Wall system: our exterior wall panel have many different types for choosing:single layer steel

PPGI sheet, sandwich panel with EPS, Rockwool, XPS, fIBER, PU. Partition wall can be

divided at you will. The panel have excellent performance on fireproof, waterproof, dampproof, heatproof, soundproof.

Attractive appearance, quickly installation, big steel contrnt, knock-down type, flexible

transportation, its recycle life time is more than 8 times with excellent performance on

anti-seismic, anti-typhoon, durable etc.

The whole building structure: span calculation way: within 5K, single and double layers’ span

1K=1820mm, the whole building’s stability increase by length h(>6);

roofing structure: triangle truss with 40mm angle purlin, M12*25 bolts, roof panel types same

as wall panel for choosing;

flooring structure horizontal beam with C type purlin and T=15mm plywood flooring; main

supporting system double 8C steel post with bracing in the middle between two posts.

Remark: area calculation way

1. main building area=exterior wall L *W* layers;

2. exterior stairs, aisle area=each layer’s horizontal projected area;

3. cannopy area=half canopy’s horizontal projected area;

4. total area=1+2+3;

5. standared layer have two stairs, located in two sides, 4.5 SQM/set; increase or decrease stair’area according

to its steps;

6. if no other special remarks, the whole project material quantity is comfirmed by this way.

Container structural system building is the type of building using the shipping container structural frame as the

load bearing subject while has all the architectural functions. Container structural system building has adequatrly referred to the appearance and structure of shipping containers to form the integral stability and strength.

Flat-Pack is a type of modular products designed by using the steel frame and light-weight wall panels system.

One Flat-Pack consists of top frame, bottom frame, 4 posts and 14 pieces exchangeable wall panels. It can be

flattened for easy transporting.

Stand alone, or combined horizontally to create big opeen space,

or stacked vertically up to 3 storeys.

Different types of roof, corridor, canopy and staircase are available; plus specialized bathroom and kitchen containers to choose;

can be decorated both inside and outside.

Averagely 4 workers can erect 1 container within 3 hours. The

container also canbe assembled in factory and then tranferred to

the site.

Over 15-year lifetime, seismic resistance to 8 degree, wind resistance to 11 degree.

3 units can be packed as a 20’ shipping container, which can save

3/4 freight cost; and 6 units can be packed into a 40’ high-cube

shipping container.

Different transport methods are available to be chosen from according to the distance to the destination and site installation conditions. Options are transported as a whole piece (recommended for bathroom containers), 3 units packed horizontally as one piece and 6 units packed vertically into a 40’

high-cube shipping container.

Compared with traditional buildings, prefab villa has an exellent performance on anti-earthquake, hurricane resistance, eco-friendly, energy-saving, light structure, not too much requirements on foundation

loading, high effective are utilization rate, it becomes more and more popular at home and aboard.

It is customized per actual area situation, all the main structure is made of steel,

like main post, beam, roofing, foundation components. Its installation is very easy

and quickly, for example, 300SQM building from the foundation to finished building just need 5 skilled workers 20 workingdays.

It is widely used as workshop, warehouse, logistic center, gym, aircraft etc. Also

have single span, double spans and multiple spans, can be single floor or higher

reser building.
