Founded in December, 1986, Hebei Education Press (HEP) publishes more than 1,200 books
of various kinds and distributes more than 9,000,000 copies each year. It is make of eight editorial
departments, three magazines, two companies, one audio-visual publishing house. It’s publication
specializes in educational and literary fi elds. It has expanded its publications concerning on the
social sciences, arts, children books, dictionary and so on. In 1998, it was honored as the Excellent
