Sichuan Tuowang Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 1958 as a state-owned enterprise - Chengdu Tannin Extract

Plant. In 1973, the company expanded from forest chemicals to oilfield chemicals. In 1999, Chengdu Tannin Extract

Plant was restructured into Chengdu Chuanfeng Chemical Engineering Co., Ltd. In 2020, in order to expand the scale

钻井液用降粘剂磺化单宁 SMT 是将栲胶、单宁酸经磺化和化学改性而成。产品为自由流动的褐色粉末,

吸水性强,易溶于水。

SMT 在各种类型的水基泥浆体系中都是优良的稀释剂或降粘剂。SMT 能有效地降低泥浆的粘度和切力。

在盐水泥浆、饱和盐水泥浆中也能保持一定的降粘能力,抗 Ca 污染可达 1000mg/L 以上。在 180 ~ 200℃

的高温条件下,它能改善泥浆的高温稳定性,控制高温下泥浆的流变性能。

SMT 与其它常用泥浆添加剂有很好的配伍性,一剂多效。

SMT 也常用作固井水泥浆的高温缓凝剂和分散减阻剂。

1. 用作抗高温水基泥浆降粘剂时,加量一般为 1.0% 左右;

2. 用作油井水泥高温缓凝剂或减阻剂时,加量一般为干水泥重量 0.1 ~ 1.0% 左右。

Viscosity reducers for drilling fluid - sulfonated tannin (SMT) is made from tannin extract and tannic acid by

sulfonation and chemical modification. The product is free-flowing brown powder and easily soluble in water, with

strong water absorption.

SMT is an excellent diluent or viscosity reducer in all types of water-based drilling fluid systems. SMT can

effectively reduce the viscosity and shear of drilling fluid. It can also maintain a certain viscosity reduction ability in

salt water drilling fluid and saturated salt water drilling fluid, and the resistance to Ca pollution can reach more than

1000mg/L. Under the high-temperature condition of 180~200°C, it can improve the high-temperature stability of the

drilling fluid and control the rheological property of the drilling fluid at high temperature.

SMT can be well compatible with other commonly used drilling fluid additives to achieve multiple effects.

SMT is also commonly used as a high-temperature retarder and dispersant for cement slurry.

1. When it is used as viscosity reducer for high-temperature water-based drilling fluid, the dosage is generally

about 1.0%;

2. When it is used as high-temperature retarder or dispersant for oil well cement, the dosage is generally about

0.1~1.0% of the weight of dry cement.

The net weight of SMT dry powder is 25kg/bag, the outer layer adopts 3-in-1 kraft paper composite bag or plastic

woven bag, and the inner layer adopts polyethylene film bag.

钻井液用降粘剂磺化栲胶 SMK 是利用特种栲胶经磺化处理及其他化学改性而成。SMK 不含任何高价金

属离子、无毒、无污染性。SMK 为自由流动的褐色粉末。

SMK 吸水性强,易溶于水,PH 值为 10 左右。

SMK 在各种类型的水基泥浆体系中都有显著的稀释和降粘能力。它能有效地降低泥浆的粘度和切力,尤其

是对聚合物泥浆有明显的稀释效果。

SMK 作为一种抗高温(180℃)的稀释剂,能改善泥浆的高温稳定性,控制高温下泥浆的流变性能。它与

其它常用泥浆添加剂有很好的配伍性,经配伍后,可以满足对付盐类侵污的要求。

符合中华人民共和国石油天然气行业标准 SY/T 5091-2022

1. 用作淡水泥浆降粘剂时,加量一般为 1.0% 左右;

2. 用作抗高温泥浆降粘时,加量一般为 2.0 ~ 3.0% 左右;

Viscosity reducers for drilling fluid - sulfonated extract (SMK) is made from special tannin extract by sulfonation

and other chemical modification. SMK is free of any high-valent metal ions, toxicity and pollution. SMK is free-flowing

brown powder.

SMK is highly absorbent and easily soluble in water, with a PH value of about 10.

SMK has significant dilution and viscosity reduction capabilities in all types of water-based drilling fluid systems.

It can effectively reduce the viscosity and shear of the drilling fluid, especially has obvious dilution effect on the polymer

drilling fluid.

