Leaping forward

In 2023, UIC celebrates its 18th birthday. Over the past 18 years,

UIC has been committed to teaching and research and has

achieved success. Active in connecting with the development

strategy of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,

UIC has been making continuous efforts in talent cultivation, faculty

recruitment, scientific and technological innovation, and industryuniversity-research cooperation and more.

2023年，北师港浸大（UIC）迎来了18岁生日。北师港浸大的博雅

教育以教书育人为核心，推动教研相长。学校一直以来积极响应国家和粤

港澳大湾区发展战略，厚积薄发，不断“破圈”，本学期喜讯频传，在人

才培养、师资引进、科技创新、产学研合作等方面取得不少新成就。

04 2023年10月，人力资源和社会保障部、全国博士后管

委会联合下发《关于批准新设东北师范大学哲学等510个博

士后科研流动站的通知》（人社部函〔2023〕108号），北

师港浸大（UIC）申请的数学、统计学2个一级学科博士后

科研流动站获批设立。这是我校在学科建设和科研平台建

设上取得的重大新突破，北师港浸大是目前珠海唯一获批

设立博士后科研流动站的高校，将为珠海市科研水平提升

以及创新人才培养注入新生力量。

2023年12月14日，北师港浸大举行数学、统计学两个

学科博士后科研流动站揭牌仪式。北师港浸大协理副校长

（国际发展）、理工科技学院院长潘建新教授被任命为博

士后科研流动站管理委员会主席。北师港浸大数学博士后

科研流动站站长由理工科技学院邸亚娜教授担任，副站长

由张强教授担任；统计学博士后科研流动站站长由副教授

2023年，新设博士后科研流动站首次开放给中外合作

办学（含内地与港澳合办）高校申报。此次成功申报，充

分彰显了北师港浸大的办学实力，标志着学校学科建设水

平再上新台阶，建成本科-硕士-博士-博士后贯通的专业

人才培养体系，是继我校获批广东省数据科学与技术交叉

应用重点实验室后又一里程碑式的成果。

叶华军担任，副站长由副教授贺平担任。

博士后科研流动站将有效吸引更多高

水平博士后加入北师港浸大科研队伍。我

校重点实验室等一流科研平台将为博士后

的培养提供有力支持条件，从而促进我校

人才培养和科学研究的高质量发展。我校

将扎实做好新设博士后科研流动站的建设

工作，健全工作机制，积极开展博士后招

收培养工作，切实发挥博士后科研流动站

在推动学科建设、人才培养、高层次人才

引育、科研水平提升等方面的优势和作

用，助力学校高质量发展，为我校服务国

家战略需求和粤港澳大湾区高水平人才高

It is the first time the

application has been opened to

Chinese-foreign (including

Mainland-Hong Kong/Macao)

cooperative universities. With

the establishment of the

postdoctoral stations, UIC can

cultivate undergraduate,

postgraduate, doctoral, and

postdoctoral students

systematically.

It marked another milestone

in UIC's academic development

after establishing the Guangdong

Provincial Key Laboratory of

Interdisciplinary Research and

Application for Data Science in

2022.

UIC's application to set up two

postdoctoral programmes in two

first-class disciplines,

Mathematics and Statistics, has

been approved by the Ministry of

Human Resources and Social

Security and the China

Postdoctoral Science

Foundation. UIC is the only

university in Zhuhai to receive

this approval.

UIC's Mathematics discipline

was recognised as a Guangdong

key discipline and was approved

to offer the master of philosophy

and doctoral degree programmes

in 2021. UIC's Department of

Mathematical Sciences consists

of two programs, Applied

Mathematics, and Financial

Mathematics, and has gathered

first-class faculty worldwide with

24 full-time teachers, including

one Member of the Chinese

Academy of Sciences, all of

whom have a doctoral degree and

overseas research experience.

The Department has received

approximately RMB 14 million in

national funding and RMB 8

million in provincial funding. It

has published more than 200

papers in internationally highimpact journals, most of which

are SCI papers.

UIC's Statistics was rated as an

excellent subject of Zhuhai in

2015, a first-class undergraduate

programme of Guangdong

Province in 2021, and a firstclass national programme in

2022. Additionally, it was

approved by the Ministry of

Education to recruit master's and

doctoral degree students in

Probability and Mathematical

Statistics in 2016. The

programme currently has 36 fulltime academics, six of whom

hold nationally recognised

honours. In the past three years,

it has participated in 13 national

projects and over 20 provincial

projects, and published more

than 100 SCI papers. UIC's

Statistics Programme has been

merged with Data Science to

form the Department of Statistics

and Data Science, promoting the

sharing of academic resources

and interdisciplinary

增院士名单，共增选出47位发展中国家科学院院士。本次

增选院士来自全球24个国家和地区，其中6位来自中国内地

高校和机构。中国科学院院士、欧洲科学院院士、北师港

浸大校长汤涛教授当选，是2023年我国数学领域唯一当

选人。

此次北师港浸大入选学者的研究涉及多个领域，

涵盖计算数学、信息系统、人工智能、物流交通、

食品工程和工业工程等。其中，周荫强教授在其研

究领域“信息系统”名列前茅，在“终身科学影响

力”和“年度科学影响力”两个榜单中均进入全球前

50名。

2023年10月，美国斯坦福大学与爱思唯尔数据库

发布了全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单，北师港浸大共有九

位学者入选。

入选学者为：北师港浸大校长汤涛院士，常务副

校长周荫强教授，副校长（研究和拓展）贾维嘉教

授，工商管理学院署理院长吴盖宇教授，计算机科学

系王庆国教授，高等研究院单肖文教授，生命科学系

主任徐宝军教授，计算机科学系王田教授和副教授骆

宗伟博士。值得一提的是，九位学者均同时入选“终

身科学影响力”和“年度科学影响力”两个榜单。

该榜单基于Scopus数据库，以论文被引次数、H指

数、HM指数以及综合指标等方法统计研究，遴选出世

界排名前2%的科学家。入选该榜单，表明北师港浸大

学者在其研究领域具有较高的世界影响力，并作出重

要贡献。

In the past months, UIC has been included in several

internationally-recognised lists.

Stanford University and Elsevier have made the

World's Top 2% Scientists for 2023, a publicly accessible

database showcasing highly cited researchers. The

selected nine UIC scholars are: UIC President, Member

of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Fellow of the

European Academy of Sciences Prof Tang Tao; UIC

Provost Prof Patrick Chau; UIC Vice President (Research

and Development), Dean of Graduate School Prof Jia

Weijia; Acting Dean of Faculty of Business and

Management, Prof Adolf K.Y. Ng; Prof Wang Qing-Guo

of Department of Computer Science; Prof Shan Xiaowen

of the Institute of Advanced Study; Prof Xu Baojun of

Department of Life Sciences; Prof Wang Tian and Dr Luo

Zongwei of Department of Computer Science. The nine

scholars have entered both sub-lists of career-long

impact and single-year impact this year.

Moreover, the World Academy of Sciences for the

advancement of science in developing countries (TWAS)

recently elected 47 new Fellows, hailing from 24

countries and regions worldwide, six of whom are from

the Chinese mainland institutions. Member of the

Chinese Academy of Sciences, Fellow of the European

Academy of Sciences and UIC President Prof Tang Tao

was the only Chinese person in the field of Mathematical

Sciences elected in 2023.

