天星调良马术为中国马术协会团体会员、中国马业协会团体会员、北

京市马术运动协会团体会员，已获得 ISO 质量管理体系等 5 大认证的

马术俱乐部，英国马会 BHS（British Horse Society）国际认证培训及

考试中心，The Pony Club（国际青少年马术会）中国内地官方认证及

代表机构，并于2019年获批北京市体育产业示范单位。2021年，天

星调良“马术助梦计划公益”项目荣获国际马联同心协力奖项（FEI

Solidarity Award）。

天星调良马术致力于打造高品质马术生态产业模式及国际马术生活方

式体验中心。自2000年开业以来，始终专注于马术俱乐部商业运营体

系，大型国际赛事可持续发展体系及行业国际化专业人才培养体系的

建立，助力马术行业高质量高标准发展。

来自中国及其他40多个国家及地区的成人与青少年长期在这里接受马

术培训，大多为高级知识分子、使馆人员、国内外企业高管等高品质

人群。各行各界爱马的人士与明星名流汇聚在一起，令天星调良马术

成为国际赛事中心、优秀骑手的聚集地和出色的马术培训机构。

为保障马业从业人员的职业化、规范化和系统化，BHS体系依据马业从

业人员认证体系开展了一套科学系统的培训和考试。这不仅有助于每位

马业从业人员进一步掌握马术领域的马匹知识、护理、骑乘技术和教学

能力，更可协助和指导相关马业机构提高自身水平，促进行业整体水平

的提高。

拥有奥运级赛事运营管理团队和马术专业场地规划建设团队的天星调

良马术，积极发挥国际马术赛事中心经验，组织和参加国内外赛事，

推广群众马术运动，促进国内外马术运动交流，传播马术文化。截止

2022年8月，共计承办、协办或运营296场赛事：18场国际级（FEI

CSI*、CSI**、CSI***、FEI 锦标赛）、19场国家级、51场北京市

级、1场浙江省级、208场地区级马术赛事。每年举行的国际马术文化

周(北京)暨天星调良马术公开赛相继荣获北京市体育产业示范项目、

北京市体育旅游十佳精品赛事。

由知名设计师打造的会员服务中心、多功能厅、餐厅、品牌马具专卖

店和会员专属精品酒店套房为天星调良马术的硬件设施注入精彩的一

笔。出色的商务和文化活动组织经验也吸引了众多汽车、珠宝、户外

As a member of the Chinese Equestrian Association, the China Horse Industry

Association and the Beijing Turf & Equestrian Association, Equuleus has been

awarded five ISO certificates. Equuleus is the only BHS Approved Training &

Examination Centre in Mainland China and is also an Approved Centre and

Authorised Representative of the Pony Club in Mainland China. Equuleus Corp.

won the award as the Beijing Sport's Industry Demonstration Company in 2019.

The Equuleus Charity, \"Pursuit of Dreams\" received the FEI Solidarity Winner's

Award for 2021.

Equuleus Corp. is committed to creating a high-quality equestrian ecological industry

and an international equestrian lifestyle experience centre. During the 22 years

since the inception of Equuleus Corp., it has insisted/focused on the commercial

management of the equestrian club as well as the sustainability system for large-scale

& international events. Equuleus has also established an international & professional

training system with the aim of supporting and encouraging the equestrian industry

to develop higher standards and better quality.

Riders from over 40 countries train at Equuleus, including riders of all ages, senior

intellectuals, embassy staff and executives of both domestic and foreign companies.

Equuleus has become a home for equestrian enthusiasts and a centre for equestrian

training and competition.

With the many years of experience in equestrian training, Equuleus now provides

training courses in line with the British Horse Society（BHS）system for

equestrian practitioners and coaches at all levels. Based on an internationallyrecognised system for equine industry professionals, the BHS has devised a

scientific system of training and examinations. This not only helps equine

professionals to improve their horse knowledge, horse welfare, riding skills and

teaching abilities, but also helps equine establishments and the whole industry to

improve.

