精装适配型空调器是传统地面空调器的升级款，其格

栅风口通过优化结构设计等方法得到缩小，它同样安

装在地板下方，“隐身”地为建筑物提供过滤、加热

和冷却处理过的空气。既能满足采暖、制冷的基本需

求，又可以完美的匹配建筑环境，实现空间、美学和

实用功能的统一，还具有相较于传统型射程较高的优

势。

Well furnished customized floor air conditioner is an

upgrade of the traditional ground air conditioner. Its

grating tuyere is reduced by optimizing the structural

design and other methods. It is also installed below

the floor to provide the filtered, heated and cooled

air for the building \"stealthily\". It can not only meet

the basic needs of heating and cooling, but also

perfectly match the architectural environment to

achieve the unification of space, aesthetics and

practical functions, and has the advantage of higher

range than the traditional type.

In summer, the outer protective structure of the building,

After the application of ground air conditioners in the

outer area in summer, the load of curtain wall can be

eliminated, the temperature near the curtain wall can be

significantly reduced, the temperature gradient from the

curtain wall to the indoor can be reduced, and the area of

indoor comfort zone can be increased.

夏季外区应用地面空调器后，消除了幕墙负荷，可明显降

In winter, the outer protective structure of the building,

especially the glass curtain wall, has high thermal

conductivity, small heat transfer resistance and large heat

consumption. The temperature is low within 5m near the

curtain wall.

After the application of ground air conditioner in the outer

area in winter, the heat consumption of the curtain wall

can be made up, the temperature near the curtain wall

can be obviously raised, and the working environment

around the curtain wall can be improved.

L 型精装适配型地面空调器是在精装适配型地面空调

器基础上二次优化开发而得到的一款对流设备，同样

隐蔽安装于地板沟槽内的 ，“隐身”地为建筑物提供

过滤、加热和冷却处理过的空气。不仅继承了高射程

的特点，而且具有送风口更窄的独特优势。

项目简介：项目经由锦沧文华大酒店升级改造为“高端办

公 + 高端精致购物中心”的复合型商业体。项目前身锦沧

文华大酒店的历史可追溯至 1900 年，见证了老上海的传

奇故事，是上海改革开放及城市国际化的缩影，富有历史

意义。为了在保留其历史风貌的基础上重塑空间功能，此

次携手国际顶尖设计团队 Gensler、Greenberg Farrow 及

Lead8，利用先进技术对整体楼宇及地下空间进行再改造，扩

大地下空间面积和利用效率；严格执行 LEED CS 金级和绿

色二星建筑设计双认证标准，将环保理念融入到建筑设计

的细节中，带给消费者绿色、低碳、健康、环保的消费体验；

同时采用数字化科技实现楼宇数字化全覆盖，全方位实现

JC PLAZA 的功能转型。

Product: Floor Air Conditioner

Project Overview: The project was upgraded and converted into a

composite commercial, a high-end office and an exquisite shopping

center, from Shanghai JC Mandarin Hotel. The JC Mandarin Hotel

can be traced back to 1900, which has witnessed the legend of

old Shanghai. It is the epitome of Shanghai's reform and opening

up and the internationalization of the city and is full of historical

significance. To reshape the space function and preserve its historical

style, by working with Gensler, Greenberg Farrow and Lead8, the

whole building and underground space has been renovated with

advanced technology to expand the underground space area and

utilization. By implementing the LEED CS gold level and green twostar architectural design dual certification standards strictly to

integrate environmental protection concepts into the architectural

design, and bring consumers a green, low-carbon, healthy, and ecofriendly consumption experience. Meanwhile, digital technology is

used to realize the building digitalization coverage and realize the

total functional transformation of JC PLAZA in all directions.