In addition, Clarivate released the statistics of ESI

(Essential Science Indicators) from 1 January 2013 to 30

April 2023 on 13 July 2023, and UIC's Food Science and

Technology Programme entered the list of the world's

top 1% discipline of Agricultural Sciences (including

Food Science). 190 disciplines from 25 universities in

Guangdong entered the global top 1% list this time, and

UIC was the only newly selected university. (Summarised

北师港浸大食品科学与工程专业为多学科交叉专业，

跨越生物学、营养学、化学、材料学、工程学、农业科学

等学科，本专业以培养精通于食品生产、销售、管理、安

全以及大健康领域高端国际化人才为宗旨，训练学生胜任

食品、生物、医药、化妆品、政府机关、事业单位等相关

领域的工作。国际化课程体系和英文教学为学生在跨国公

司直接就业、出国留学深造、自主创业打下坚实的基础。

本科生在国际期刊上发表论文80余篇。（文：余美欣、陈

2023年7月13日，科睿唯安公布了ESI（Essential Science

Indicators，基本科学指标）从2013年1月1日到2023年4月

30日的统计数据。其中，北师港浸大入选ESI农业科学（含

食品科学）全球前1%学科榜单。

ESI收录了12000多种学术期刊上近十年发表的SCIE和

SSCI论文和被引数据，具有广泛的代表性，已被全球普遍

认可。ESI将全部科学分为22个专业领域，包括化学、物

理、工程科学、材料科学、农业科学等。

在此次ESI排名中，广东共有25所高校190个学科入选

全球前1%榜单，北师港浸大是此次唯一的新增高校。

发展中国家科学院成立于1983年11月，是非政府、非

政治和非营利性的国际科学组织；致力于支持和促进发展

中国家的科学研究，鼓励对发展中国家存在的问题进行研

究，推动发展中国家基础科学和应用科学的发展。发展中

国家科学院院士一般从发展中国家的著名科学家中选举产

生，外籍院士从发达国家的著名科学家中选举产生。截至

目前，全球共有发展中国家科学院院士约1400人，分布在

数学、物理学、化学、天文学、地学、生物学、农学、医

学、工程科学、社会和经济学领域。

汤涛教授，计算数学家，教育部长江学者讲座教授，

中国科学院院士，欧洲科学院院士，发展中国家科学院

院士。汤涛教授主要从事计算数学研究，在双曲型方程

计算方法误差分析，微分方程谱方法理论，相场模型的

高精度算法，以及计算流体力学等领域的研究工作具有广

泛影响。2018年受邀在国际数学家大会作45分钟邀请报

告。他担任多个国际数学期刊主编或编委，荣获冯康科

学计算奖、教育部自然科学奖、国家自然科学奖等多项

奖励。

08 2023年9月28日，位于珠海高新区华发中以国际

产业园的北师港浸大产学研基地升级启用。该产学

研基地将开放给珠海市欧美同学会作为双创基地。

现场还举办了基地入驻项目签约以及欧美同学会医

药健康分会成立仪式。

由广州日报数据和数字化研究院（GDI智库）研

究撰写的《粤港澳大湾区协同创新要素与经济社会

发展报告》于2023年10月14日在香港发布。《报

告》通过专利发明与ESI论文合作构建指标体系，评

价在粤高校对港澳地区创新发展的支持力度，结果

显示北师港浸大位列前十，并在参与专利发明数量

和专利领域影响力方面名列前茅。

近年来，北师港浸大（UIC）充分利用

自身的优势，整合资源，在促进产业创新和

学术成果转化落地等方面不断发力，逐步形

成聚集效应。

中国科学院院士、北师港浸大校长、珠海市欧美同学

会会长汤涛在致辞中表示，北师港浸大坚持博雅教育和全

人教育，注重学生的多元化发展。学校围绕国家战略性新

兴产业方向，新增专业和交叉学科，培养应用型创新人

才，并通过设立创新中心、产学研基地，联动校友等举

措，为创新创业提供落地空间和实践机会。

他指出，北师港浸大产学研基地的升级启用，以及与

珠海市欧美同学会战略合作，将充分发挥二者优势和“家

国情怀、国际视野”的共同特点，把产学研基地打造成为

海外人才和留学生的产业孵化标杆项目，助力珠海打造一

片科研成果密集、新兴产业集聚、国际人才活跃的创新创

业高地。

在珠海高新区管委会的支持下，北师港浸大产学研基

地于2020年初成立。截至2022年底，基地已累计孵化近

30家企业。为更好地利用粤港澳大湾区的区位优势，打造

独具UIC特色的创新创业基地，2023年6月，基地整体搬迁

至华发中以国际产业园，整备超4500平方米的高品质创业

空间。基地以北师港浸大师生、校友为核心资源，重点发

展软件和集成电路、生物医药、AI、金融、文化创意等产

In recent years, UIC has utilised its advantages and

resources to promote industrial innovation and

transformation with fruitful academic results,

gradually forming a clustering effect.

Member of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Fellow

of the European Academy of Sciences and UIC

President Prof Tang Tao said UIC's liberal arts

education and curriculum setting cultivate all-rounded

talents according to the national needs, and UIC will

create more room for innovation and entrepreneurship

by establishing innovation centres and bases and

connecting with alums.

Furthermore, UIC's Industrial-University Research

Collaboration Centre in Zhuhai Huafa Zhongyi

Industrial Park was put into use on 28 September

2023. The Centre was also opened to the Western

Returned Scholars Association (Overseas-educated

Scholars Association of China) Zhuhai Branch as a base

for innovation and entrepreneurship. A ceremony was

held to sign the cooperation agreement and establish

the Association's Medicine and Health Institute

Branch.

He pointed out that with the cooperation of the

Association, the Centre could be a benchmark example

in attracting and promoting overseas talents and

international students in innovation and

entrepreneurship, boosting the scientific development

of Zhuhai.

Guangzhou Daily Data & Digit Institute published a

report in Hong Kong on the elements of innovation and

economic and social development in the GuangdongHong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area on 14 October

2023. The report evaluated the support provided by

Guangdong universities to the development of

innovation in Hong Kong and Macao through

indicators such as patent inventions and ESI papers.

The results showed that UIC was ranked in the top 10

and led the list in terms of the number of patents and

the impact of the patent field in which it participates.

UIC's Industrial-University Research Collaboration

Centre was established in 2020 with the support of the

Zhuhai government. By the end of 2022, the Centre has

incubated nearly 30 companies. It moved to the Huafa

Zhongyi Industrial Park in 2023, covering an area of

over 4,500 square metres. With UIC faculty, students

and alums as the core resources, the Centre focuses on

developing software and integrated circuits,

biomedicine, AI, finance, cultural creativity and more.

北师港浸大雅乐堂里传出的悠扬古音贯穿整个节目，

通识教育学院副院长郭海鹏教授在介绍这套青铜乐器时提

到，“请到的音乐专家是非常有经验的，协助我们一起先

去南越王墓现场考察。同时我们邀请了武汉专门铸造这个

编钟，很有经验的工程技术人员跟我们一起，进行现场测

量，整个过程花了大概六个月，鉴定会上有专业的、精密

的声音的仪器，对每个钟的声音再进行适当的微调。”

2023年10月25日，CCTV4《国宝·发现》栏目走近南

越文化。在这期节目中，北师港浸大雅乐团还原悠扬古音

和闻乐起舞的场景，带来一场别开生面的中华优秀传统文

化体验课。

透过出土的玉舞人文物，我们会想象穿越千百年的舞

者的千姿百态与移步换型。在央视节目中，北师港浸大师

生闻乐起舞，再现“翘袖折腰”，还原了空灵的舞姿。

北师港浸大既注重拓展学生的国际视野，也将中华文

化传承与传播视为使命。学校设有中华文化与国际传播专

业，开设中国传统文化的交流艺术、中外文化交流史等专

业课程；学校也开设了雅乐、古琴等全人教育选修课。

10 融汇中西、贯通古今是博雅教育的特色，也逐

渐成为北师港浸大（UIC）闪亮的名片，见诸央级

媒体报道。

Professor encourages students to become

'ambassadors' of culture

The Ukrainian scholar said Chinese civilisation is an

endless treasure that never ceases to offer academia new

findings, and foreign scholars have a unique advantage in

studying it. \"As foreigners, we are curious about everything

about China, which prompts us to constantly ask questions,

think, and find new research directions,\" he said.

