The first green three-star public building evaluation and identification project in China
Project overview: The project is located in the Xinzhuang Experimental Park
,Shanghai Academy of Building Sciences, covering an area of 904 square
meters, with a building area of nearly 2,000 square meters. It has three floors
on the ground, divided according to the use function. The west side is the
environmental laboratory, the east side is the exhibition area and office room,
and the middle east side is the central atrium.
Design philosophy: The project integrates the advanced technology research
results of more than 60 industry-university-research consortiums in domestic
and In the domestic and overseas, comprehensively shows the green building
technology system with advanced international level for the first time in China,
puts forward, interprets and practices the basic concept of green building
\"saving resources, saving energy, protecting the environment and putting
people first\". Ten technology systems have been formed, including \"ultralow energy consumption, natural ventilation, natural lighting, healthy air
conditioning, renewable energy, green building materials, intelligent control,
(water) resource reuse, ecological greening and comfortable environment\".

地面积 904 平方米,建筑面积将近 2000 平方米,地上三层,按
照使用功能进行划分,西向为环境实验室,东向为展示区和办公
用房,在东向的中部设有中庭。
设计理念:项目集成了国内外 60 多家产学研联合体的先进技术
研究成果,在国内第一次全面展示了同期具有国际先进水平的绿
色建筑技术体系,提出并诠释、实践了绿色建筑“节约资源、节
省能源、保护环境、以人为本”的基本理念,形成“超低能耗、
自然通风、天然采光、健康空调、再生能源、绿色建材、智能控
制、(水)资源回用、生态绿化、舒适环境”等十大技术体系。

Three-star green building \"Design + Operation\" certification
Project overview: The total construction area of the project is 9,992 square
meters, including 4,573 square meters of the main office building, 2,402
square meters of the scientific research annex and 3,017 square meters of
the underground garage and supporting rooms. The main building has seven
floors above ground and one floor below ground, including the general office
and conference functions. The attached building has four floors above ground
and one floor below ground, including specialized laboratories for energy
conservation and acoustics.
Design philosophy: The project design combines green strategy with
architectural expression, and attaches importance to the coordination with
the surrounding buildings and landscape ecology and the contribution to the
environment, and organically integrates \"green design\" into the use function and
humanistic pursuit of the building. Taking passive energy-saving design as the
starting point, an economically applicable technical system has been formulated
from the perspective of green buildings.After the completion of the project, it
will add radiance to the existing Shanghai ecological building demonstration
buildings in the park, forming a bright green landscape of Jianke.
Project highlights:
① Zeitgeist: The new, higher-level harmony of today's world is based on
individual differences: some flattened \"boxes\" seem to be randomly stacked
together, but they form an overall momentum of divergence, openness and
rotation.
② Corporate Culture: The owner, Shanghai Jianke Group, is composed of several
relatively independent and distinctive business units and subsidiaries, focusing
on the theme of architecture and unifying in the overall strategy and culture of
the group.
③ Urban context: The orientation of the bottom floor of the building coincides
with the rectangular pattern of the park, and after the main building is deflected
by layers, the top floor is parallel to the southern road and integrated into the
urban fabric finally.
④ Architectural tradition: The quiet courtyard behind the foyer exudes the aura
of a Jiangnan garden; the steel lattice frame used for climbing vines to shade the
sun reflects the rhythm of traditional architectural door and window lattice.

The first pilot project of general contracting in Shanghai and the first three-star healthy building in Eastern China
Project overview: The project is located at No. 519 Shenwang Road, Xinzhuang
Science and Technology Park, Minhang District, Shanghai City, with a total
construction area of 23697.61 ㎡ . The main body is a frame structure, and the
above ground part is a 6-storey experimental R&D building with a floor area
of 9511.35 ㎡ . The underground part is 2 floors with a construction area of
14,186.26 ㎡ , one of which is a laboratory and the other is a garage.
Design philosophy: The architectural design follows the principle of \"harmony
but difference, eclecticism\". The volume of the building is considered to be in
harmony with the existing office buildings in the surrounding area, and the
volume of the office building on the west side is the same. The top of the south
building cantilevered a box, and the slightly twisted and staggered volume
corresponds to the complex building at the southernmost end of the park,
forming passive self-shading and giving the building a a sense of agility.

