Haining Eco-friendly Manufacturing Base

Officially put into production in 2011, the base is located in Jianshan New

Area, Haining, Zhejiang, covering an area of 172,000 square meters, with a

construction area of 135,000 square meters. These modern manufacturing

buildings are surrounded by flowers and fruit trees for four seasons.

on Sunon intelligent upgrading plan.

Sunon Technological Innovation Park

Officially opened in 2021, the Park is located in Qiaonan part

of Xiaoshan Eco&Tech Zone of Hangzhou, covering an area of

75,300 square meters, with a building area of 261,300 square

meters. The Park is an integration of product innovation and

development, furniture manufacturing and sample making,

scenario-based experience, woodwork experience, industry

information exchange, talents training and e-commerce live

streaming.

The Sunon Northern Industrial Park will

start trial production in 2023, and it is

located in Xiongheng Furniture Industrial

Park, Shenzhou Development Zone,

Hengshui, Hebei Province, with a planned

area of 1300 acres and as Sunon's strategic

project of \"Relying on Xiong'an and

deploying in the North\".

Scheduled for trial production in 2023, the facility is located

in the Hofusan Industrial Park in Monterrey, Nuevo León,

Mexico. It covers an area of 202 acres, with a building

area of approximately 81,600 square meters. It is primarily

aimed at serving the North American market in the future.

Utilizing an advanced Italian five-axis spraying line, the process of

dust absorption, spraying, and drying is fully automated in a controlled

temperature and humidity environment. This allows for the automatic

spraying of tabletops with thicknesses up to 90mm, achieving a seamless

and efficient coating.

and slots on all six sides of the workpiece. With the use

of four linked machines, intelligent and efficient production

is achieved, reducing the number of operators from eight to

two. This significantly lowers labor costs and improves