Equuleus Corp., has an Olympic-standard event management team and an equestrian

professional venue planning and construction team; this combination of expertise

enables Equuleus to manage and develop as an International-level Equestrian Event

Centre and to organize and participate in domestic and foreign events. The Club

also promotes equestrian sports and exchanges at home and abroad to spread the

equestrian culture. Until August 2022, over 296 equestrian events and shows have

been organized by Equuleus, including 18 international show jumping competitions,

19 national level shows, 52 local and nearly 208 regional equestrian events. The

International Equestrian Culture Week Beijing & Equuleus Premium Open, is held

every Autumn and received the award as Beijing Sport's Industry Demonstration Event

and Beijing Top 10 Sport's Tourism Events.

Designed by a famous architect, the Equuleus Members' Services Centre was opened

in 2014. It features a ballroom, restaurant, tack shop and guest accommodation.

The facilities for hosting business and cultural activities have attracted the attention

of many renowned businesses in the automobile, jewelry, outdoor clothing and wine

industries. With its unique equestrian culture, Equuleus has also established close

relationships with both domestic and international banks, enterprises, cultural

foundations, 5-star hotels, foreign hospitals and international schools.

Equuleus enjoys a great location just north-east of central Beijing, near the central

villa districts, art galleries and international schools. It is easily accessible, thanks

What We Do

马业从业人员专业培训

天星调良马术在马术专业领域方面的培训历时已久。目前，除依据

BHS 体系针对马术从业人员及不同级别的教练员制订有相应的培训课

程外，对于马房工作人员、路线设计人员、赛事监管和兽医等也有相

应的专业培训和讲座。同时，开启了线上马术课程。

2016 年起，天星调良马术圆满举行了国际马联教练员一级培训、国际

马联场地障碍路线设计师一级培训及考核、国际马联场地障碍赛事监

管进修培训、国际马联场地障碍赛事监管一级培训及考核、马术商业

机构运营管理实战研修班等培训考核课程。

骑乘教学

天星调良马术目前提供针对成人和青少年会员的基础马场马术教

学，舞步和障碍教学，马房管理理论和实践课程以及针对 3.5-12

岁儿童的 Pony 课程。

Training & Studies

Equuleus Corp. provides riding lessons as well as show jumping

and dressage training for both adults and children. We also

provide Pony lessons for children aged 3.5-12, lessons on theory

and practical equitation.

天星调良青少年马术会

天星调良青少年马术会是国际青少年马术会（THE PONY

CLUB）在国内的官方认证推广机构。主要通过其独特的青少年

马术教育系统以及一系列丰富多彩的马术类活动，倡导健康、自

然、多元化的青少年马术生活方式，旨在培养青少年的全球公民

意识、核心领导力以及马术人文素养。

Equuleus International Pony Club

Equuleus International Pony Club is the first Approved Pony

Club Centre and the authorised representative of THE PONY

CLUB in Mainland China.Through a large range of equestrian

activities and a unique youth equestrian education system, it

is dedicated to encouraging young people to ride and to care

for horses and ponies, whilst promoting the highest ideals of

sportsmanship and humanity.

Training for Equestrian Professionals

With the many years of experience in equestrian training, Equuleus

now provides training courses in line with the British Horse Society

system for equestrian practitioners and coaches at all levels. In

addition, specific courses for grooms, course designers and vets are

also offered, plus the online equestrian course are open to public.

Since 2016, Equuleus successfully organized many training

opportunities, including an FEI Course for Level 1 Coaches, an FEI

Level Jumping Course Designer Seminar, FEI Jumping Stewards

Refresher Seminar, FEI Level 1 Jumping Steward Course and

Management of Equestrian Operation Seminar, etc..

Equine Industry Services

It is no secret that the planning and construction of equestrian clubs

requires professional knowledge and experience in a number of fields,

as well as qualified suppliers and experienced staff. The experience of

Equuleus in the equine and related service industries makes us wellplaced to meet the various needs of those looking to establish and

manage similar clubs. Equuleus was the designated official equestrian

arena surface & construction supplier for the 2014 2nd Summer Youth

Olympic Games & 2019 7th CISM Military World Games & the 19th

Asian Games Hangzhou 2022 & 17th Sports meeting of Zhejiang

Province. Due to this vast experience the Equuleus Team received high

recognition and appreciation from FEI experts, Youth Olympic Games

Organizing Committee and international experts for the high quality and

excellent performance of the surface.

Services Related to the Equine Industry

Equuleus provides full services in horse purchase and import,

horse board, livery and training according to our customers'

needs. Since 2004, Equuleus has been helping customers to

purchase and import horses from Europe. We also offer postpurchase services such as training, shoeing and veterinary care.

