A 产品用途：

贝尔拓普-多功能冷粘结剂 是一款双组份、高性能的工业粘接剂，适用于橡胶与橡胶，橡胶与

金属，橡胶与织物，织物与织物之间的粘接。特别适用于输送带的修补及冷硫化（各种类型橡胶，

人造织物，尼龙织物）无缝粘接，滚筒包胶及各种金属表面的防磨损，防腐蚀橡胶贴面；同时也适

C 使用方法：

橡胶：用钨钢打磨碟或钢丝轮全面打磨橡胶表面（不要有闪亮区域）然后燥的清扫刷扫除打

磨粉尘，最好不使用任何溶剂及液体。

芯体：打磨平整其它橡胶区域，小心轻微打磨织物层（注意不能损坏织物层），然后用洁净

干燥的清扫刷扫除打磨粉尘，最好不使用任何溶剂及液体。

金属：用喷沙或打磨的方式将金属表面除锈且使得变得粗糙－推荐打磨深度为 45-60um

然后用贝尔拓普清洗剂去除金属表面油旨等污渍。

混合：充分搅拌混合粘结剂和固化剂（固化剂所占比例为 5%),(即 1kg 装粘结剂配 50g 固化

剂）。并在二小时内用完该混合剂，否则硬化失效。

涂刷：粘接表面均匀涂上两次薄层，有 BL 粘接层的橡胶板表面不用涂第一层。第一层 须完

全干透（30 至 45 分钟，金属干燥至少 60 分）。第二层干到尚有略微粘性时（用手指背试）， 即

可进行表面的最后粘接。（若第二层过干则再涂一层）。

粘接：将结合二面贴在一起，用压实滚轮压实粘接表面，注意需要彻底排除空气紧紧贴合及压

实。

建议：为了粘合更好，需要在金属接触表面涂上一层金属处理剂,并让其完全 干透，这样会大

大提高橡胶与金属的粘合力和可靠性。

C usage method

with 40g hardening agent). And use up the mixture within two hours, otherwise the hardening failure.

Brush: the adhesive surface is evenly coated with two thin layers, and the surface of the rubber plate

with BL adhesive layer is not coated with the first layer. The first layer must be completely dry (30 to

45 minutes, minimum 60 minutes). When the second layer is slightly sticky (try with the back of the

finger), the final bonding of the surface can be performed.(If the second layer is

too dry, apply another layer).

Adhesive: stick the combined two sides together, compact the adhesive surface with a compacted

roller, and pay attention to the need to completely eliminate the air tightly fit and compaction.

Suggestion: In order to bond better, apply a layer of metal treatment agent to the metal

A 产品用途：

贝尔拓普-金属表面处理剂单组份，作为金属与橡胶粘接的底涂剂，通常是和冷粘结剂系列配

合使用的，他能够给橡胶衬里和绝缘层向金属粘结时提供最适宜的粘结表面。在金属表面打磨并

用清洗剂清洗后涂上的金属表面处理剂能够快速的作用于金属表层。倘若金属表面打磨并用清洗

剂清洗后若干天才使用，那么涂上一层金属处理剂将会很好的保护金属表面不被氧化并保存在一

个合适的环境中以增加粘接性和耐候性。主要用于常温常压工况条件下粘接滚筒包胶。

请选用贝尔拓普提供的专业设备或者工具，佩戴或穿着好安全防护用品，用动物毛刷将清洗剂直接涂刷到你需

要清洗物件的表面后用力反复刷洗。清洁标准在有光线的条件下，仔细检视物件表面一定没有＊即使是很微小的＊

污垢或者灰尘的存在。注；如果未达到清洗所需的清洁程度，请多次重复进行以上清洗步骤直至达到目标为止，对

于清洗剂的使用方式，我们建议你根据现场的情况可选择涂刷、喷淋、倾倒三种方式，处于安全的原因，我们还是

建议你用前两种为最安全的。

C 使用方法：

1、将需要修复的输送带水平铺放。

2、把输送带上方待修补部位边缘以 45 度角剪切。

3、输送带底部同样以 45 度角剪切，但需短于顶部剪切。

4、使用低转速角磨机打磨待修补部位。

5、将打磨残渣清扫干净。

6、使用胶带将待修补部位从底部完全封住。

7、使用清洗剂和刷子清洗输送带待修补区域。

8、待清洗剂晾干。将底漆涂刷于待修补区域，确保待修补部位完全被涂刷等待底漆晾

干。

9、将固化剂倒入修补胶中，使用搅拌棒将其充分搅拌一分钟，直至完全融合。

10、将混合物缓慢倾倒于待修补区域直到表面与输送带持平。

11、使用刮板将修补表面抹平。注意：由于修补材料固化快，所以要尽快完成。

12、修补后至少在 21℃的环境下待其固化一个小时再开机。

13、如有必要，待修补部分完全硫化后使用低转速角磨机打磨修补部位。

E 安装、维护、注意事项
