主要信息
工厂坐落于嘉兴港区，杭州湾跨海大桥北侧，是
国家一类开放口岸，也是杭州湾北岸制造业基地
的核心区域。海陆运输便利，与上海、杭州、宁
波、绍兴、苏州、无锡等城市相距均不到百公里
，是沪杭、苏杭交通干线中枢。
上市公司传化智联全资子公司，年产10万吨顺丁橡胶项目，4*5000m³丁
二烯低温罐区及配套公用工程项目，2022年底技改后具备年产15万吨生
产能力；预留地已在新建12万吨/年稀土顺丁装置，预计2024年二季度投
产，届时将具备27万吨/年顺丁/稀土顺丁生产能力。主要生产、研发、销
售顺丁橡胶等合成新材料。

Basic information
Our factory is located in Jiaxing Port District,
on the north of Hangzhou Bay Cross Sea
Bridge, class “A” port.It is also the core area
of the manufacturing base on the north bank
of Hangzhou Bay Domain. Convenient sea
and land transportation, with connections to
Shanghai, Hangzhou, Ningbo, Shaoxing, and
Suzhou.
Zhejiang Transfar Synthetic Material Co., LTD. is a wholly owned
subsidiary company of Transfar Group. The 150,000 MT/year BR
plant, 4*5000m³ butadiene low temp-tanks on port.
The new 120,000MT/year NdBR capacity is during construction,
and will be expected to put into production in 2024. The total BR
capacity of 270,000MT/year can be reached in 2024.
