境，实现空间、美学和实用功能的统一。

Ground recessed surround-line convector of Cooling and heating

type is a convector mounted in floor groove in a hidden way. It can

provide building with filtrated, heated or cooled air in a hidden way,

can meet the basic requirement for heating and cooling and can also

perfectly match with the building environment,realizing unification

in space, aesthetics and practical function.

Forced convection type

强制对流型地面空调器是在自然对流型地面空调器的基础

上增设贯流风机而成的新型产品。它使地板沟槽空间放置

的有限散热元件，在低噪音运行环境中输出更高的热量，从

而达到采暖的要求。此款空调器可单元布置和连续布置。

Ground recessed surround-line convector of forced convection

type is a new product composed by adding a cross flow fan onto

the ground recessed surround-line convector of natural convection

type. It can get finite radiator element in floor groove output higher

heat in low-noise operation environment and further reaching

the requirement for heating. This convector can be laid in units or

continuously.

自然对流型地面空调器是将散热元件放置于地板沟槽空间

内，与多种配件组装而成的空调设备。常用于配合建筑物

的大面积玻璃幕墙或落地窗安装。产品既可以达到采暖的

目的，又能解决明装空调器不够美观的问题，是美学与功

能的统一。可单元布置和连续布置。

Ground recessed surround-line convector of natural convection type

is a convector composed by having radiator element placed in floor

groove and assembled with many fittings. It is commonly mounted

in coordination with large glass facade or French window in a

building.This product can not only realize the heating purpose but

also solve the appearance problem of exposed convector, realizing

unification in appearance and function. This convector can be laid in

units or continuously.

Cooling heating and fresh air type

冷暖新风型地面空调器，将制冷、制热与新风功能完美结

合在一起。室内二次风在风机强制对流的作用下，与换热

部件进行换热；同时，和新风口供给的新风混合，形成分

离式双层风幕。消除室内冷热负荷，节能效果好。

Ground recessed surround-line convector of cooling, heating and

fresh air type gets the cooling, heating and fresh air functions

perfectly combined together. Indoor secondary air exchanges heat

with radiator under convection effect forced by fan, at the same time,

mixes with fresh air supplied from vent and forms into separated

two-layer air curtain. Thus, it can eliminate indoor cold and hot load,

with good energy saving effect.

单暖新风型地面空调器配置有新风管道，既可以在春秋季

节向室内供给新风，又可以在冬季采暖时，将室内二次风

加热后与新风一起送入室内，消除室内热负荷，同时满足

Independent fresh air type

独立新风型地面空调器，安装在地板下方，通过水媒冷却

或加热的方式为玻璃幕墙建筑供冷或供热，机组通过新风

过滤器提供新风，既能满足建筑物制冷或采暖的要求，又

能满足建筑室内新风量的需求。同时节省了新风系统投

资，避免了新风管道系统清理困难，维护不方便等问题。

Ground recessed surround-line convector of independent fresh air

type is mounted below the floor slab and provides cold or hot air

for glass facade typed building in mode of water-medium cooling.

Via fresh air filter, the unit provides fresh air which can not only

meet the building’s requirement for cooling or heating but also

meet the building’s requirement for indoor fresh air. At the same

time, this product also saves investment on fresh air system, avoids

difficulty in cleaning of fresh air piping system and inconvenience in

maintenance.

地面诱导器适用于气 - 水空调系统，安装于地板下方，可

以将节能效果显著的水媒冷却或加热方式，应用到玻璃幕

墙建筑中，一次风通过喷嘴喷出，诱导二次风通过水换热

器换热混合送入室内。产品既可以达到供暖或制冷的目

的，又能实现美观性与功能性的统一。

Ground induction unit applies to air-water conditioning system, is

mounted below floor slab and can get water-medium cooling and

heating mode with obvious energy saving effect applied in full-glass

facade typed building. Primary air is ejected out from the jet nozzle

and then induces secondary air being mixed by heat exchange in

water-side heat exchanger and then being sent to indoor space. This

product can not only realize the heating or cooling purpose but also

realize unification in appearance and function.

