中国地区最高规格火锅领域专业采购盛会-上海国际火锅产业博览会（简称:SHCE）已于2020年
10月15日-17日在上海虹桥-国家会展中心成功召开。展会的总展出面积近5万平米，吸引来自海内
外的518家火锅连锁企业、火锅供应链企业与食品领域的优秀供应商参展，共设958个展位，三天的
展会共吸引了56168名专业观众前来参会，让众多参展企业纷纷表示在此次的活动中取得显著佳
绩，这也标志着SHCE已成长为中国地区火锅领域中领先的专业贸易盛会。展会以“火锅舌尖上的中
国”为主题，通过不同的展品类别相互交融与渗透来服务整个火锅全产业链，展品大类涵盖火锅底
料与调味料、火锅特色食材与涮品、冷冻食品与原料辅料、火锅相关设备、品牌火锅以及连锁加盟
等六大板块。展会期间还举办了中国火锅产业发展大会、世界的四川火锅宴文创大赛、四川火锅连
锁招商加盟会暨优秀供应商产品推介会等活动为火锅企业正确把握消费现状及发展趋势搭建了良好
的交流平台。
As the highest level professional procurement event in the hot pot industry in China, Shanghai
International Hot Pot Industry Trade Fair (SHCE) was successfully held at the National Exhibition and
Convention Center (Shanghai) from October 15-17, 2020. With a total exhibition area of about
50,000 square meters , 958 booths were set up at SHCE and it attracted 518 hot pot franchise
companies, hot pot supply chain companies and excellent suppliers in the food field at home and
abroad, and 56168 professional visitors to attend the show. The three-day event has witnessed the
remarkable achievements of exhibitors, which shows that SHCE has become a leading professional
trade event in the hot pot field in China. Taking “China on the tip of the hot pot”as its theme, the
exhibition focuses on the whole chain of hot pot industry by means of the blending and mutual
infiltration of different exhibit categories. Besides, it covers major six sectors of the hot pot industry,
including hot pot basic condiment and seasoning, hot pot special ingredients and products, frozen
food and raw materials & indirect materials, relative hot pot equipment, famous hot pot brands and
chain franchise. During the exhibition, China Hot Pot Industry Development Conference,World’s
Sichuan Hot Pot Banquet Competition, Sichuan Hot Pot Chain Merchants Franchising Meeting and
Excellent Suppliers Promotion were held, which established an effective and efficient communication
platform for hot pot enterprises to learn the current consumption situation and development trend.

In order to provide a better communication platform to promote, display and cooperate for the development of hot pot industry at home and
abroad, as well as create a top influential professional procurement event of hot pot industry in the Asia-Pacific region， the 5th Shanghai
International Hot Pot Industry Trade Fair 2023, hosted by Sichuan Province Hot pot Association together with Golden Commercial, will be held 欧
on June 05-07, 2023 at the National Exhibition and Convention Center. Taking “China on the tip of the hot pot” as it’ s theme, the exhibition
focuses on the whole hot pot industry chain by means of the blending and mutual infiltration of different exhibit categories. During the exhibition,
China Hot Pot Explosion Shanghai Regional Contest and other activities will be held. The organizing committee hopes that the exhibition will
assist more supply chain enterprises which are specialized in hot pot and catering to grasp the innovative forms with the help of the combination
of exhibitions and events, and establish correct corporate strategic decisions through information docking and communication. Besides, the
exhibition will also make full use of Shanghai's geographical advantage and its own huge buyer data system so as to attract more hot pot
professionals to gather in Shanghai to discuss the issue on the tip of the hot pot in China.
