Application Criteria

The Company shall comprise of at least 1 Director, 1 Shareholder and

1 Company Secretary.

至少 1 名董事必须是新加坡居民。

At least a local Director, who is Singapore Citizen.

Company Shareholder

可以是任何国籍的自然人或法人团体。

It can be a natural person or legal entity of any nationality.

Company Secretary

必须委任 1 名新加坡居民担任公司秘书。

It has to be a Singapore-based resident or company.

Company’s Name

只可以英文。

English Only.

Registered Capital

标准注册资本为 SGD 100,000。

The standard registered capital is SGD 100,000.

税收优惠

Tax Benefit

在境外经营所得利润如不汇入新加坡境内，就无须缴纳稅款。以及在

当地经营业务，首 10 万新加坡元利润免税。

Company is not taxed on income earned abroad. For income

generated locally, the first SGD 100,000 profit is tax-free.

年审年报

Annual Report

需要每年递交周年报表和经当地会计师审计的账目。

Company is required to submit annual reports and annual accounts

audited by local accountants.

客户先提供拟注册之公司名称进行查册，和注册公司所需文件及资料。

The customer shall provide the proposed name of the company to be registered,

documents and information required for the registration of the company.

我司会提供账单，问卷和合同给客户填写及签署。

Our company will provide the invoice, questionnaires and contracts for customers

to fill and execute.

我司收到款项和整套资料后，将进行注册，需时 7 至 10 个工作日完成。

After receiving the payment and documents, our company will proceed with the

registration of the company and it will take around 7 to 10 working days to

complete.

完成注册后，我司会先提供电子版注册文件，再安排邮寄纸质版正本。

Upon completion, we will first provide the digital version of the registration

documents, and will then arrange to send the original documents to the customer.