UIC was listed as the Chinese traditional culture

inheritance base amongst Guangdong universities in

December 2019 for its Lingnan rite and music programmes.

To showcase the culture of Nanyue, a camera crew from

CCTV 4 came to UIC and filmed the UIC Yayue Orchestra

performing ancient music and dance.

UIC encourages its students to embrace the charm of

Chinese traditional culture in courses and activities by

setting up associations such as the UIC Traditional Arts

Club, the Nanhaiqingyin Qin Club, the Tai Chi Club, the

Traditional Archery Association, the Dragon and Lion Dance

Team, etc.

Yegor Grebnev, an assistant professor at the Beijing Normal

University-Hong Kong Baptist University United

International College in Zhuhai, Guangdong province, can

now interpret works from before the Qin Dynasty (221-206

BC) and translate classical Chinese into seven languages. A

historian and Sinologist, he obtained a doctorate in Oriental

studies from Oxford University.

Grebnev now teaches a Chinese culture and global

communication course at UIC, and he has published

multiple papers and given many lectures on ancient Chinese

history.

Furthermore, he has established a method that enables him

to use artificial intelligence to study the ancient Chinese

classic Zuo Zhuan, or The Commentary of Zuo, a book

analysing chronicles of the Spring and Autumn Period (770-

476 BC) written by historian Zuo Qiuming in the 4th century.

With this method, Grebnev uses AI to distinguish content

and categorise dynasties based on the different writing

features presented in Zuo Zhuan, which is the oldest

Chinese historical chronicle in existence. (China Daily)

Grebnev, who has studied Chinese culture and history for

nearly 20 years, speaks fluent Chinese and is proficient in

classical Chinese.

\"Half of my life has been tied to China,\" he said.

Yegor Grebnev（葛觉智）的英文专题报道Ukrainian

scholar promotes Chinese history，讲述葛觉智博士对中

国古代史和中华文化研究的心路历程及在UIC的教学

心得。

为开阔研究视野，葛博

士学习掌握了中、法、日、

德、乌、俄、英七国语言，

并熟读《逸周书》《左传》

和《郭店楚墓竹简》等大量

名篇名著。在他看来，用外

语来展示中国古代文明意味

着更大的责任和挑战。

作为课程的延伸，北师港浸大组建了近十个与中华

优秀传统文化相关的社团，除了这次登上央视的玉振金

声雅乐团，还有南海清音古琴社、传统艺术文化体验

社、太极社、中华射道协会、

玄圃·历史研讨社、龙狮队、

健身气功队等，为弘扬中华优

秀传统文化贡献力量。

早在2019年12月，广东省

教育厅开展的全省高校中华优

秀传统文化传承基地（第二批

单位）评选结果中，北师港浸

大以“岭南礼乐”成功入选。

地区/国家的别样精彩。

该书收录了包括北师港浸大老师在内的多国学者在

“UIC第二届跨学科论坛：‘一带一路’互联互通与欧亚

一体化”上发表的研究论文。作者来自中国、越南、马来

等国家，通过分析历史、宗教、语言、文化、环境和健康

等主题，探索了从丝绸之路到“一带一路”的发展历程，

为共建“一带一路”倡议提供思路。

2023年是共建“一带一路”倡议提出十周年。北师港

浸大（UIC）学者充分利用合作办学和位处粤港澳大湾区

的优势，多年来持续从学术角度为“一带一路”倡议发展

提供智力支持，丰富人们的理解。

人文社科学院王翔教授主持的国家社会科学基金项目

从丝路文化交流中的佛教经藏图书馆入手，梳理了写本时

代中国和丝路西段、中亚、南亚以及日本之间的宗教往来

和书籍传播的史实，并提出丝绸之路也是一条汇通各国书

籍文化的图书馆之路。

2023年10月，《光明日报》报道了《国外“一带一

路”研究译丛》出版。其中，UIC人文社科学院副教授

Nazrul Islam（黄泽）主编的《从丝绸之路到一带一路：重

塑过去，创造未来》一书被翻译成中文，由湖南人民出版

社出版。英文原版书Silk Road to Belt Road: Reinventing the

Past and Shaping the Future由全球最大的科技图书出版公

司之一施普林格（Springer）于2019年出版。

人文社科学院助理教授陈湛关注古代丝绸之路沿线地

区叙利亚语的文献与希腊、拉丁和希伯来文献的翻译和注

释互动，探讨了古代东西方文化的交流，帮助人们更好地

理解丝绸之路地区的历史文化背景。此项目得到了教育部

From 2013 to 2023, a decade has elapsed since the

unveiling of the Belt and Road Initiative. Over this period,

as a full-scale cooperation in higher education between

the Chinese mainland and Hong Kong, UIC has fully

utilised its geographical and academic advantages to

facilitate the Initiative's progress.

The book comprises the research papers presented by

scholars from various countries, including China,

Vietnam, Malaysia, South Korea, Cambodia, Sri Lanka,

Kazakhstan and Bangladesh at UIC's 2nd

interdisciplinary Forum on Belt-Road Connectivity and

Eurasian Integration: Meeting the Culture. It explores the

development of the Silk Road to the Belt and Road

Initiative from angles of history, religion, language,

culture, and more. Dr Islam said the book views the

Initiative as a civilisational development process that

originated on the ancient Silk Road, fostering human

interaction and cultural exchanges.

A recently published book named Silk Road to Belt

Road: Reinventing the Past and Shaping the Future,

edited by Associate Professor Dr Nazrul Islam, who is of

UIC's Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences (FHSS),

was translated and published by the Hunan People's

Publishing House.

The book was originally written in English and was

published by an international publisher, Springer, in

2019. It is now included in a series containing the latest

academic research results of the Initiative, which is taken

charge of by Hunan Normal University in cooperation

with the China South Publishing and Media Group.