所用产品：直膨式地面空调器

项目简介：花山印象项目位于花山生态城核心位置，隶属

于东湖高新技术开发区，是由双国企联投置业和武汉城建

集团联袂打造，开启了花山新城市主义的新篇章，为领启

新花山人居而来。花山印象地处花山大道与花城大道双轴

中心，贯通东西南北、衔接三环、光谷大道、高新大道等

城市主干道。花山印象以森林为生活载体，采用两区三轴

多主团的主体结构，通过对“亲子”“长者”“邻里”“乐

宠”四个当代人居生活组成的思考和演绎，重拾人与自然

的亲密关系，打造现代美学森居新范式。

Design Studio: Wuhan Shidai Construction and Architectural

Design Co., Ltd

Product : Direct Expansion Floor Air Conditioner.

Project Overview: Huashan Memory is located in the core of

Huashan Eco-city, which belongs to the East Lake High Tech

Development Zone. It is jointly built by dual state-owned

enterprises, United Investments and Properties Co., LTD and

Wuhan Urban Construction Group Co, Ltd. The project has opened

a new chapter of Huashan New Urbanism and led the new

Huashan people's residence standard. Huashan Memory is in the

double-axis center of Huashan Avenue and Huacheng Avenue,

connecting the East, West, North, and south of the city, and

connect to Third Ring Road, Guanggu Avenue, Gaoxin Avenue, and

other urban trunk roads. Huashan Memory takes the forest as the

living carrier, adopts the main structure of two districts, three axes,

and multi main groups, and re picks up the intimate relationship

between man and nature and creates a new paradigm of modern

aesthetic forest residence through the thinking and interpretation

of the four contemporary residential life components of \"parentchild\", \"elder\", \"neighborhood\" and \"Le Chong (Happy Pet Life)\".

武汉·花山印象售楼部 Wuhan·Huashan Memory Real Estate Sales Center

项目简介：作为太湖新城的标志性工程的金匮公园位于高浪

路南、苏锡路西、观山路北、立德道东，占地 65 万平方米。整

个公园建设突出山水交融的特色，将大面积植树造林、栽花

种草，并因地制宜引种水生植物，使之成为太湖新城“绿

肺”。同时，公园内还适当配建体育、人文、历史、商务休

闲等公共设施，以满足市民的休闲需求。金匮公园建成后将

成为无锡南部地区最大的免费主题公园，也是太湖新城中心

的标志性景观绿地。

Design Studio: Tongji Architectural Design (Group) Co., Ltd

Product: Floor Air Conditioner

Project Overview: As a landmark project of Taihu New City, covering

an area of 650,000 square meters, Jinkui Park is in the south of

Gaolang Road, west of Suxi Road, north of Guanshan Road, and

east of Lide Road. The construction of the entire park highlights the

characteristics of the integration of mountains and rivers by planting

trees, flowers and grass and introducing aquatic plants according to

local environment, making it the \"green lung\" of Taihu New City. At

the same time, public facilities such as sports, humanities, history,

business and leisure are also properly equipped in the park to meet

the leisure needs of the citizens. Once completed, it will become

the largest free theme park in the southern area of Wuxi, as well as

a landmark landscape green space in the center of Taihu Lake New

Town.