As a high temperature (180°C) resistant diluent, SMK can improve the high-temperature stability of the drilling

fluid and control the rheological property of the drilling fluid at high temperature. It can be well compatible with other

commonly used drilling fluid additives to meet the requirements for dealing with salt contamination.

In line with oil and gas industry standard of the People's Republic of China (SY/T 5091-2022)

1.When it is used as fresh water drilling fluid viscosity reducer, the dosage is generally about 1.0%;

2.When it is used as a high-temperature viscosity reducer, the dosage is generally around 2.0-3.0%;

Filtration reducer for drilling fluid – sulfonate wood coal

(SMC)

钻井液用降滤失剂磺化褐煤 SMC 是将褐煤中的腐植酸经磺化处理及其它化学改性而成。由于加工过程中

去除了不溶性杂质,因而保证了产品的最大溶解度、纯度和总效力。

SMC 在各种类型的低矿化度(NaCl ≤ 3%)水基泥浆中都是优良的失水控制剂和降粘剂。它能有效地抑

制粘土在高温下的分散,改善泥浆的高温稳定性,降低泥浆的 HTHP 滤失。

SMC 和其它常用泥浆添加剂有很好的配伍性,以 SMC 为基础处理剂的“三磺”泥浆体系能满足≤ 250℃

条件下的淡水、盐水和饱和盐水泥浆的需要。

符合中华人民共和国石油天然气行业标准 SY/T 5092-2017

符合中国石油化工集团公司企业标准 Q/SH CG0086-2023

1. 用作淡水泥浆降粘剂时,加量一般为 1.0% 左右;

2. 用作抗高温(200℃)泥浆稳定剂时,加量一般为 3.0% 左右;

SMC 干粉净重 25kg/ 袋,采用外层三合一牛皮纸复合袋或塑料编织袋,内层聚乙烯薄膜袋。

sulfonation and other chemical modification. Due to the removal of insoluble impurities during processing, maximum

SMC is an excellent water loss control agent and viscosity reducer in various types of water-based drilling fluid

with low salinity (NaCl≤3%). It can effectively inhibit the dispersion of clay at high temperature, improve the hightemperature stability of drilling fluid, and reduce the HTHP filtrate loss of drilling fluid.

SMC can be well compatible with other commonly used drilling fluid additives; the \"three-sulfonated\" drilling

fluid system based on SMC can meet the needs of fresh water, salt water and saturated salt water drilling fluid under

the condition of ≤250°C.

钻井液用降滤失剂磺甲基酚醛树脂 SMP 为阴离子水溶性聚电解质,是一种耐温抗盐的钻井液降滤失剂,

与磺化褐煤、磺化丹宁和磺化沥青等共同使用,可以配制“三磺”钻井液体系,是理想的高温深井钻井液体系

之一。

SMP 是在苯环单元引入磺酸基,苯环间又以碳原子相连,热稳定性好。能够抗高温,又因为苯羟基在邻对

位上引进了磺酸钠基 -SO N a,水化作用强、缔合水的键能高,因而又解决了它的水溶性,决定它抗盐、抗钙、

降低高温高压失水量的作用。磺甲基酚醛树脂作为深井钻井液处理剂 , 具有高温高压降失水好、抗盐、抗钙好,

降低泥饼摩擦系数等良好性能,对于巩固井壁,防塌、防卡具有重要作用。

Filtration reducer for drilling fluid – sulfonated methyl phenol-fomaldehyde resin (SMP) is an anionic watersoluble polyelectrolyte, which is a temperature and salt resistant filtrate loss reducer for drilling fluid. It can be used

together with sulfonated lignite, sulfonated tannin and sulfonated asphalt, etc. to prepare “three-sulfonated\" drilling

fluid system, which is one of the ideal drilling fluid systems for high-temperature deep wells.

