智能调光膜（液晶调光膜）是智能调光玻璃中间的夹层
膜，由两张透明导电膜中间注⼊液晶聚合物混合材料制作⽽
成。在没有电场作⽤时，⾥⾯的液晶分⼦不规则散布，调光膜
处于透光不透明状态；当通⼊交流电时，液晶分⼦实现有序排
列，调光膜便从透光不透明状态转换为透明状态。并且“透明”
与“不透明”这两种状态之间可以快速随意转换。
PDLCsmartfilm（liquidcrystaldimmingfilm）isaninterlayerfilminthe
middleof smart switchableglass,whichismadebyinjectingaliquid
crystal polymer mixed material betweentwotransparent conductive
films.Whenthereisnopower,theliquid crystalmoleculesinsideare
scattered irregularly, and the PDLC film is in a opaque state; when
alternating current is applied, the liquid crystal molecules are
arrangedinanorderlymanner,andthePDLCfilmchangesfromalighttransmitting and opaque state to a transparent state.And the two
states of "transparent" and "opaque" can be switched quickly and
freely.

智能调光玻璃，也叫雾化玻璃、通电玻璃、电控玻璃、电雾玻璃等，是⼀种将PDLC液晶膜、胶⽚
和玻璃，经特殊⼯艺胶合后⼀体成型的安全玻璃。
智能调光玻璃的调光原理：在⾃然状态下，它内部的液晶聚合物排列是⽆规则的，⼊射光在聚合
物发⽣散射，玻璃呈乳⽩⾊不透明状态。通电以后，液晶聚合物重新排列，由⽆规则排列变为定向规
则排列，⼊射光完全可以通过，玻璃呈透明状态。
调光玻璃可以根据需要来随意改变玻璃的通透状态，且操作简单，只需⼀按开关或遥控，透明和
雾化状态就能瞬间切换。

⼀10°C时，单层玻璃窗前的温度为⼀2°C，⽽使⽤三层中空玻璃的室内温度为13℃。⽽在炎热夏天，双层中
空玻璃可以挡住90%的太阳辐射热。阳光依然可以透过玻璃幕墙，但晒在⾝上⼤多不会感到炎热。使⽤中
空玻璃幕墙的房间可以做到冬暖夏凉，极⼤地改善了⽣活环境。