常务副校长周荫强履新后要做这三件事

Provost Patrick Chau: Three things to do at UIC

2023年9月，信息系统领军学者周荫强教授履新北师港浸

大（UIC）常务副校长。在开学典礼上，他对本科新生说：

“在人工智能时代，我们都是新人。这个时代需要独特的个

性。”

周教授认为，UIC的博雅教育可以培养学生独特的个性，

而在日新月异的高等教育界，UIC同样也需要保持独特的个

性。

周荫强教授曾在香港大学任职二十年，担任商学

院院长等多个管理职位，后任宁波诺丁汉大学科研与

知识交流副校长。他说：“因为博雅教育，我来了

UIC。”

周荫强教授，UIC常务副校长及信息系统与商业分析讲座

教授，2010年获聘教育部长江学者讲座教授。周教授获加拿大

西安大略大学哲学博士（工商管理）学位。周教授于2021-

2022年获推选担任国际信息系统协会（AIS）主席，是AIS自

1994年成立以来第一位也是唯一一位当选主席的中国学者。周

教授陆续在香港大学获任命Padma and Hari Harilela战略信息管

理教授，在浙江大学获聘求是讲座教授，在宁波诺丁汉大学担

任李达三首席教授。他于2013年获颁发国际信息系统协会会

士称号——每年在全球信息系统学科中只有少数学者能获

此称号。

周荫强教授的研究领域为信息技术采用和电子商

务，在信息系统领域的顶级期刊上发表近100篇论文。

在全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单里，周教授位列所在学科

全球前50、中国内地第1。

周教授十分赞赏UIC融汇中西、贯通古今的博雅理

念。他认为，博雅教育助UIC学生全面发展，为未来人生

做好准备，把握随时可能出现的机会。同时，博雅教育培

养青年学子胸怀国家、放眼世界，成为有担当、负责任、

有贡献的好公民。

在周教授看来，粤港澳大湾区的理工型、研究型大学

很多，合办大学的数量也在增加，但这些大学都意识到，

In his opinion, it enables students to

develop holistically, being socially

responsible with a global mindset. He also

thought it could balance arts and sciences

and nurture talents with distinctive

features.

World-leading scholar in information

systems Prof Patrick Chau took up his new

post as UIC's Provost in September 2023.

Prof Chau also mentioned that UIC's

research and teaching should align with

international standards. UIC will

encourage faculty to participate in

research in not just science, business and

humanities to produce \"traditional

research outputs\" such as journal articles

and academic books but also music,

culture and creativity that generate \"nontraditional research outputs\" such as

songs, films, drama, documentaries, etc.

Regarding future planning, Prof Chau

hoped to focus on recruiting more

outstanding scholars worldwide,

especially senior academics, to join UIC.

The second is to promote

internationalisation, increasing the UIC's

global visibility. The third is to expand

postgraduate training with UIC's growing

scientific power and campus development.

Before joining UIC, Prof Chau served at

the University of Hong Kong for twenty

years, holding various management

positions, including Director of the School

of Business, and then as Vice-Provost for

Research and Knowledge Exchange at the

University of Nottingham Ningbo China.

Regarding university management, Prof

Chau expected more communication within

and outside the university in the future. He

said he would enhance communication and

open up channels of consultation

internally, as well as strengthen interaction

with Hong Kong Baptist University to

amplify UIC's contribution and influence in

the higher education sector in the Greater

光靠传统的STEM（科学、技术、

工程、数学）教育是不够的，转向

STEAM（科学、技术、工程、人

文、数学）教育是趋势。

“这里增加的A（Arts）很关

键，能让科技教育不至于失衡。举

个例子，当下人工智能的应用越来

越广泛，科技发展的伦理问题需要

人文教育来厘清和弥补。博雅教育

兼顾文理，在育人理念方面颇有特

色，这正是UIC的立足之本。”

周荫强教授举例说：“最近

UIC获批设立2个博士后科研流动

站，这不仅是珠海高校唯一，还是

首次获批的三家合办大学之一，且

成绩不俗。要知道，合办大学以理

工型居多，我们是唯一以教书育人

为核心的博雅型高校。”

在大学管理方面，周荫强教授

期待校内外的交流更加通畅。他表

示会增强校内沟通，打开咨询渠

道，也会加强与香港浸会大学的互

动，提升UIC在大湾区高等教育界

的影响力，作出更多贡献。（文：

第二是促进国际化发展。“疫

情时很多国际交流合作受阻。我们

要继续搭建全球伙伴网络，增加学

校在国外的知名度，为学生带来更

多元的体验。”

谈及未来规划，周荫强教授希

望从三个方面着手，推动UIC再上

新台阶。

第一是加强全球优秀学者的招

聘，尤其是资深教授的招聘。周教

授说：“优秀资深教授不仅对学校

的教学和研究颇有助益，也能引导

年 轻 教 师 的 成 长 ， 形 成 良 性 循

环。”

此外，二期校园书院组团已经

投入使用，教学组团和科研组团也

在有序建设中，二期校园的办学空

间将为UIC进一步发展打好基础。

第三是扩大研究生教育规模。

UIC现有逾8000名本科生，研究生

约有1000名。周教授希望在保持良

好的本科教育的基础上，培养更多

的硕博士研究生，丰富博雅教育的

元素。

周 教 授 表 示 ， 除 了 教 学 ，

UIC的研究也要接轨国际。学校不

仅鼓励教师参与理工、商学和人文

学科的研究，发表期刊论文和专著

这些“传统研究成果”，也会发展

音乐、文化、艺术学科，产出歌

曲、电影、戏剧、纪录片等“非传

统研究成果”。

在大一时，我在UIC的通识课程中接触了统计学基础

课，发现自己对统计学有更大的兴趣。在任课老师吴京津

博士的鼓励下，我在大二时成功转入统计学专业，并在大

二期末申请到了吴京津博士的研究助理岗位，正式成为

“科研人”，还得到学校跨学科研究资助计划的支持。大

三时，我以第一作者的身份在并行处理算法与架构国际会

议（ICA3PP 2021）发表了关于无线网络雾计算中任务调

度和计算资源分配问题的研究论文。这是我发表的第一篇

学术论文。

大四时，我参加了全国大学生数学建模竞赛，我们的

队伍获得了国家二等奖和广东省一等奖。这一年我获得国

家奖学金和院长奖学金，并以第一名的成绩从统计学专业

毕业。我很庆幸自己始终把坚持兴趣、汲取新知识放在首

位。

从UIC毕业后，我选择跨专业到香港大学医学院攻读

我是一个喜欢挑战的人。我从大三开始副修计算机科

学与技术专业，学习代码和算法的知识和技能。在未来的

学习和研究中都会遇到处理大型数据库、运用代码解决优

化问题的时候，这些学习为我打下良好的基础。统计学专

业的课程几乎都有小组作业，或者在授课内容基础上需要

自学更深的知识并作讲解展示，得益于这些经验，让我在

后续的硕士学习中如鱼得水。

2022届统计学专业毕业生尹嘉滢获剑桥大学公共卫生科学研究型硕士录取。在北师港浸大

（UIC）就读期间，她通过转专业、跨领域学习、科学研究、学科竞赛等，探索并找到自己喜欢

和适合的方向。让我们一起聆听她的故事。

16 UIC's Class of 2022 Statistics Programme graduate Yin Jiaying was admitted to the University of Cambridge's MPhil in Population Health Sciences programme after her four-year study at UIC. Yin was transferred to the Statistics Progamme in her second year and participated in various scientific research work. She worked as a research assistantship with Dr Wu Jingjin and published her first research paper as the first author on fog computing of wireless networks at the 21st International Conference on Algorithms and Architectures for Parallel Processing (ICA3PP 2021). To strengthen her academic abilities, she minored in Computer Science and Technology, and participated in the China Undergraduate Mathematical Contest in Modelling (CUMCM). Her team won the national second and provincial first prizes. After graduating from UIC as a scholarship winner and first place in her programme, Yin went to the University of Hong Kong (HKU) and studied public health there. At HKU, she learned public health's basic principles and fundamentals and the required research methods. Besides, she successfully applied for a research assistantship at school and published a paper on rheumatism with other co-authors in an international academic journal, JMIR Public Health and Surveillance. During her study, she gradually realised that advanced statistical methods and data science techniques could potentially revolutionise biomedical research to improve public health outcomes. Therefore, she applied for the MPhil in Population Health Sciences programme of the University of Cambridge and got admitted. Yin said she was prepared to pursue a doctoral degree and hoped to focus on searching for more effective public health intervention options. 18 Zhou Yifan was a UIC student of the

Class of 2021 from the Department of

Life Sciences. She is now studying for

her PhD at the Faculty of Life Sciences of

University College London.