尊贵。同时，这座由中日携手打造，久经风雨考验的“精

信设备为远东宏信广场提供智能电力解决方案，通过融合

IT( 信息技信 ) 和 OT( 运营技术 ) 并透过软件技术实现互联

互通，还配备了全项目周期的数字化体验和全生命周期的

专业化服务，从设备、软件到服务三个层面重新定义了绿

色电力的标准。

commerce and office purposes. Horizon Equipment provides Far

East Horizon square with smart power solution by integrating

IT (information technology) and OT (operation technology) and

enabling interconnection through software technology, it also

provides whole-project-period digital experience and full life circle

specialized service, redefining the green power standards from

equipment, software and service three levels.

项目简介：位于青岛市所辖胶州市中心东北 11 公里，大沽

河以西、东外环以东、胶济铁路和胶济客运专线之间，距

青岛市中心约 39 公里。工程总投资约 443.33 亿元，航站

楼面积 47.8 万平方米，建设工期约 4 年，建成后可满足年

旅客吞吐量 3500 万人次、货邮吞吐量 50 万吨，飞机起降

30 万架次的保障需求。运行等级为 4F，为最高等级，可起

降空中客车 A380、波音 747-800 等目前最大机型。

Project Profile: It is located 11 kilometers northeast of Jiaozhou

city center under the jurisdiction of Qingdao city, west of Dagu

River, east of East outer ring, between Jiaozhou-Jinan Railway and

Qingdao-Jinan passenger railway, and about 39 kilometers away

from Qingdao city center. The total investment of the project is about

44.333 billion yuan, the terminal area is 478,000 square meters, and

the construction period is about four years. Upon completion, the

project can meet security requirements of 35 million passengers per

面积达 9.5 万平方米，采用折叠铝制网格的形式，每个网

格宽度 18 毫米且彼此连接形成一个整体产生编织花边效

果，随着太阳位置的变化，褶皱外表皮会产生光与影的一

个有趣的纹理形状变化。在建筑内部，办公空间天花板和

墙壁上继续了褶皱这一主题，这在中庭空间尤为明显。这

些有机的和雕塑般的墙面在各个表面间起伏和变化，给予

周边环境一种动态活跃的氛围。

area of 95,000m2, uses folded aluminum mesh pattern; every grid

is 18mm wide and all grids by interconnection form one integral

structure which generates braided lace effect; with change of sun

position, fold skin will produce one interesting texture form change

of light and shade. Inside the building, the fold theme is continued

on office ceiling and wall; this is especially obvious at atrium space.

These organic and sculpture-like wall spaces fluctuate and change

among different spaces, providing surrounding environment with

one dynamic and active atmosphere.

扩展性。系统内部组网可以不受设备接入点数量的制

约。

佛瑞德 BA 控制系统兼容 ZIGBEE 协议通信，物理通信

符合 IEEE 802.15.4 技术规范。系统可以设备与设备点

对点自行组网通信，也可以配合具有 ZIGBEE 功能的

传感器，控制模块进行组网通信、信息共享，实现对

于周边环境、个性化功能的设定与控制。相比传统设

Freedom BA control system

Freedom control system is designed in strict accordance with

communication, and physical communication conforms to

sharing by the control module, so as to realize the setting and

control of surroundings and personalized functions. Compared with

traditional equipment, the wiring pressure has been reduced, the

stability of the system has been greatly improved, and the energy

Freedom BA control system integrates traditional communication

module, supporting GPRS, WIFI and other system communication

mode. The integrated modular design with distributed detection and

control capabilities is adopted for the sensing of CO2, PM2.5, PM10,

temperature and humidity.

Freedom BA control system can integrate industrial integration

control such as MODBUS, CAN and CANBUS bus. It can perfectly
