电气控制系统

本机床设计单独配电箱，所有电气元件均安装在配电箱中，为确保

安全，各动作之间设有互锁。具体为：虎钳未夹紧，主传动不能工

作；在工进过程中锯架不能快进，在锯切过程中，虎钳不得松开。

主传动系统

机床的主传动系统由齿轮减速机直连主动轮结构组成，齿轮减速机

与 主动轮采用直接连接，传动平稳，无冲击。主动轮的转速通过

变频器 来调节，可得多种切削速度，以满足不同材料的锯切。

锯架

锯架是一个弓形结构，分为左、右锯架盒、横梁，锯架板采用优质

钢板，通过合理的加强筋组焊而成，振动时效后将焊接应力重新分

布和消除，从而保证了锯架的稳定性。主动轮、张紧轮、左右导向

装置均安装在锯架上，机床工作时，锯轮边时针转动。

锯条导向装置

本机床的导向分为活动导向臂和固定导向臂，活动导向臂自动移动

和自动锁紧，锯带导向采用油缸夹紧。

液压系统

液压系统由独立的液压站组成，主要由 2 个油箱、2 个液压电机、

2 个油泵、多个电磁阀等组成。

夹紧装置

机床的夹紧采用液压虎钳全行程夹紧，通过液压油缸带动钳口板将

工件夹紧。钳口为单钳口夹紧。

冷却系统

为延长锯条使用寿命，防止锯条发热，保证锯切精度，机床采用一

个冷却泵集中冷却，冷却点分为左右导向臂位置。

升降装置

由伺服电机带动丝杆控制进给速度并配置平衡油缸辅助，方柱直线

轨道导向，进给稳定。

锯条张紧装置

张紧轮安装在锯架的左端，带锯条装入主动轮和张紧轮后，通过油

缸将锯带张紧或松开。

Main Features Of The Machine

● The feeding mechanism adopts a cylindrical linear slide rail, which has strong

bearing capacity, high accuracy, strong stability, and long service life.

The feeding part adopts a precision grinding ball screw, which is accurate and fast.

● The pressing part: the side pressure (horizontal) adopts the upper and lower

clamping four guide columns, and the guiding body adopts self-lubricating oil-free

bearings, which is stable and balanced without material displacement. The ownward

pressure action time can be controlled to ensure that the material is pressed tightly

without looseness, and the adjustment is simple and fast.

● The feeding part is equipped with an automatic feeding positioning plate, which

automatically aligns the material head, greatly saving personnel working hours and

improving work efficiency.

● The aluminum chips are sucked from the top and coiled from the bottom. A chip

vacuum cleaner can be matched on the worktable, and a chain plate type coiling
