幸福 新苑 社区 是老旧社区，总占地面积 约16万平方米，建 筑 面积

15.6万平方米，竣工时间约1997年7月。社区面临一系列问题和挑

战，如老旧建筑、陈旧设施和缺乏绿化景观，给居民生活带来不便

和不满。居民 对环境 美 观 和生活品质的要求日益 增长，希望有宜

居、舒适的居住环境。

Xinfuyuan Community is an old neighborhood with a total area of approximately 160,000

square meters and a building area of 156,000

square meters. It was completed around July

1997. In the past, this community faced a series

of problems and challenges. Aging buildings,

outdated public facilities, and a lack of public

seating caused inconvenience and dissatisfaction among residents. Additionally, residents'

demands for aesthetic environments and

quality of life have been increasing. They desire

a livable and comfortable living environment.

We have carefully selected uniquely designed

and aesthetically pleasing seating styles, emphasizing

comfort and durability in the materials used. These

public seats will be strategically placed in green

spaces, parks, gardens, and other areas within the

community, providing residents with pleasant resting

spots. Whether it's for relaxation or socializing with

neighbors, residents can enjoy comfortable leisure

time on these seats.

During the design process, we faced differences in seating preferences among

community residents. Through extensive research and communication with the

residents, we gained insights into their needs and opinions. Community meetings

and discussions made residents feel that their voices were valued. However,

balancing the diverse preferences among residents posed a challenge.

To address this issue, we adopted a flexible design approach by providing a variety

of seating styles and designs for residents to choose from. We also introduced

adjustable elements, such as seat height and tilt angles, to cater to individualized

needs.

Considering the shared interest and demands of community residents in photography, we have set up photography-related exhibition areas throughout the community.

These exhibition areas showcase various photography

works, equipment, and techniques, providing residents

with opportunities to appreciate and learn the art of

photography. We have carefully designed the layout and

display of these areas to showcase photography works of

different styles and themes. From landscape photography

to portraiture, from black and white photography to

documentary photography, residents can experience the

diversity and beauty of photography in these exhibition

areas.

广中苑社区是一座老旧社区，建于2000年。目前存在以下问题：舞

台区域年久失修，缺少遮阳户外座椅，围墙大面积破损。为了改善

居民的生活品质，提升社区环境的舒适度和美观度，增加居民的满

意 度和 社区 凝 聚 力，需 要进 行微 更 新项目，包括 舞台区 域 功能更

新、增设遮阳户外座椅以及美化围墙。

社区是居民重要的生活空间，社区环境质量的好坏直接影响生

活质量。但随着大城市纷纷进入存量时代，大拆大建在老旧小区往

往很难实施。而社区微更新就像“微创手术”，在旧底子上重新激

发社区活力。

The community is an important living space for residents, and the quality

of the community environment directly affects their quality of life. However,

as many large cities enter an era of limited new construction, it becomes

challenging to carry out extensive demolitions and reconstructions in old

The design team, through communication with the street and community residents,

gained in-depth understanding of their needs and opinions. They explored various

design solutions to address the issues in Guangzhongyuan Community. The stage

area underwent comprehensive restoration and renovation. New shaded outdoor

seating was added to provide residents with comfortable and shaded resting areas

during outdoor activities. Additionally, in order to promote children's interest and

learning, the design team will also set up an interactive area for children to learn about

photography.

In response to the preferences and demands of community residents

regarding photography, the entire neighborhood has incorporated rich

photography elements, creating an artistic and creative community

environment. One of the most eye-catching features is a giant camera,

which has become a popular spot for social media check-ins. This lifelike

giant camera sculpture attracts numerous residents and visitors to take

photos and serves as one of the iconic landmarks of the community.

服务中心改建而来，在处理党务工作之前，它

本来就是群众日常活动休闲的场所。因此党群

服务中心设计时要保证原有功能区的完整保留

和提升改造。

党群服务中心设计因为其特殊性，需要体

现出“红色文化元素”，因此红色元素应该使

用，但不能滥用，直白而教条地使用红色，反

而会让党群服务中心脱离群众，打破常规设计

形式通常会给人不一样的视觉效果，比如倾斜

构图、异形设计又或者制造悬浮元素，通过不

寻常来吸引视觉注意力。

We have designed a cultural environment for the Armed

Forces Department of Shimen 2nd Road Street in Jing'an

District, Shanghai, aiming to showcase the honor and

awe-inspiring presence of the military. Through clever

spatial layout and meticulous design, we highlight the

heroic deeds and prestigious achievements of soldiers.

The Defense Exhibition Hall adopts innovative display

techniques to vividly showcase weapons and equipment,

allowing visitors to experience the strong military power

and deterrent force. The conference room serves as a

place for cohesion and strategic thinking, emphasizing

comfort and practicality while incorporating military

elements to create a dignified and decision-oriented

atmosphere. The emergency supplies warehouse will

feature an efficient and easily manageable storage

system to ensure the safety and convenient access to

emergency supplies. The Honor Wall will prominently

display medals, certificates, and heroic deeds, using

exquisite design and lighting effects to make each soldier

feel their honor and value. Additionally, we will design

culturally inspiring slogans that emphasize the core

values and mission of the Armed Forces Department,

inspiring soldiers' pride and sense of duty.

