DR型导热聚酰亚胺(PI)薄膜在普通 PI 膜基础上通过添加特殊配方制造而成,它具

有普通 PI 膜优异的耐高温,耐辐射,化学稳定等特性外,还具有极好的导热性能,

应用于微电子的高密度和高速化运行时,能有效解决电路过热,元器件和集成电路

的稳定性问题。

目前我司已量产导热系数0.5w/m.k-0.6w/m.k产品,超高导热有一定的技术储备。

Besides the properties of excellent high-temperature resistance, radiation resistance, chemical

stability and others of ordinary PI film, DR thermal conductive polyimide (PI) film also has excellent

thermal conductivity due to the addition of a special formula. When applied to high-density and

high-speed operation of microelectronics, it can effectively solve the problems of circuit

overheating and ensure the stability of components and integrated circuits.

So far, we have mass-produced products with a thermal conductivity coefficient of

0.5w/m.k-0.6w/m.k, and have technical reserves for ultra-high thermal conductivity.

NGL low dielectric low loss polyimide (MPI) film is made from special monomers by adjusting the

structure of the polymer. It has excellent mechanical properties and temperature resistance. The

dielectric constant, dielectric loss, hygroscopicity, and transmission loss of MPI are between PI and

LCP, and can meet the needs of signal processing needs of the 5G era in terms of high-frequency

signal processing at 10-15GHz.

33 <<<< SHUN XUAN NEW MATERIAL FGF型低介电低损耗复合聚酰亚胺膜是在NGL型MPI基础上,薄膜两侧涂布特制含氟

胶层,能与铜箔压合且具有一定粘接强度,同时具有更低的介电强度与介质损耗的

特性。

Based on NGL and MPI, FGF low dielectric low loss composite polyimide film is

coated with a special fluorine containing adhesive layer on both sides.

Therefore, it can be pressed onto copper foil and attain adhesion, lower

dielectric strength and dielectric loss.

5G Thermals:

There is a higher demand of loss for antenna material during the 5G era, and

the MPI can meet the needs of signal processing in this era. It can process

signals as well as LCP antennas in ultra-high frequency (10-15GHz) or even

super-high frequency. Therefore, in the early stages of 5G development, MPI

will replace some PI markets and become an important transitional material.

MPI can also produce high-frequency flexible copper clad plates, which are

one of the important materials in high-frequency flexible printed circuit

boards. It can be applied in many fields such as autonomous driving, smart

home, 5G mobile phones, radar, unmanned aerial vehicles, etc.

5G时期对于天线材料的损耗要求越高,MPI可以满足5G时代的信号处理需求,在

10-15GHz的超高频甚至极高频的信号处理上表现能够和LCP天线媲美,因此在5G发

The NGH high dielectric and low loss polyimide film increases the dielectric constant and

maintains low dielectric loss by adding rigid dipole structural groups to the main or side chains

of linear polymer dielectrics, which contributes to the development of electrical equipment

power and miniaturization and integration of electronic components .

Material with high dielectric constant can reduce circuit size, save circuit space, reduce

antenna area, and reduce material cost and assembly cost 。

Material with high dielectric can produce a strong additional electric field due to the action of