Participating in Competitions

Each year the Equuleus team competes in both international and

national competitions such as Equuleus Premium Open, FEI World

Cup, FEI World Jumping Challenge, National Championships and

National Elite Competitions, etc. and is involved in many highprofile competitions at home and abroad.

组织赛事

天星调良马术自身定期组织和举办不同级别、各具特色的成人及青少

年舞步及障碍赛，吸引到国际、国内各级别专业和业余骑手积极参与。

最具代表性的赛事——天星调良马术 & 金伯乐马术学府俱乐部杯联

赛。自 2011 年举办至今，每年约 20 场，每场约 300 人马次参赛，覆

盖全年马术赛事高峰期，数场联赛与中国马术场地障碍通级赛等赛事

成功结合举办。2018 年起，联赛每年举办近 10 站分站赛，并在年末

举办联赛总决赛。赛事亦特设“最佳马匹奖”、“最佳马主奖”、“最

佳马房助理奖”、“最佳技术官员奖”、“杰出贡献奖”等多种年度奖项。

2019 年 3 月，联赛升级为超级马术俱乐部联赛并成为国内外马术骑手

切磋技艺、共同提高的重要平台。

Organizing Competitions

Equuleus organizes and hosts unique in-house jumping and dressage

events of various levels for adults and youngsters, attracting local &

international professional and amateur riders to come and compete.

Launched in 2011, the Equuleus & Camelot Club Cup Tournament

comprises of around 20 legs of events per year, attracting over 300

entries per event. This Tournament has held 10 legs per year and a

final since 2018. The Super Equestrian Club League has become an

important platform to learn and share equestrian experiences for

both domestic and international riders.

国际赛事

天星调良马术自 2016 年首次承办国际马联星级赛事以来，以每年 2

场国际赛事及 11 场国内赛事的发展规模奠定了马术赛事中心雏形。

天星调良马术赛事贯穿全年，每年承办国际、国家级赛事 20 余场，

全年赛事总奖金达 400 万元人民币。

赛事团队的创始人及团队核心成员为 2008 年北京奥运会马术项目主

管及奥组委团队主要成员；马术赛事成为连结各地方政府、企业机构、

媒体和都市精英人群，向公众传播健康生活消费理念的绝佳方式；得

到了国际马术赛事赞助商、众多一线品牌的广泛关注和认可，并连续

多年取得爱马仕的赛事赞助支持。

International Events

Equuleus organized an FEI CSI1* event for the first time in 2016

and since then Equuleus has become an important tournament

centre with 2 international events and 11 domestic events per year.

Events are held throughout the year at Equuleus and for each year

around 20 national/ international events are held with a total of

CNY 4 million in prize money.

The founder and core members of the organizing team are the

2008 Beijing Olympic Games Equestrian Supervisor and the core

members of the Olympic OC. Events become an excellent way to

connect local governments, business enterprises, media and urban

elites, and promotes a healthy lifestyle. Our events have received

increasing attention from international equestrian events sponsors

and attained exclusive sponsorship of Hermes in Mainland China.