The project is a hub radiating the hinterland of Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui to the west in the G60 Science and
Technology Innovation Valley,It is a comprehensive project integrating science and innovation, humanities and ecology
Project overview: The project is located in the key area along G60 Science
and Innovation Corridor, Songjiang District, Shanghai, south of Sixian Road,
north of Dingsheng Road and west of Dingsheng Road, covering an area of
about 304 mu. Combined with the satellite cloud image and survey, it can be
seen that: ① the land is uneven and the edges are irregular, which is no longer
suitable for unified transfer and should be developed by industrial land. ②
The site is overgrown with weeds, which is difficult to manage uniformly, and
seriously affects the overall image of G60 Science and innovation corridor.
Design philosophy: This project has created a science and technology
innovation park mode based on the concept of poetic park with cultural
heritage, scientific origin of exploration and innovation, and landscape pattern
with heaven and earth in harmony. It is characterized by human-landscape
symbiosis, human-creation integration, and human-city sharing. Echoing the
local mountain landscape of Songjiang and the surrounding terrain of the
site, the overlapping hills combine with the 2.5km display surface to form
the \"nine peaks and twelve mountains\" of the Songjiang Scientific Research
Headquarters Park.
Project highlights:
① One axis: Combining the area site and the planned road, a core axis leads
the planning of the whole park. The longitudinal symmetric axis greatly
expands the influence scope of key areas of G60 science and innovation
corridor to the hinterland of the area.
② Three belts: By comprehensively utilizing the spatial field of the core
landscape axis, the design is extended to both sides along the topographic
trend, forming three ribbonlike architectural complexes at different levels that
radiate to both sides along the terrain.
③ Four centers: Based on the above planning conditions, multiple small plots
in the same area will be integrated and unified planning, and finally form the
core area of four functional areas with flexible functional composite business
form, which optimizes the use experience of the park.

设计理念:本项目打造了以文脉传承的诗意园区、探索创新的科
学原点、天地至合的山水格局为理念的人景共生、人创融合、人
城共享的科创园区模式。与松江当地的山势和场地周边的地势相
呼应,层叠起伏的山形结合 2.5km 的展示面,形成松江科研总
部园区的“九峰十二山”。

Project overview: This project is built to meet the multi-functional needs of
Taiping Bird enterprise, such as office, creative, research and development.
The building on the ground is a five-storey garden-style large space office.
The underground three-storey building functions as garage, office supporting
facilities and human defense area. The foundation is buried more than
10M deep. The above - and underground atriums are large complex steel
structures. The upper part of the building includes decorative curtain wall and
photovoltaic panel frame layer. The overall building space structure is complex
and it has many technical difficulties.
Design philosophy: The building adopts the concept of \"Thermal flow\" and
creates an ecological office environment through the rotary self-shading form.
The varied structural modeling inside the building, as well as the interior and
exterior green layout and other Spaces, fully create a good environment,
healthy and harmonious garden-style office atmosphere. Design strictly
adhering to the company's \"happy work, happy life\" corporate culture,
vigorously promote employee happiness.