项目简介：青岛海天中心项目临海而建，项目位于青岛市

市南区香港西路 48 号，北临香港西路，南临东海西路。老

海天大酒店原址上，青岛国信实业有限公司对该酒店进行

原地拆除再重建，并根据青岛市规划及市 ZF 会议要求，新

购东侧冶金宾馆用地和西顺峰酒店用地进行整体改造，建

设新海天中心。总建筑面积约 49 万平方米，规划 T1（210

米）、T2（369 米）、T3（245 米）三座塔楼及裙楼，集

超五星级瑞吉酒店与五星级海天大酒店、5A 甲级写字楼、企

业品牌中心、商业中心、高端海景公寓、城市观光平台、艺

术中心与博物馆七大业态于一体。建成后将成为青岛首席

国际商务会议中心、半岛都市经济和金融财富中心的重要

载体。

Design Studio: Archilier Architecture, CCDI

Product: Floor Air Conditioner

Project Overview: Located at No. 48, Hong Kong West Road, Shinan

District, Qingdao, with Hong Kong West Road in the north and

Donghai West Road in the south. The Qingdao Haitian Center project

is built near the sea. On the original location of the Old Haitian Hotel,

Qingdao Conson Development Co., Ltd first demolished the hotel

and then rebuilt it. According to the city plan of Qingdao and of the

requirements proposed in the meeting by Qingdao Government,

the land of Metallurgical hotel (On the East) and the Xishunfeng

hotel was purchased to build the new Haitian Center. With the total

construction area is around 490,000 square meters, three towers

and podiums, including T1 (210 meters), T2 (369 meters), and T3

(245 meters), are built. The hotel has integrated five-star St. Regis

Hotel and Haitian Hotel, 5A Grade & Class A office building, corporate

brand center, commercial center, high-end sea-view apartment,

urban sightseeing platform, art center and museum. Once finished,

the Haitian center will be an important carrier of Qingdao's top

international business conference center and the peninsula urban

economy and financial wealth center.

项目简介：位于奉贤的九棵树未来艺术中心宛若一颗透明

的种子，在千亩森林的环抱和一汪湖水的映衬之下，熠熠

生辉。作为全国首家融合生态、文化和人文空间的 A 级综

合剧院，“九棵树”不但是一座立足于奉贤、具有国际水

准的艺术中心，为南上海及杭州湾北岸地区新添一个大体

量文化地标，同时也成为奉贤乃至全市人民欣赏高雅艺术

的好去处。值得一提的是，未来，“九棵树”将充分发挥“南

上海文化客厅”的核心功能，不断突破文化艺术的“边界”，深

度融入城市生活，引领市民文化生活新方式。

\"Important Platform for International Cultural and Artistic Exchange.\"

District, Chengdu, the Dongan Lake Kapok Hotel is an important

supporting project of the 31st Universiade. As one of the fruits of

the superposition of the national strategy of \"Chengdu-Chongqing

Twin City Economic Circle\" and the city strategy of Chengdu’s

\"Dongjin\" Panning, surrounding by superior natural environment

with mountains and rivers and relying on the vigor and vitality of the

World Universiade Park, the hotel will integrate into Chengdu city

and present a brand new STAYCATION experience for guests.

has stable and reliable control protection functions, realizes a

concentrated linkage and control on many units in overall and can

make data exchange between application layer and other platform.

佛瑞德楼宇控制 (BA) 系统

佛瑞德 BA 控制系统支持 BACnet 通信控制协议。系

统植入性强，可便捷的与各类主要通信网络 ( 以太

网、ARCNET、LONTALK) 兼容。具有良好的伸缩性和

扩展性。系统内部组网可以不受设备接入点数量的制

约。

佛瑞德 BA 控制系统兼容 ZIGBEE 协议通信，物理通信

符合 IEEE 802.15.4 技术规范。系统可以设备与设备点

对点自行组网通信，也可以配合具有 ZIGBEE 功能的

传感器，控制模块进行组网通信、信息共享，实现对

于周边环境、个性化功能的设定与控制。相比传统设

备减少了配线压力，系统的稳定性大幅度提高，能耗

与成本都有明显的降低。

GPRS、WIFI 等 系 统 通 信 方 式。 二 氧 化 碳、PM2.5、

PM10、温湿度传感采用集成模块化设计、具备分布式

CANBUS 总线等工业集成控制。在工业控制中可以和

现有的系统完美融合与扩展。

Freedom BA control system is compatible with ZIGBEE protocol

communication, and physical communication conforms to

IEEE802.15.4 technical specification. The system can realize pointto-point self-networking communication between equipment and

equipment, and also can cooperate with a sensor with ZIGBEE

function and realize networking communication and information

sharing by the control module, so as to realize the setting and

control of surroundings and personalized functions. Compared with

traditional equipment, the wiring pressure has been reduced, the

stability of the system has been greatly improved, and the energy

consumption and cost have been significantly reduced.

Freedom BA control system integrates traditional communication

module, supporting GPRS, WIFI and other system communication

mode. The integrated modular design with distributed detection and

control capabilities is adopted for the sensing of CO2, PM2.5, PM10,

temperature and humidity.

Freedom BA control system can integrate industrial integration

control such as MODBUS, CAN and CANBUS bus. It can perfectly

integrate and expand with existing systems in industrial control.