天星调良马术举办的赛事吸引了众多国内外名将参赛，也成为全国青

少年骑手进行切磋交流的重要平台。赛事为合作伙伴提供专享礼遇，

并特设赞助商与获奖骑手在专属定制障碍前颁奖仪式。不管是赛事信

息服务，还是组织管理运营，处处细节彰显了天星调良马术致力于举

办专业的服务型赛事的理念。

2017 年 12 月 28 日至 2018 年 1 月 1 日，首次登陆中国的 2017 国

际马联儿童国际经典赛总决赛（天星调良马术呈献）（FEI Children's

International Classics Final 2017 presented by Equuleus，简称 FEI

ChIC Final 2017 presented by Equuleus) 在天星调良马术举办。该

赛事隶属世界级锦标赛赛事，这不仅是中国首次获得国际马联总决赛

的主办权，同时也是中国马术俱乐部首次成功申办该级别赛事。本

次 2017 国际马联儿童国际经典赛总决赛（天星调良马术呈献）（FEI

ChIC Final 2017 presented by Equuleus）的举办，对于中国整个马

术运动的发展而言具有里程碑式的重大意义，同时也进一步推动了马

术运动和马术文化在中国的发展和推广。

2021 年 9 月 30 日至 10 月 3 日，继 2017 年升级为国际马联（FEI

CSI3*） 三星级赛事后，由天星调良马术承办的天星调良马术公开赛再

度举行！赛事历时 4 天，共进行了 702 人马次的比赛。赛事现场有论

坛及讲座，众多活动将赛事打造为集国内高水准马术赛事、马术运动产

业、丰富娱乐文化活动、展览等于一身的国际级马术嘉年华。本次赛事

吸引了 20 个平台进行现场直播、1100 万人线上观看马术比赛直播，

同时受到了多个国际知名品牌的持续支持，更吸引了 30 余家品牌与机

构支持与合作，马术产业项目持续得到政府与协会的高度关注。此外，

天星调良公益项目现已募捐到了百余万元的马术公益累计筹款额。

These past shows of Equuleus have attracted renowned Chinese and

international riders to come and compete, and provided an important

platform for young riders all around the country to learn from the

best. By hosting these shows, Equuleus provides opportunities for

the equestrian community to enjoy our top-notch facilities and our

premium competitions. Moreover, Equuleus Shows provide valuable

advantages and benefits to its commercial partners. For example, the

sponsors have the special privilege to take photographs with the winner

of the class during the award ceremony in front of their exclusively

made jump. Furthermore, the Equuleus team always pays attention to

the smallest details to ensure a high-quality service, good organization

and to ensure everybody enjoys the shows.

For the first time in history, the FEI Children's International Classics

Final 2017 came to China from December 28, 2017 to January 1,

2018. This world-class championship event is the first FEI Final

ever held in China, at the same time the first successful event of

this calibre hosted by a Chinese equestrian club. This event marks a

milestone for the development of equestrian sports in China and will

further promote the sport and equestrian culture in China.

The Equuleus Premium Open was held in September 2021 over

4 days with 702 rider and horse combinations participating. In

the exhibition area, seminars and various performances were held

providing education and entertainment to the attendees. The

whole event was well publicized, with 20 live broadcasts airing the

competition, attracting over 11 million viewers over the weekend,

and was supported by over 30 corporate partners and organizations.

The encouragement from the community including the Chinese

Equestrian Association, governmental departments and leading

brand names was unprecedented. Equuleus raised a total of over 1

million RMB for its charity fund.

舞步测试

马场马术是马术运动的基础，为了让马场马术在教学系统中更系统化

规范化，并让学员对此加以重视，天星调良马术于 2013 年推出了针

对教练、会员和马主的舞步测试，同时向国内各马术俱乐部的骑手和

马术爱好者开放。

Dressage Test

Dressage is the basis of all equestrian sports. Equuleus launched this

series of dressage tests for the club coaches, members and horse

owners in 2013 in order to offer them a progressive way of learning

and to raise the awareness about the importance of acquiring the

essential basics of flat work. These dressage tests are open to riders

coming from other Chinese equestrian clubs and for horse lovers

alike.

Business Activities

Equuleus' indoor arenas and Members' Services Centre, designed

by renowned architects, was unveiled in the beginning of 2014.

The luxurious Members' Services Centre, featuring a ballroom,

restaurant, tack shop and guest rooms, is a magnificent addition to

Equuleus. The superior facilities combined with its vast experience

in hosting business and cultural events has attracted the attention

of many prominent businesses in the automobile, jewelry, outdoor

clothing and wine industries. With its unique equestrian culture,

Equuleus has also established close relationships with domestic

and international banks, enterprises, cultural foundations, 5-star

hotels, international standard hospitals, international schools and

专注马术领域的公益项目

“马术助梦计划公益”是天星调良马术为帮助热爱马术且家境贫寒的

马术专业学生顺利完成学业而发起的爱心公益项目，于 2015 年 10 月

在天星调良马术正式启动，并得到了众多业内及社会爱心人士的鼎力

支持。马术助梦计划公益于 2016 年正式加入中国华侨公益基金会下

的崇世爱心基金，成为其专项之一。

2016 年起，“马术助梦计划公益”开展了马术院校贫优学生资助，

先后同内蒙古农大职业技术学院、内蒙古兴安职业技术学院、山东畜

牧兽医职业学院、武汉商学院等全国高等院校建立合作。至 2021 年，

募捐金额达到 160 余万，资助学生共计 140 人。2021 年 11 月，天

\"Pursuit of Dreams\" Equestrian Charity

The \"Pursuit of Dreams\" Equestrian Charity is a project initiated

by the Equuleus Corporation with an aim to help passionate

equestrian major students who come from underprivileged families,

to successfully complete their studies. In October 2015 at the

Equuleus Corporation, this project was officially launched and

since then it has received full support from many industries and a

community of caring people ever since.