SMP introduces sulfonic acid group into benzene ring unit, and the benzene rings are connected by carbon atoms;

so it has good thermal stability. It can resist high temperature, and the benzene hydroxyl group introduces sodium

sulfonate (-SO₃Na) on the ortho and para-positions, resulting in strong hydration effect and high bond energy of

associated water, so it is water soluble, and can resist salt and calcium and reduce the fluid loss at high temperature/

high pressure. As a treatment agent for deep well drilling fluid, SMP has good properties such as fluid loss at high

temperature/high pressure, salt resistance, calcium resistance, and reduction of cake friction coefficient. It plays an

important role in consolidating well wall, preventing collapse and sticking.

Shale inhibitor used in drilling fluids - potassium humate (KAHm) is a potassium salt of humic acid made from

humic acid contained in lignite.

KAHm is free-flowing black powder. Due to the removal of insoluble impurities during processing, maximum

solubility, purity and total potency of the product are guaranteed.

In drilling project, KAHm is mainly used to control water loss of fresh water drilling fluid or potassium-based

drilling fluid, and to inhibit the expansion and collapse of water-sensitive formation. It can also effectively reduce the

viscosity and shear of drilling fluid and control rheological property of the drilling fluid.

KAHm has good high-temperature stability and can improve the fluid-loss and wall-building property of drilling

fluid at high temperature.

油井水泥膨胀剂钙镁氧化物 TW170S 系采用钙、铝或镁的氧化物及一定量的钝化铝材料复合而成。

TW170S 是一种能使水泥石产生体积膨胀的材料。

TW170S 在硅酸盐油井水泥中既可促使水泥水化早期钙矾石的形成,产生微小的体积膨胀,又由于钝化铝

材料与水泥的反应在水泥中产生膨胀压力,从而起到补偿水泥水化过程中的体积收缩,提高水泥石与套管、地

层之间界面胶结强度的作用,并大大提高水泥石的抗压强度。

TW170S 是灰色或灰白色粉末。

1、配常规密度水泥浆:TW170S 干粉加量一般为水泥干重的 2.0 ~ 3.0%;

2、配低密度水泥浆:TW170S 干粉加量一般为水泥干重的 4.0 ~ 5.0%。

Expanding agent for oil well cement - calcium magnesium oxide (TW170S) is composed of calcium, aluminum or

magnesium oxide and a certain amount of passivated aluminum material.

TW170S can make cement block produce volume expansion.

In oil well Portland cement, TW170S can not only promote the formation of ettringite in the early stage of cement

hydration, resulting in small volume expansion, but also produce expansion pressure in the cement due to the reaction

between passivated aluminum material and cement, so as to compensate the volume shrinkage in cement hydration

process, improve the interface bonding strength among cement stone, casing and formation, and greatly improve the

compressive strength of cement block.

TW170S is gray or off-white powder.

1. For preparing cement slurry with conventional density: The dosage of TW170S dry powder is generally

2.0~3.0% of the dry weight of cement;

2. For preparing cement slurry with low density: The dosage of TW170S dry powder is generally 4.0~5.0% of the

dry weight of cement;

In line with oil and gas industry standard of the People's Republic of China (SY/T5504.8-2013 Evaluation method

performance of cement slurry, and can effectively reduce the elastic modulus of cement block. The rheological indicators

of cement slurry mixed with TW180S can be adjusted, and the elastic modulus of final cement block can be effectively

reduced, which is conducive to the later oil recovery operation.

Light-weight additive for oil well cement - flyash cenosphere compound (TW200S) is a lightweight material with

high silica content, and is featured by porous structure, large surface area, strong adsorption performance and good

suspension performance.

TW200S belongs to hollow microsphere type Light-weight additive for oil well cement.

TW200S can be mixed with oil well cement and its admixtures to prepare low-density cementing slurry with good

performance and adjustable density range of 1.30~1.60g/cm³.

The low-density cementing slurry system composed of TW200S and supporting cement admixtures has good flow

performance without free water. For example, the low-density cementing slurry system prepared according to the

mix ratio (oil well cement:TW200S:micro-silicon:TW130S:TW150S:TW100L:distilled water=450g:120g:36g:18g:1.8

g:0.4g:320g) is featured by adjustable thickening time, density of 1.50g/cm³ curing temperature of 60~70°C, 24-hour

compressive strength of 18MPa, and water loss ≤80mL.

According to design requirements, the dosage of TW200S dry powder is generally 1.0~50.0% of the dry weight of

cement;