During her undergraduate study,

guided by the Head of UIC's Department

of Life Sciences, Prof Xu Baojun, she

began to conduct review studies on the

functional foods such as matsutake and

saponins and learned a lot on chronic

diseases and her thesis was published in

Food Research International. In the

second semester of her final year, she

completed another review paper on

dietary saponins in anti-cancer

molecules and published it in Critical

Reviews in Food Science and Nutrition.

Zhou said teachers at UIC were quite

supportive on students’ future planning.

The four-year study at UIC equipped her

with solid English and scientific research

skills.

After graduating from UIC, she went

to the National University of Singapore

(NUS) for her master's degree. By

participating in a clinical trial project

between NUS and Nestle, she

summarised the clinical trial results,

completed two exploratory articles and

eventually graduated with a GPA of 4.85

out of 5 and all A's in all her courses. In

addition, she published a review paper

in a leading food journal in her spare

time.

She decided to switch to the direction

of Life Sciences for her PhD studies, and

take a gap year to work as a research

assistant in the School of Life Sciences at

Xiamen University to gain research

experience. Finally, she managed to get

admitted to UCL Faculty of Life Sciences

with a full scholarship.

Although the road to her PhD is still

full of challenges, she will continue to

reap more sweet fruits from her passion

周一帆说，食品科学与工程

专业的学术氛围极佳，老师和助

她定下了读博深造的目标，开始

厦门大学生命科学学院当研究助

理，积累研究经验。

定位、开拓视野、精进自我，全

力以赴开辟人生航向。读博之路

依然充满挑战，醉心科研的她也

为接触国际化教育，高考后的肖佳程选择了北师港浸

大（UIC）。面对求学路上的挑战，肖佳程坚持在生活中汲

取正能量。学业成绩优异的他获爱丁堡大学硕士录取，后

获全额奖学金攻读博士学位，学成归国后入职“大厂”发

展。

在UIC的四年里，肖佳程夯实了专业基础，不仅收获

了优异成绩，综合素质和能力更有了全面的发展。UIC英文

授课环境让肖佳程在适应国外学术环境上有“天然”的优

势，当一些同学还在因为上课听不懂而需要录音、翻译

时，肖佳程已进入高效学习状态，并且对英文学术写作也

驾轻就熟。这是他在硕士研究生阶段能取得优异成绩的重

要基础。

对有规划的人而言，许多事情似乎是水到渠成的。肖

佳程在硕士阶段的成绩进入专业前10%，最终以卓越等级

（Distinction）毕业。此时，所在学院也向他伸来橄榄枝，

邀请他申请本院的博士项目。由于正好与自己的计划契

合，肖佳程毫不犹豫地接受了，并申请到了全额奖学金。

肖佳程提到，UIC秉承博雅教育，全人教育课程对其

影响深远。大二时，他选修了飞盘和橄榄球课程，至今让

他记忆犹新。“这两个是当下流行的社交运动，十多年前

我就接触了，可见UIC的课程设置是比较前卫的。”热爱体

育的他也从这些课程中汲取了满满的正能量，培养了积极

进取的心态。

20 Xiao Jiacheng was a UIC student from the Class of 2015

of the Applied Economics Programme. After graduating

from the University of Edinburgh with a master's and a

doctoral degree in Economics, he is employed by the

Alibaba Group as a Data Scientist.

During the four years, Xiao not only laid a solid

foundation in expert knowledge and gained excellent

grades but also acquired comprehensive English skills,

which supported him greatly in his master's study.

Graduated with a Distinction with an impressive

grade ranked in the top 10% of his major, he was offered

an opportunity to apply for the PhD by the School of

Economics, and received a full scholarship.

During his PhD studies, he worked as a teaching

assistant for the economics course for four years and

also served as a Head Tutor for related subjects. By

instructing students, he absorbed the expertise better

and received positive feedback from them. As a result,

he was awarded the University of Edinburgh's Best

Teaching Assistant Award for two consecutive years for

his outstanding performance.

For Xiao, the PhD was not easy. The biggest challenge

of his doctoral studies was getting a sense of

achievement when burdened by dreary scientific work

all day.

Currently, Xiao is employed by the Alibaba Group. As

for his spare time, he said that thanks to UIC's liberal

arts education, he learned to enjoy life by participating

in various activities. He still maintains his exercise

habits and continues to learn new sports, trying

everything and adding more colours to his life.

除了在心理上积极调整，参与教学是肖佳程获取正

能量的重要途径。在读博期间，他担任了四年的经济

学课程助教，亦曾担任相关学科助教总负责人（Head

Tutor）。由于表现出色，肖佳程连续两年获评爱丁堡大学

最佳助教奖。

肖佳程说。“一篇论文要磨两三年，在被导师或者其

他学者一次次地‘挑毛病’中前行。” 肖佳程认为，读

博最大的挑战就在于，如何在几乎没有“正反馈”的漫长

时间里获得成就感。

少，可以说读硕期间的成绩对申博起决定性作用。”肖佳

程分享道。而关于申博的关键，他说还要有优秀的研究计

划和找到与自己契合的导师。

奖学金，今秋开启英国伦敦国王学院基础与临床神经科学

的博士学习之旅。

温 柔 而 坚 定 、 理 性 而 热 忱 ， 这 是 北 师 港 浸 大

（UIC）2021届应用心理学专业校友邓蕴僖给许多人留下

的印象。当被问及为何克服重重困难，从心理学转向临床

神经科学的研究时，她笑着回答：“可能是因为热爱和对

生命的尊重吧。”

邓蕴僖在北师港浸大期间就立志要从事医学领域相关

科研工作。她深知未来要跨领域发展，必须挖掘自己感兴

趣的方向并精进专业知识。

为了解更多医疗相关领域内容，邓蕴僖参加了北师港

浸大的暑期项目，到香港浸会大学跟随多位临床医生学习

中医知识。她还曾到广州市妇女儿童医疗中心和伦敦圣托

马斯医院两家医院实习，在一次次诊疗服务中夯实理论知

识，这为其在相关领域深耕研究打下基础。

在北师港浸大应用心理学专业提供的课程中，她了解

了心理学大多数主流分支，找到了兴趣所在。在生物生理

22 During her study in UIC's Applied Psychology

Programme, she managed to study the physiological

mechanisms of depression and the effects of different

retirement models on the well-being of older adults, and

finally located her interest in clinical neuroscience

research.

Deng Yunxi was a student of UIC's Class of 2021 Applied

Psychology Programme, and she was accepted by a

programme initiated by the China Scholarship Council,

supporting her to go to the King's College London (KCL)

and pursue her doctoral degree in its Basic and Clinical

Neuroscience department.

The courses provided by UIC's Applied Psychology

Programme helped her locate her interest in clinical

neuroscience research by studying the physiological

mechanisms of depression and the effects of different

retirement models on the well-being of older adults.

With hard work and an excellent profile, she won

scholarships at UIC for two consecutive years and

continued her academic journey in neuroscience in her

master's and doctoral studies.

When regarding her future, Deng said that she hoped

to contribute something practical and meaningful to

society and the disadvantaged group, making the public

more concerned about the survival of the disadvantaged

She had a lot of training thanks to UIC's liberal arts

education, exposing her to a wide range of other

disciplines, including business and humanities, through

the programmes provided by the School of General

Education and developing interdisciplinary research skills.