In October 2016, for further development and in response to the

great amount of trust and support from the caring community,

\"Pursuit of Dreams\" Equestrian Charity was formally incorporated

into and has become one of the special projects of the Grand World

Compassion Fund (OCCFC).

Since 2016, Equuleus Charity has sponsored financially

disadvantaged but excellent students in equestrian colleges,

and established cooperation with more than four colleges and

universities. By 2021, the fund had raised more than 1.6 million

RMB, and 140 students had been supported. The Equuleus Charity,

\"Pursuit of Dreams\" received the FEI Solidarity Winner's Award for

2021.

British Horse Society Approved Equestrian Establishment

Equuleus obtained the following approvals and recognition from

the BHS, which is recognized as the world-leader in establishing

equestrian centre standards: BHS Approved Riding Centre, BHS

Approved Livery Yard and BHS Approved Training & Examination

Centre. Equestrian culture in Asia developed comparatively late

compared to Europe. Indeed, only a few equestrian establishments

in Asia have obtained BHS approval, namely the Singapore Turf Club

Riding Centre, the Hong Kong Jockey Club (Beas River Clubhouse)

and Equuleus Corp.. We are the only BHS Approved Training &

Examination Centre in Mainland China.

为保证马业从业人员的职业化、规范化和系统化，BHS 依据马业从业

人员认证体系开展了一套科学系统的培训和考试。这不仅有助于每位

从业人员进一步掌握马术领域的马匹知识，护理、骑乘技术和教学能

的提高。那些有志于成为马术教练的人员或希望充实自身马术知识的

专业和非专业骑手也可以从中获益。于 2014 年获得 BHS 国际马术培

训及考试中心认证之后，天星调良马术正在积极开展马业从业人员资

格认证考试，包含 BHS Stage 1 、Stage 2、Stage 2 Teach{ 原国际初

级教练考试（PTT）} 、Stage 3、Stage 3 Teach、 Stage 4、Stage 4

Teach { 国际中级教练考试（ITT）} 等多个级别。

British Horse Society Training and Examinations

Based on an approval system for equine industry professionals, the

BHS has devised a scientific system of training and examinations.

This not only helps equine professionals to improve their horse

knowledge, horse welfare, riding skills and teaching abilities, but

also helps equine establishments and the whole industry to improve

their overall standards of horsemanship. This education means,

coaches as well as professional and amateur riders, can also benefit.

Since becoming a BHS Approved Training & Examination Centre in

2014, Equuleus has rolled out a series of BHS training sessions and

BHS exams (Stage 1, Stage 2, Stage 2 Teach, Stage 3, Stage 3 Teach,

Stage 4 & Stage 4 Teach).

BHS Equestrian Education Project Launched

Equuleus is currently the only BHS partner which has responsibility

for the promotion of this training system in Mainland China. One

of the British Horse Society's key areas of specialization is the

setting of standards and training for professionals and riding clubs

at all levels. Her Royal Highness the Princess Anne ( Vice Patron

of the BHS ) and Olympic Eventer Alex Hua Tian, who is also the

Goodwill Ambassador of the BHS, witnessed the ceremony.

马房管理、培训中心、骑乘中心、马匹展示和相应的设备，更要保

证有专业技能和素质的从业人员。目前，全世界有 BHS 认证的马术

中心每年定期举行 BHS 从业人员等级资格考试及培训。通过考试的

人员才能获得 BHS 认证的资格证书并持证执教。天星调良马术不仅

通过努力获得了 BHS 权威认证的马业从业人员培训和认证资质，令

中国马业日后可以在国内开展和培养出更多合格的从业人员成为可

能，更重视自身从业人员的培养。天星调良马术所有执教教练员也

都拥有 BHS 系统认证的资格证书。

Approval of Equine Professionals

A BHS approved riding establishment must have excellent

and high standards of horse welfare, stable management, staff

training, facilities, horse shows and associated amenities as well

as professional staff. Currently, many clubs have been approved

by the BHS around the world and are holding exams and training

every year. Only those candidates who have achieved BHS

coaching qualifications are qualified to teach at an approved

establishment. The BHS approval of Equuleus is making it

possible to train more qualified equine professionals in China. All

coaches from Equuleus hold various levels of BHS qualifications.

