CB Omni is directly placed on the conveyor belt of
sinter mixture. In each determined composition control process, CB omni-s is used to analyze the chemical composition of sinter mixture. By using the realtime (minute by minute) chemical composition data
of cbomni-s, the real-time control of alkalinity can
be realized. Combined with the automatic batching
system, the automatic batching can be realized,
which provides more consistent feed for the sintering
process.