Deng went to Hong Kong Baptist University to study

Chinese medicine when participating in UIC's summer

programme, and interned at the Guangzhou Women and

Children's Medical Centre and the St Thomas' Hospital to

consolidate her theoretical knowledge in practice.

邓蕴僖热爱心理学和医学研究

工作，或许源于她对社会的责任感

和奉献精神。从高中起，邓蕴僖

就接触义工服务工作。在北师港

浸大，作为创联慈善公益社成

员，她给外来务工人员子女辅导

作业，参与筹备珠海大学生慈善

公益论坛；在课程项目实践中，她

坐上轮椅“走”遍校园的角落，借

此对校园无障碍设施进行评估；在义

工课程的实践活动中，她为残障人士提供

志愿服务，希望能打破大众对残障人士的刻

板印象。

“每个生命都值得尊重。我想为他们做一些实际的、

有意义的事。而科研就是更深入了解致病原因以及发病机

制，以小见大，发现规律。” 邓蕴僖希望更多医疗领域从

业者可以带来科普，使公众更加关注这些群体的生存状

况。她计划在读博期间除了做研究，也借助网络平台进行

神经科学和心理学相关内容的科普，唤起人们对心理疾病

和神经类疾病的关注与重视，给予患者更多关爱。（文：

2023年6月29日，北师港浸大（UIC）校长奖暨长

期服务奖颁奖典礼举行。2022-2023学年，10名教职员

因分别在教学、研究、服务和党务工作作出杰出贡献获

颁“校长奖”，此外，6名2021-2022学年荣获“校长

奖”的教职员也在本次典礼中获得表彰；140名服务北

师港浸大超过十年的教职员获颁长期服务奖。

肖何博士主要教授财务管

理、公司金融等课程，并专注

于公司金融和企业信息环境领

域的研究。他曾在美国达拉斯

浸会大学加里库克领导力学院担任讲师和研究助理，教

授金融相关课程。在教学中，他坚持以学生为中心，把

金融财务理论和实践相结合。

邸亚娜教授的研究工作主要针对

计算流体力学中出现的非线性偏微分

方程组设计构造高效稳定可靠的自适

应有限元求解算法。近年来，她通过

对高分子材料科学领域一些典型物理问题的深入研究，成功将

Onsager变分原理作为近似工具和手段构造了一类全新、高效的

可计算建模方法。这些结果不仅可以用来理解经典模型和约化

模型之间的关系，揭示物理机制，对工业技术中的参数选择也

具有非常重要的指导意义，为控制液滴运动方向和表面浸润性

等提供了全新的思路，对表面改性、靶向药物输运等问题的研

究都能起到推动作用。

邸亚娜教授曾获钟家庆数学奖，瑞典Dalhquist研究奖，中

国工业与应用数学学会优秀青年学者奖等。

何文猛博士2019年加入北

科学领域的教学和研究。何博

士主张理论结合实践的教学方

式，关注学生发展，以学生的兴趣、需求、日常经验和

认知水平为基础，鼓励学生多参与课堂教学和课外实

践、研究。

何睦博士掌握五种语言，

有超过十二年的教学经验。作

为外国语言与文化中心的德语

老师，他特别关注中国学生的

学习习惯与兴趣，以便用同学们更容易接受的方式讲授

德语。何博士说：“外语教育是博雅教育里的重要部

分。在过去的教学评价里，学生反馈说很喜欢我们的语

言课程。”

北师港浸大（UIC）地处粤港澳大湾区的珠

海市，毗邻港澳，优越的地理条件和多元的校园

文化吸引了不少国际生和交换生。本学年有来自

美国、法国、俄罗斯、西班牙、韩国、印度尼西

亚等国家的新同学加入北师港浸大。在大湾区上

大学，对于他们而言是一种怎样的体验？

McKenzie Grover是来自美国博雅型大学Concordia

College的大二交换生，在本校主修中国与全球研究。

她对中国的文化和历史非常感兴趣，已学习中文约五

年，她还有一个中文名字——郭天慈。首次来到中国

学习，这里的风景、食物、人文等对郭天慈而言都新

鲜有趣。在北师港浸大，郭天慈选修了一门与大湾区

相关的课程，以了解大湾区的现状与发展。她说：

“粤港澳大湾区是一个非常激动人心的概念。我希望

通过具体学习一个区域的发展来了解中国，感受中国

现代发展的脉搏。”郭天慈希望未来可以在跨文化领

域继续学习深造。

Daniyar Muratuly来自哈萨克斯坦，是北师港浸大

新闻传播学类的大一学生。Muratuly从中学起就对电

影制作有浓厚兴趣。他对王家卫的电影作品如数家

珍。选择来到北师港浸大，Muratuly感觉自己和中国

电影又靠近了一步，同时也能继续学习中文。

Daniyar Muratuly is a first-year student

from Kazakhstan enrolled in the broad-based

admission in Journalism and Communication,

and he has chosen UIC firmly for its advantages

in media industries. He mentioned that UIC's

professors were supportive and approachable

whenever he sought consultations, and he

believed UIC could get him well-trained.

Guillaume Szonyi is a third-year exchange-in

student from IÉSEG School of Management, a

famous Business School in France, majoring in

business management and economics. He was

amazed by the campus environment and

Zhuhai's coastal landscape. He hoped to explore

China by visiting more cities and delving deeper

into Chinese culture.

McKenzie Grover is a second-year exchangein student from Concordia College, a liberal arts

college in the United States, majoring in

Chinese and global studies focusing on East

Asia. Grover was drawn to China's culture and

history and had studied Chinese for around

five years. Attracted by UIC's location and

English-teaching environment, she chose to

learn about China from Zhuhai in the Greater

Bay Area.

Nancy Xu is a first-year student from the US

of the Faculty of Business and Management.

The pandemic disturbed her school life in

Canada, so she decided to come here and unlock

more possibilities at UIC. She had joined the

UIC Soup Kitchen Charity Association and

looked forward to the upcoming charitable

activities.

UIC has received 17 international and exchangein students this year, hailing from nations and

regions including the United States, France,

Russia, South Korea, Spain, Indonesia, Turkey,

Kazakhstan, Cambodia and Hong Kong SAR,

China.