力和威慑力。会议室作为凝聚力和战略思维的场所，

The Defense Exhibition Hall is adorned with lifelike replicas of weapons, each meticulously recreated with the latest

technology. The realistic tank models showcase sturdy armor and advanced fire control systems, giving the impression of the weight and power of these formidable vehicles. Fighter jet models soar on display, demonstrating their

exceptional maneuverability and outstanding air combat capabilities, immersing viewers in the imagery of aerial battles

among the clouds. The orderly arrangement of naval ship models showcases the grandeur and majesty of maritime

power. The intricate details on the surface of the ships, such as portholes and missile launch systems, provide a sense

of being on the command bridge of a naval fleet. Meanwhile, the submarine models authentically recreate the mysterious atmosphere of underwater operations, with their black hulls shimmering under the lights, exuding an indescribable

sense of intrigue.

We have designed a cultural environment for the Armed

Forces Department of Shimen 2nd Road Street in Jing'an

District, Shanghai, aiming to showcase the honor and

awe-inspiring presence of the military. Through clever

spatial layout and meticulous design, we highlight the

heroic deeds and prestigious achievements of soldiers.

The Defense Exhibition Hall adopts innovative display

techniques to vividly showcase weapons and equipment,

allowing visitors to experience the strong military power

and deterrent force. The conference room serves as a

place for cohesion and strategic thinking, emphasizing

comfort and practicality while incorporating military

elements to create a dignified and decision-oriented

atmosphere. The emergency supplies warehouse will

feature an efficient and easily manageable storage

system to ensure the safety and convenient access to

emergency supplies. The Honor Wall will prominently

display medals, certificates, and heroic deeds, using

exquisite design and lighting effects to make each soldier

feel their honor and value. Additionally, we will design

culturally inspiring slogans that emphasize the core

values and mission of the Armed Forces Department,

inspiring soldiers' pride and sense of duty.

24智沪铁路办公环境设计

智沪铁路设备有限公司隶属于国家铁路集团，我们很

荣幸的参与了新办公楼的环境设计，特别是大堂的设计。

大堂内部巧妙地设置了显示屏，通过声光电效果展示相关

内容，而弧面投影不仅增强了沉浸感，两侧的洗墙灯则巧

妙地扩展了画面的视觉效果。

一楼大堂的设计突显了智沪设备作为最专业的轮对检

修公司的行业标杆。以车轮为象征的设计巧妙地传递着速

度的概念，而弧形饰条以速度线条为灵感，第一时间将视

线引导到前台区域，使整个空间更具动感。

Intelligence Shanghai Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of the China Railway Group. We are honored to have been

involved in the environmental design of the new office building,

particularly the design of the lobby. The interior of the lobby

features cleverly positioned display screens that use audio,

visual, and lighting effects to showcase relevant content. The

curved projection enhances the immersive experience, while the

wash wall lights on both sides cleverly expand the visual impact

of the displays.

The design of the ground floor lobby highlights Intelligence

Shanghai Equipment as the industry benchmark for professional

wheelset maintenance companies. The design, symbolized by

the wheel, cleverly conveys the concept of speed. The

arc-shaped decorative strips, inspired by speed lines, immediately guide the viewer's gaze to the reception area, adding a

sense of dynamism to the entire space.

屋顶花园的设计巧妙地融合了传统文化与现代美学，以梅、兰、竹、

菊为主要绿植，寓意四君子，表达了对一年四季美好的寄托。在禅意的引

导下，春园柳路蜿蜒，融入禅林，展现了禅修的宁静和深远。

禅林中的蚕月桑津循环成定水，象征着修行的道路需要坚定的定力。

屋顶顶部被巧妙切割成长方形孔，创造出禅意山水景观，结合层叠背光背

景，打造出小见大的氛围，给屋顶花园增添了独特的视觉艺术。

The design of the rooftop garden ingeniously blends traditional culture with

modern aesthetics. It features plum blossoms, orchids, bamboo, and chrysanthemums as the main greenery, symbolizing the four gentlemen and expressing the

year-round beauty. Guided by a Zen-like atmosphere, the garden incorporates

winding paths and Zen groves, showcasing the tranquility and profoundness of

Zen meditation.

Within the Zen grove, the cycle of the silkworm, moon, mulberry, and river

represents the need for unwavering determination on the path of spiritual practice.

The top of the roof is cleverly cut into rectangular openings, creating a Zen-like

landscape. Combined with cascading backlighting, it creates an atmosphere

where small elements create a grand ambiance, adding a unique visual artistry to

the rooftop garden.