Province, the project consists of 12 industrial buildings and 4 innovative
R&D buildings. Relying on the important industrial status of the smart
transportation museum in the development system of the smart
transportation industry, through the mode of \"bringing exhibition, promoting
production by exhibition, and rejuvenating the city by production\", the project
of the smart transportation industrial park is deeply radiated and empowered,
and the smart transportation industry in Zhejiang is truly rooted and laid
down through the resource aggregation of the core transportation industry.
Design concept: The buildings are organized in clusters, emphasizing the
connection and communication between buildings. Through the series of
several courtyards, a natural group space and a sense of sequence extending
in depth are formed. The organic integration of indoor and outdoor space, the
starting, bearing, turning and combining of architectural sequence, and the
interweaving of natural landscape all show the unique aesthetic implication

In view of the industrial needs and the positioning of the city image, the
building design forms a positive internal group space with the layout of
natural combination and appropriate dislocation. The buildings on the north
and south sides enclose the basic neighborhood units, and the group space
organization contour is rich, and there are changes in the unity.
② Rich interaction places to create fun space
Part of the building adopts a backoff roof garden. The green axis of the
landscape passes through the single buildings and connects the riverbank
landscape. The entrance space along the river, the back terrace and the roof
garden are used to create a public space to realize the communication and
interaction among industries, enterprises and people.

Project overview: Shanghai Nanyang Model High School is one of the earliest
modern schools founded by the Chinese themselves. It was founded in 1901,
and its predecessor was the affiliated Primary school of Nanyang Public
School. In 2007, Shanghai experimental demonstrative Senior High School
with 30 classes was built in lingling Road, Xuhui District, which is learningoriented, warm-oriented, digital and international.
Design philosophy: The design of the downtown campus conforms to
the concept of space from heaven to earth on irregular land. Most of the
monoliths are raised from the ground floor and developed into semiunderground open spaces as activity places. The roof platforms of many
buildings are also used as sports or green land. And formed five areas: the
teaching office area is in the northeast side of the campus ,the life service
area is in the north side , the sports field and the corresponding cultural and
sports area is in the west side , and the reserved comprehensive area is in the
central administrative area and the southwest side.
Project highlights:
① Reconstruction of the landmark memorial building -- \"Red Building\",
emphasizing its historical context, through the study of historical photos for
restoration, reflecting the long history of Nanmo school;
② The overall tone of the campus is red brick and white paint, carefully
matched, which not only reflects the historical charm and Shanghai style, but
also has a lively atmosphere of The Times.
③ Partial reinforcement and renovation of the complex building, integrated
with the new campus, complement each other.
④ Under the restriction of limited land use scope, a reasonable layout of 400
meters standard track sports field required by the school.
⑤ The complex large space comprehensive function of the cultural and sports
building, the integrated design of architecture and structure.

侧的生活服务区、西侧的运动场及与之对应的文体区,中央的行

inheriting the past and the present, and creating a new plateau of cultural and
educational integration and sharing. Reasonable planning, overall planning
of building order and landscape space, shape scale pleasant green garden
campus; Embody the diverse learning space, the ubiquitous communication
space, improve the living sports facilities; To keep up with national and local
education policies and build high-quality, distinctive and modern national
first-class schools.
Design philosophy: Reflect open and forward-looking, set a new benchmark
of education in Dingzhou city. Following the urban context, taking advantage
of the natural environment, exploring the characteristics of the base and
returning to its original nature, the layout of academies is proposed and taken
as the starting point and main line to form a campus environment under the
modern education system and a quiet learning environment with a sense of
enclosure. The layout of the courtyard and the surrounding of the building are
used to create places with different atmospheres. The size of the courtyard is
adapted to the time, and the space is flexible and open, with varying degrees
of relaxation and density.

① Planning structure: with \"two centers, three axes, seven groups\" as the
planning structure, combined with the entrance to create the image spindle, a
cultural spindle running through the north and south.
② Landscape system: Create landscape nodes with \"two rings, three axes and