Nancy Xu（许南希）来自美国，是工商管理类的

大一学生。在来到北师港浸大之前，Nancy曾在加拿

大学习，但未体验过宿舍生活。许南希笑称，住宿

舍和参加丰富多彩的苑舍活动是她来北师港浸大前

最期待的事情之一。目前她是北师港浸大概帮慈善

社的一员，希望能通过参与学生社团公益活动，结

识更多朋友，在北师港浸大创造更多可能性。

六位教师获2023年度国家自然科学基金立项

两位面上项目获得者均来自理工科技学院计算机科学

系，他们是：王田教授，项目为异构传感云系统中合作式

The recipients of the funding for the four youth

北师港浸大再添四门省一流本科课程

“机器人导论”课程是计算机科学

与技术的一门专业选修课。课程主要是

让学生基于单片机及物联网芯片模块，

结合传感器和算法去创作具实用性和学

科交叉融合性的作品。该课程注重理论

与实践相结合，采用国际化的机器人教

具，学生可依托机器人硬件载体设计满

足不同功能的机器人。

广东省教育厅公布了2023年省一

流 本 科 课 程 名 单 ， 北 师 港 浸 大

（UIC）新增4门课程入选省一流本科

课程（线下一流课程），分别是最优

化方法、机器人导论、宏观经济学原

理和机器学习。截至目前，北师港浸

大共有9门课程入选省一流本科课程。

“最优化方法”课程是北师港浸

大国家一流本科专业建设点统计学专

业的支撑课程之一，是一门通过数学

建模研究，在给定约束条件下，寻找

最佳解决方案的计算方法课程。课程

团队利用技术构建教学辅助平台，结

合案例，采用启发式教学模式，融入

多环节教学过程，建立完善的课程评

价体系。

“宏观经济学原理”是工商管理

学院所有专业的必修课，也是提供给

其他学院学生的自由选修课。该课程

将研究成果和前沿文献与基础经济学

教育结合，探索新授课方法，建设线

上学习资源和完善的辅导体系，并结

合教学内容分析我国发展成就，训练

学生以经济学为基本方法论，理解和

分析主要宏观经济现象和议题。

“机器学习”课程是数据科学专

业的必修课，是支撑本校统计学和计

算机科学建设国家一流本科专业的核

心课程。该课程的总体设计旨在培养

学生在新工科背景下的科学素养和创

新能力，使其能够深入了解机器学习

的理论与实践，掌握数据分析、模型

构建和应用等关键技能。

UICers win two national first prizes at mathematical

modeling contest

30 两项国家一等奖！数学建模竞赛成绩创新高

此次比赛，北师港浸大理工科技学院组织全校103支队

伍参赛，86支队伍斩获奖项，包括2项国家一等奖、6项广

东省一等奖、13项广东省二等奖、29项广东省三等奖，以

及38项广东省优胜奖，获国家级和省级奖项数量均创历史

新高。

全国大学生数学建模竞赛创办于1992年，由教育部高

等教育司和中国工业与应用数学学会联合主办，是首批列

入“高校学科竞赛排行榜”的19项竞赛之一。竞赛旨在激

励学生学好数学，提高学生建立数学模型和运用计算机技

术解决实际问题的综合能力以及写作能力。2023年，来自

中国及美国、澳大利亚、马来西亚的1685所院校/校区的

59611支队伍（本科54158队、专科5453队）近18万人报名

参赛。其中本科组评选出国家一等奖299项，获奖比例仅为

0.55%。

北师港浸大（UIC）学子在2023年全国大学生数学建

模竞赛表现优异，86支队伍荣获多个国家和省级奖项。其

中2021级统计学专业张子陶、黄泳妍，财务学专业聂子

阳，以及2022级金融数学专业刘金穗、刘若扬、张译心两

队同学均获得国家一等奖和广东省一等奖。

In 2023, nearly 180,000 participants of 59,611

teams from 1,685 universities and colleges from

China, the United States, Australia, Malaysia, etc.,

signed up for the contest with a winning percentage

of only 0.55%.

In the Contemporary Undergraduate Mathematical

Contest in Modeling (CUMCM), 86 of 103 UIC

teams won awards at the national level and

provincial level, including two national first prizes,

six Guangdong first prizes, 13 Guangdong second

prizes, 29 Guangdong third prizes, and 38 winning

prizes, a record high in the number of national and

provincial awards.

此前，广东省大学生英语演讲比赛暨

事。我校三位学子以出色的表现夺得演讲

和口译项目金奖，并代表广东赛区参加全

32 2023年12月2日，北师港浸大（UIC）工商管理学院学生在

香港会计师公会商业个案比赛中载誉而归，其中陈晞菥、陈丁

今年的案例主题聚焦数码娱乐行业，参赛学生需要从咨询

公司的角度提交一份商业计划书，为客户提出策略建议，以改

善成本管控、公司治理、市场运营等方面的情况，帮助企业持

续发展。本次比赛共有来自不同高校的414支队伍参与角逐，

包括北师港浸大2支队伍在内的8支队伍入围总决赛，最终我校

队伍分别获得冠军和优胜队伍奖。

本次比赛是由香港会计师公会主办，面向内地、澳门及海

外院校会计、商科学子的高水平专业赛事。该赛事旨在通过研

究和分析特定行业的案例，为学生提供一个开阔商业视野，提

升英文报告、案例分析及沟通等技能的平台。此外，赛事还注

重提升学生的演讲技巧和团队合作能力，为应对日益复杂的商

业环境做好准备。

夺冠！学子在会计专业赛事再获佳绩

UIC students of the Faculty of Business and

Management formed two teams and

participated in the final round of the

HKICPA Business Case Competition. One

emerged as the Champions, whose leader

Chen Xixi was named the Best Presenter,

while the other was ranked as the Merit

team. The championship winners were

Chen Dingyu, Zhou Ruoyi and Bai Zhidan,

led by Chen Xixi.

A total of 414 teams from different

colleges and universities competed in the

Competition. Eight teams, including two

teams from UIC, were shortlisted for the

grand finals.

学子斩获中国日报大学新闻奖13项

中国日报于2012年创办“大学新闻奖”。该赛事旨在鼓

励高校学生积极参与校园新闻报道，锻炼新闻写作能力以及

多媒体制作、运用能力。本次大赛共收到来自80多所院校的

逾千份中英文作品，参赛人数超3600人。

参赛学生的指导老师为人文社科学院副教授Ma rkus

Heidingsfelder、林庆宝博士、Jocelyn Ford老师和戴菲老师。

2023年12月4日，中国日报大学新闻奖颁奖典礼举行，

北师港浸大（UIC）媒体与传播学专业学生斩获13项大奖，

包括12项英文组奖项和1项中文组奖项。

北师港浸大学生获得的英文组奖项包括最佳新闻报道、

最佳新闻写作、最佳新闻特写、最佳标题（2项）、最佳经济

新闻报道、最佳文化艺术新闻报道、最佳科技新闻报道、最

佳新闻视频、最佳专题视频（2项）、最佳数据新闻；中文组

奖项为最佳数据新闻奖。北师港浸大获最踊跃参与学校奖。 This year, CNA has received over a thousand

entries in English and Chinese prepared by more

than 3600 participants from 84 institutions from

the Chinese mainland, Hong Kong, Macao and

Taiwan. The numbers of participants, institutions

and entries were record-high.

The 2023 Campus News Awards (CNA) by China

Daily announced UIC students brought home 13

awards, including Best in News Reporting, Best in

News Writing, Best in Feature Writing and more, 12

of which were in the English category and one in the

Chinese category. UIC also won the Most Active

Participation Award.

学者、师生代表等200余人。

2023年10月12日，第四届粤港澳高校会计商业知识竞赛决

赛在北师港浸大（UIC）举行，来自粤港澳大湾区的九支队伍

参赛。我校苏远汉博士指导的由会计学专业学子李响、庞玉

翎、饶思晴、曾子荞组成的参赛队伍勇夺亚军，队长李响获个

人最佳表现奖。

此次是粤港澳高校会计商业知识竞赛决赛首次在珠海举

办，在粤港澳三地政府支持下，青年学生踊跃参加。此次竞赛

不仅是粤港澳大学生的切磋平台，也是三地业界深度交流、通

力合作的人才盛会。竞赛历经半年多时间，得到粤港澳三地政

府，以及多个粤港澳专业团体、众多专家学者、专业人士的支

持和参与。赛事筹备组、出题组及专业评委，均是来自粤港澳

三地经济、科技及会计界颇具影响力的专业人士。

The final of the 4th Guangdong, Hong Kong

and Macao Universities Accounting and

Business Knowledge Competition was held

at UIC on 12 October 2023. Nine teams from

the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater

Bay Area participated, and UIC students

won the second prize and the Best

Performance Award.

