：该项目位于西丽湖校区中轴，周围有教工食堂、东湖、行政楼、日新楼等建筑，绿地的主要适用人群为东区在校教

师生，东校区主要学习的专业为理工科。

Location analysis: The project is located in the middle axis of Xilihu campus, surrounded by teachers canteen, East Lake, administrative building, New Day Building and other buildings,

the main applicable groups of green space for the East District teachers, the East Campus mainly study the major for science and engineering.

交通分析|背景篇

受众分析：

1.人流一般会从场地的西面或者南面进入场地中（北面和东面有一个

缓坡，且北面还有植物雕塑）；

2.人们基本不会在场地里驻足（场地内遮荫树少，太晒了），基本只

有上测量课或者别的课程的时候才会在场地内驻足；

3.教学楼、教工食堂、行政办公楼的人流目的性强，场地周围道路的

人流随机性大，教工食堂以及教学楼的瞬时人流多，其他道路的人流

较为平均等。

Audience Analysis:

1. The flow of people will generally enter the site from the west or south of the site (there

is a gentle slope to the north and east, and plant sculpture to the north);

2. People basically do not stop in the field (less shade trees in the site, too sun), basically

only in the measurement class or other courses will stop in the site;

3. Teaching building, teaching canteen, administrative office building of the purpose of the

flow of people, the site around the road of the flow of people random, teaching canteen

and teaching building of the instantaneous flow of people, other roads more average flow

of people.

日照及气候分析|背景篇

日照及气候分析：

1.深圳属于亚热带季风气候，夏季以东南风为主，其他季节主要以东

北风为主；

2.该场地遮荫树较少，深圳气候炎热以及场地内无其他设施可供人们

使用，所以上下课以及途径此处的人很少会在这里驻足，场地的功能

无法发挥出来。

Sunshine and climate analysis:

1. Shenzhen belongs to the subtropical monsoon climate, the summer mainly southeast

wind, other seasons mainly northeast wind;

2. The site shade trees less, Shenzhen hot climate and no other facilities in the venue for

people to use, so classes and ways here people will rarely stop here, the function of the site

can not be played out.

城市印象 鹏城•深圳

深圳简称深，别称鹏城，是中国南部海滨城市，是中国经济中心城

市之一，是中国改革开放的窗口和新兴移民城市，创造了举世瞩目

的“深圳速度”，被誉为“中国硅谷。”有着“来了就是深圳人”

的口号，吸引着一批又一批充满热血的年轻人前往这个年轻的城市。

Pengcheng Shenzhen

Shenzhen, or Pengcheng, is a coastal city in southern China, one of the central cities of China's

economy, a window of China's reform and opening-up and a new immigrant city, creating a world- renowned "Shenzhen speed", known as "China's Silicon Valley." "With the slogan "Come is

Shenzhen people", attracting a group of hot-blooded young people to this young city.

For teachers and students to provide a leisure activities exchange space, so that

teachers and students in their leisure time willing to walk into the venue to

exchange, relax, sports and so on.

为师生提供一个休闲的活动交流空间，让师生在闲暇时愿意走进场地去交

流、放松、运动等。

方案一：采用折线构图的手法，用一个环线和两个轴线把场地分割成为五个片区，更

具现代感。

Scenario 1: Using the method of line composition, the site is divided into five zones with one ring line and two

axes, which is more modern.

方案二：采用曲线构图的手法，使场地游动性更强，整体更加生动有趣。

Scenario 2: The use of curve composition techniques, so that the site more dynamic, the whole more vivid and

interesting.

泡泡分析图|概念篇

本次方案把场地分为了6个片区，分别是主入口广场、休闲区、林

下阅读区、中心活动区、植物观赏区和运动区。为师生提供一个休

闲的活动交流空间。

The programme divides the site into six zones, namely, the main entrance square, leisure area,

reading area under the forest, central activity area, plant viewing area and sports area. For

teachers and students to provide a leisure activities exchange space.

景观节点分析图|概念篇

本次方案在场地的四周各设置了出入口，由一个环

路两个轴线构成，交通更加便利。主轴贯穿了特色

水景和特色廊架这两个主要节点，其他的次要节点

分布在环路以及次要轴线上，如休闲广场、林下阅

读区、特色花带、运动广场等。

The scheme has set up entrances and exits around the site, consisting of

two axes of a loop, making transportation more convenient. The spindle

runs through the two main nodes of the featured water feature and the

characteristic gallery, and the other minor nodes are distributed in the

loop and the secondary axis, such as leisure square, under-forest reading

area, special flower belt, sports square and so on.
