Incorporated in 2007, Guangdong Ritop Fine Chemical Company Limited is a large

chemical enterprise engaged in research and development, production, sales, training and

providing technological services related to chemicals, mainly producing and selling different

types of synthetic resins, insulating resins, special coating products, additives and diluent.

The company is also engaged in importing raw chemical materials and machinery, import

In order to meet the needs of the sustainable development of the market, the group

has invested in the beautiful and convenient Donghua fine chemical park in

Yingde City,

Guangdong Province to build a garden type standardized industrial plant of about 30000

square meters, with advanced production technology, fully automated production control

supporting equipment, strict management team and perfect testing means, so as to

continuously improve the product quality. The annual output of various insulating resins,

general resins and special coatings is more than 50000 tons, with an annual output value of

more than 1 billion yuan. At the same time, it has carried out extensive and in-depth close

cooperation with major scientific research institutions and colleges at home and abroad, and

set up marketing centers and offices in Hong Kong, Foshan, Ningbo, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Tianjin, Suzhou and other places. Ruitu's main products are widely used in various electronic

and electrical products, advanced electronic information and communication products, hightech computer automation equipment and advanced electrical accessories in aerospace

industry. In the construction industry, ruitu's products are widely used in railways, bridges,

ships, transmission and transformation towers, oil and gas transmission pipelines, outdoor

anti brain and anti rust engineering and other fields.

出现故障。三防漆具有良好的耐⾼低温性能;其固化后成⼀层透明保护膜,具有优越的绝缘、防潮、

防漏电、防震、防尘、防腐蚀、防⽼化、耐电晕等性能。⼴泛适⽤于雷达、微波电台、载波机⽰波器等

的变压器,印制线路板、电⼦元器件、⽂物、⽯刻、字画等重要物品的防护及整机防护。

Conformal coating is a kind of coating in special formula used to protect PCB and other relevant equipment from environmental erosion and extend their service

life, ensure the safety and reliability. In actual conditions, e.g chemical environment (fuel, coolant, etc.), vibration, high dust content, slat spray, moisture and high

temperature, PCB is subject to corrosion, softening, deformation and mildew, which will result in circuit failure. Conformal coating features excellent high/low

temperature resistance; after curing, it has excellent performance in insulation, moisture-proof, current leakage protection, shock resistance, dust resistance, corrosion

resistance, aging resistance and corona resistance, and widely applies to the protection of important articles namely transformers of radar, microwave radio and carrier

配制⽽成的三防保护涂料。

This product is made of methyl organosiloxane as the main body, multi-copolymer copolymer and the corresponding environmental protection solvent after several

polymerization grafting modification, and then supplemented with special additives, modifiers and other reactions prepared by the three proofing coating.

⼴泛适⽤于厚膜电路系统、多孔基材、雷达、微波电台、载波机⽰波器等的变压器、印制线路板、电⼦元器件、⽂物、⽯刻、字画等重要物

品的防护及整机防护;本产品符合国际涂料安全标准及欧盟RoHS检测标准。

Widely used in thick film circuit system, porous substrate, radar, microwave radio, carrier oscilloscope and other transformers, printed circuit boards, electronic components,

cultural relics, stone carving, calligraphy and painting and other important items of the protection and the whole machine protection. This product conforms to international coating

safety standards and EU RoHS testing standards.

This product is made of methyl organosiloxane as the main body, multi-copolymer copolymer and the corresponding environmental protection solvent after several

随着消费者越来越关注产品的质量及可靠性,电⼦产品的智能化,轻量化程度越来越⾼,对PCBA的加⼯⼯艺也提出了更⾼的要

求,⽣态环境的进⼀步恶化,粉尘、腐蚀⽓体对PCBA的侵蚀;早期只在军⼯产品等⾼规格产品上才使⽤的三防漆,也逐渐扩⼤到普通

的⼤家电、⼩家电、LED灯等产品上;另外新兴产业的兴起,电动汽⻋的充电桩,⽆⼈机的⼴泛使⽤,进⼀步扩⼤了三防漆的使⽤范围。

⽬前,PCBA上涂覆三防漆做防护已经成为了⼀个⼤趋势。

三防漆使⽤过程中常⻅问题与解决办法

UV 三防漆出现⽓泡,UV三防漆⼤多不含溶剂或含少量溶剂,但是流平挥发仍然很有必要,⽽且不建议⽤压缩空⽓

式漆罐和雾化涂覆,建议采⽤膜泵,以减少空⽓被压⼊漆料中,另外,建议加完漆料后静置1⼩时。

溶剂型的三防漆出现⼤⽓泡,主要是由于炉温太⾼,表层快速结⽪,太多的溶剂留在漆膜中,表层之下的溶剂快速

挥发导致,或是三防漆黏度过⾼,厚度过厚,⽓泡⽆法迅速释放。出现这种⼤⽓泡解决的办法是:优化炉温曲线,降

低炉温曲线爬坡坡度;增加固化前流平溶剂挥发量,如增加烘烤前⾃⼲的时间;涂覆时减⼩胶量,如减少重叠涂覆

区域。

溶剂型的三防漆出现⼩⽓泡,主要出现在压缩空⽓式漆罐涂覆⽅式,解决的办法主要考虑降低漆罐的⽓压,或是更

换稀释剂类型,其次考虑固化炉温与固化前流平溶剂挥发量的因数。

⽓泡:当三防漆出现⽓泡的情形时,我们先要了解三防漆的类型,三防漆的黏度和厚度,涂覆、固化设备,涂覆的⼯艺。

pressure of the paint tank, or changing the type of diluent, and secondly considers the curing furnace temperature and the volatilization factor of the leveling solvent

before curing.

There are bubbles in the UV-PCBA Conformal Coating, Most of the UV-PCBA Conformal Coating do not contain solvents or a small amount of solvents, but leveling

volatilization is still necessary. It is not recommended to use compressed air paint pot and atomizing coating. It is suggested to use membrane pump to reduce air

pressure into the paint. In addition, it is suggested that the paint should be added and placed for 1 hour.

度⾼时施⼯,如必须可加⼊适当慢⼲溶剂;(4)PCBA表⾯要清洁⼲净,不要沾上⽔分;(5 )三防漆、容器中不要混⼊⽔分。

在整个PCBA的⽣产流程中,涂覆三防漆是最后⼀个⼯序,⼤多数需要涂覆三防漆

的PCBA都是不清洗的,板上会有很多化学残留,⽐如阻焊剂成分⾥含有添加剂,

⽤来改善表⾯质量(如美化修饰、增加耐磨性、增加润湿性等等),这些添加剂会对

三防漆涂层产⽣兼容性影响。主要的办法是考虑清洁板⼦,减⼩膜厚。⾄于移除保护时造成的分层,是由于三防漆附着⼒较

差,建议涂层达到指触⼲燥时(涂层仍柔软)去除保护。

分层:三防漆出现分层的现象,主要出现在元器件和阻焊层上。

中的制具或机械的划伤。应在涂覆⼲燥过程中以及包装的过程中格外注意。