The teams were graded from five sessions,

including team spirit, case study, required

questions, quick questions and risk

questions, testing their comprehensive

abilities of professional knowledge,

information on the Greater Bay Area,

teamwork, innovative thinking, expression

and risky decision-making.

Graduation 2023: Soaring on wings of liberal arts

education

2023届北师港浸大本科生去向多元，喜讯频传。选择

深造的学生获得剑桥大学、牛津大学、新加坡国立大学、

伦敦大学学院、加州大学伯克利分校等国际名校研究生录

取；选择就业的学生入职全球四大会计师事务所、中铁二

十五局集团、国家电力投资集团、北京小米移动软件有限

公司等企事业单位。

2023年6月30日，北师港浸大（UIC）举行第十五届毕

业典礼，近1600名本科生和900余名硕博研究生扬帆起航，

再启征程。香港特别行政区第六任行政长官李家超先生，

中国量子通信领域主要开创者、中国科学技术大学常务副

校长潘建伟院士，香港浸会大学校董会暨咨议会主席陈镇

仁博士，香港浸会大学第六任校长卫炳江教授，北师港浸

大校长汤涛院士分别向毕业生殷殷寄语，送上美好祝福。

李家超先生通过视频致辞遥祝毕业生乘风破浪，鹏程

万里。并对北师港浸大的办学表示充分肯定：“北师港浸

大是第一所内地与香港高等教育界合作创办的大学。作为

两地高校交流合作的先行者，为两地合作办学提供良好的

示范作用。”

香港特首李家超点赞北师港浸大毕业生

UIC held its 15th graduation ceremony on 30 June,

with nearly 1600 undergraduates and more than

900 postgraduates attending the ceremony. Around

70,000 audience members shared the joy via a live

video stream.

Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special

Administrative Region Mr John Lee Ka-Chiu

congratulated the graduates virtually, praising UIC's

contribution to strengthening the bonds between the

Chinese mainland and Hong Kong while supporting

the development of higher education and talent

industry

北师港浸大常务副校长周荫强，协理副校长、通识教

育学院署理院长左龙佩兰分别与珠海市银行协会和15家银

行签署合作框架协议。财务总监戴振伟、工商管理学院署

理院长吴盖宇为15家银行授予“实习基地”牌匾。

2023年9月21日，北师港浸大（UIC）与珠海市银行业

协会和15家银行举行合作签约仪式及座谈会。未来双方将

深化合作，共同助力银行金融机构的发展，培养德才兼

备、专业素养突出的金融人才。

当天，珠海各银行还在北师港浸大开展秋季专场招聘

会，为学生提供就业实习机会。此次活动标志着珠海银行

业与我校的合作进入新篇章，双方将在人才培养、产业创

新等方面进行积极探讨，助力行业发展，同时为学子提供

广阔发展空间和更多就业机会。

我校与珠海市银行业协会及15家银行签约

UIC held a signing ceremony in cooperation with

the Zhuhai Banking Association and 15 banks on 21

September 2023. The two sides will deepen

cooperation on the development of banking and

financial institutions and the cultivation of

financial talents.

During the ceremony, 15 banks in Zhuhai were

awarded \"UIC internship base\" plaques and a

meeting was organised for the related parties to

discuss and exchange views on future cooperation.

A special job fair was held at UIC the same day,

offering students employment and internship

opportunities.

2023年6月，广东省高等教育学会人工智能与高等

教育研究分会成立暨首届学术会议在北师港浸大举

行。来自省内外超过70家单位的200余位专家、学者、

研究生等参加会议。副校长（研究和拓展）贾维嘉教

授当选为该分会理事长。

The sub-association on artificial intelligence and

higher education research of the Guangdong

association of higher education was established at

UIC in June 2023. Prof Jia Weijia, Vice President

(Research and Development) of UIC, was elected the

chairperson.

A forum on the development of secondary and tertiary

education was held at UIC on 1 December 2023.

2023年12月1日，高中高校教育发展论坛在北师港浸大举

办。来自全国百余所中学和40多所高校的代表共同探讨新高

考背景下高中高校人才培养新模式与新发展，以及招生就业

等的新趋势。

北师港浸大国际研究生教育展于2023年10月23日

至27日以线上、线下相结合的方式举办。参展名校数

量持续增加，共有60所高校与机构参展，其中含QS前

百高校19所。

2023, with 60 universities and institutions

worldwide participating online and offline.

2023年11月22日，第八届釜涌青年创业论坛在北师港浸

大举行，企业家、校友、创新创业机构和院校代表等齐聚校

园，分享创业故事，汲取创新智慧。

Entrepreneurs, alumni and representatives of innovation

and entrepreneurship organisations gathered at UIC’s 8th

Fu Chong Youth Entrepreneurship Forum on 22 November

2023 to share stories and draw wisdom on innovation.

A delegation from the Council of Hong Kong Baptist

University visited UIC on 1 November 2023 for

further communication and cooperation.

examination authorities and representatives from 11

universities participating in the joint enrolment of Hong

2023年11月18日，由北师港浸大通识教育学院中

国语言文化中心主办的第二十八届国情国学教学研讨

会在演艺厅拉开帷幕。本届研讨会以“传统文化与现

代修养”为主题，邀请到六位在此领域研究深入的学

Chinese Culture and Society organised by the

Chinese Language and Culture Centre of the School

of General Education was held on 18 November

To better prepare students for their incoming university

life, UIC President Prof Tang Tao gave a speech and had

a lively discussion with the students on 13 September

2023.

为助力粤东粤西粤北地区基础教育发展，北师港

浸大和梅州市梅江区达成2021-2025年基础教育帮扶

工作合作。由UIC和梅江区教育局主办的“2023年梅

州英语教师暑期培训班”于7月3日顺利开班。

UIC organised a professional development

programme for Meizhou English teachers in 2023

summer as part of the scheme on basic education

support work from 2021 to 2025 with Meijiang

District, Meizhou City, to help the development of

basic education in Guangdong.

UIC's Faculty of Business and Management hosted the

first Conference on Transport and Supply Chain

Resilience and Digital Transformation on 14 to 15

November 2023.

The swimming team of UIC won one gold medal and

one bronze medal, as well as the Outstanding Group

Swimming Championships.

Commencement - UIC Session was held at HKBU on

18 July 2023.

At the Guangdong University Dragon and Lion Dance

Championship in December 2023, the UIC Dragon and

Lion Dance Team won the championship in the women's

dragon dance, third place in the women's lion dance,

and fourth place in the women's Chinese Southern Lion.

Dr Ji Chunyan, Assistant Professor of UIC’s Faculty

of Science and Technology, was awarded the Third

Prize in the fifth National University Teaching

Innovation Competition.

在第五届全国高校混合式教学设计创新大赛上，

北师港浸大理工科技学院助理教授季春艳博士负责的

“信息技术基础”课程荣获大赛本科赛道三等奖。

At the 2023 Guangdong School Badminton Finals, the

UIC badminton team won third place in the women's

finals and ninth place in the men's finals.

11月25日至12月1日，在2023年广东省学校羽毛球联

赛总决赛在深圳举行。北师港浸大羽毛球代表队取得甲

组女子团体第三名、男子团体第九名的成绩。羽毛球代

表队指导教师是曾获得男子双打世界冠军、通识教育学

院高级讲师柴飚。