③ Architectural group: \"Modern Academy\" reflects the sense of The Times,

Project overview: The library with 3 layers in the 100 year-old high school
with plenty of large ancient trees in a landscape city is located in a small forest
at the top of a hill in the campus. The design concept is “happy learning
and growing with the nature”, caring out sustainable idea of \"harmonious
coexistence with nature\". After its completion in 2015, it has been deeply
loved by the teachers and students of the school, and played a demonstration
role in the construction of educational buildings in Hunan Province.
Design philosophy: Maintain the original ecology, terrain, seepage soil and
vegetation area; compress the building volume; passive design priority; inherit
the campus culture; utilize the existing buildings; combine the local ceramic
industry and culture; reusing the construction waste and local industrial waste,
advocating humanistic spirit.
Project highlights: The original 42 trees in the base are all retained so that the
building is half hidden in the woods, so students can study while surrounded
by nature; Deciduous trees can be shade in summer and let the sunlight in
during winter; The rain seeps underground to nourish the hill; The original
small library was reinforced and transformed into the whole; The north
reading room at top layer obtains the sunshine through the south-facing
vertical skylight in winter; Thickened walls with bricks from the demolished
building echoing the campus century-old building’s red brick wall style;
The preserved trees in the central courtyard of the hall cross up to become
the main scene of the roof garden; The 250-person lecture hall has realized
the natural acoustic effect through accurate acoustic design; The west side
of the second-floor corridor is shaded by vine, both economical, practical
and beautiful; The famous local art and industry of \"under glazed painted
porcelain\" was adapted in decoration in different ways, while waste porcelain
grain was used in concrete floor; Porcelain pieces in 17 colors are inlaid to
form a large murals. All the names of 312 people involved in the project
were printed on the porcelain pieces of everyone’s favorite color, inlay at
stochastic positions, as the collective \"signature\" to manifest humanistic spirit.

改造后融入整体之中;北向阅览室通过南向垂直天窗获得冬季阳
光;利用拆除建筑的粘土砖加厚墙体,呼应校园百年老建筑清水
红砖墙风貌;大厅中心庭院保留的大树穿越而上成为屋顶花园的
主景;250 人报告厅经过精确的声学设计实现了自然声效果;二
层连廊西侧采用藤架遮阳,兼具经济实用和美观;充分运用当地

Project overview: The project is located in Yinzuo Road, Xingqing District of
Yinchuan. The purpose of the project is to build modern treatment facilities,
which not only provide top medical services, research and education support,
but also provide first-class nursing services, so as to comprehensively
improve human health from multiple levels. Upon completion, the hospital
will become a first-class orthopedic, gynecological and obstetrics hospital in
Northwest China. It will integrate international standard treatment, process
and management, and medical staff will use the most advanced diagnosis and
treatment technology to provide a \"patient-first\" clinical medical experience.
Design philosophy: By creating a sound supporting setting and perfect
internal functions, a warm and comfortable humanized space is created for
medical workers, patients and their families in Guolong Hospital. The shape
and location of the building fully reflect the basic principles of surrounding,
protection, safety and care. The main building is organized around the
central green space, which is surrounded by a variety of hospital functions.
The courtyard-style landscape naturally becomes the most prominent leisure
element of the whole facility.
Project highlights:
① Traditional and modern: Ningxia traditional elements are refined and
extracted, and organically integrated with modern architecture.
② Care and protection: the theme of the hospital is highlighted by the
building groups surrounding and supporting each other.
③ Collaboration and inspection: collaborative design of all majors, and pass
BIM inspection.
④ Specification and process: coordinate various specifications and medical
process, so that rationality and practicability are perfectly reflected.
项目概况:本项目位于银川市兴庆区银佐路,建设宗旨是打造现
代化的治疗设施,不仅提供顶尖的医疗服务,研究教育支持,而
且提供一流的护理服务,从多层面全面提升人类健康。医院建成
后将成为西北地区一流的骨科、妇产科特色三级甲等医院,它将
整合国际标准的治疗、流程与管理,医务人员将使用最先进的诊
断与治疗技术,提供“病人至上”的临床医疗体验。
设计理念:通过打造健全的配套设置、完善的内部功能,为国龙
医院的医务工作者、病患和家属创设温馨、舒适的人性化空间。
建筑的形状和位置充分体现了围绕、保护、安全和关心的基本原
则,主楼围绕中央绿地来组织,绿地四周被多种医院功能环绕,
庭院式景观自然而然的成为整个设施最突出的休闲元素。