国际青少年和成人马术水平进阶考试

2015 年，天星调良马术进一步推广了 BHS 在中国的国际青少年马术

水平进阶考试（Junior Progressive Riding Test，简称 JPRT）和国际

成人马术水平进阶考试（Progressive Riding Test，简称 PRT）体系，

并得到了专业的马术教练、骑手，还有马术爱好者的积极响应。这意

味着诸多马术爱好者和专业人士在国内就可以拿到国际权威机构认证

的证书。

国际青少年和成人马术水平进阶考试考核标准循序渐进，科学合理，

骑手和马术爱好者可以通过系统的学习，检验训练成果，明确各阶段

的学习成果，在不断精进骑术和提升马房管理理论知识及实践操作能

力的过程中，参加针对不同方向和不同级别的考试。目前，天星调良

马术平均每周末均有 JPRT & PRT 的考试安排。

JPRT & PRT

Since 2015, Equuleus has hosted the British Horse Society Junior

Progressive Riding Test & Progressive Riding Test. The training and

subsequent tests received positive feedback from the equestrian

coaches and riders. By hosting these programs, Equuleus enables

many equestrian enthusiasts and professionals in China to get these

international qualifications.

The JPRT & PRT program offer a progressive learning and teaching

approach. After receiving training for stable management and riding

sessions, riders and horse lovers could have their newly acquired

knowledge assessed by taking the tests at different levels. From

2016, Equuleus started holding JPRT & PRT assessments regularly

every weekend.

Equuleus has more than 180 stables, which are designed and

constructed according to international standards. There are

treatment rooms, feed rooms, tack rooms, shoeing bays, wash

bays and heat lamps. The advanced equipment and management

standards gain the recognition of international and domestic

equestrian experts, and are acknowledged by many professional

team managers, riders and coaches.

The new Equuleus members' services centre has a total area of

10,000 m2

and was designed by a well-known architect. It includes

indoor arenas, recreational and relaxing areas for members,

equestrian boutique ELLA SELLERIA, restaurant, bar, ballroom,

conference facilities, cigar & wine bar (members only), and deluxe

guest rooms. We do our best to make guests feel at home in an

environment of discreet luxury and warm atmosphere.

世界级马术竞赛场馆设施，3 座室内，3 块室外，其中一块设有 6 座

灯塔的场地可用于夜间比赛和训练。草场地 4 块：便于比赛或活动时

搭建舞台、产品展示、酒会用餐等。进口的场地建设材料，国际先进

的场地维护设备，定期进行平整场地、洒水等专业和良好的维护，为

日常教学、训练和竞赛提供了保障。为马匹提供稳固的缓冲力和弹性

Equuleus prides itself in its world-class facilities for different levels

of equestrian competitions. There are 3 indoor and 3 outdoor

arenas, one of which is the only arena in China to have 6 floodlights

suitable for night competitions and training. Extensive grass

areas are also available for competitions and activities, such as

performances and product displays.

Our arenas are built using European-imported construction

materials, the most advanced equipment for arena maintenance in

the world, they are regularly maintained, ensuring that teaching,

training and competitions take place in optimum conditions. Feeling

the improved movement, power and jumping ability of the horse on

these surfaces encourages both riders and horses to perform better

and with more confidence, as well as reducing impact on the legs and

hooves of the horses.

Co-hosted by the FEI and the CEA , the FEI Children's

International Classics Final 2017 hosted by Equuleus and held

for the first time in China. This world-class championship event

was hosted as the first FEI Final in China. The 20 young athletes

came from 13 countries and 9 FEI regional groups from all

around the world.

Charity - \"Pursuit of Dreams\" (CHN) participated in the FEI

Solidarity Award, was successful and won the award! At the

ceremony in Antwerp (Belgium), Ingmar De Vos, president of
