Timken Chengdu Aerospace and Precision Products Center
铁姆肯公司成都航空及精密产品中心于2008年正
式投产，厂区总面积为7,500 m2。作为全球性轴承企
业在中国建立的首个航空产品基地，成都工厂主要为
全球航空客户提供航空轴承，同时也生产服务于机床
行业的精密轴承。

bearing company, Timken Chengdu Plant provides
aerospace bearings to global aerospace customers, as
well as produces precision bearings to machine tool

铁姆肯公司已服务于航空业逾80年，产品和服务以严格的质量标准和一
贯优异的性能表现而备受航空客户的推崇。大多数Timken®航空轴承采用真空
熔炼的52100钢或双真空熔炼的M50轴承钢，符合ABEC/RBEC7级航空等级的要

Timken has served the aviation industry for more than 80 years, and the strict
quality standards and outstanding performance of Timken products and services
are well recognized by aerospace and aviation customers. Most aerospace
bearings are made of the 52100 vacuum melt steel or double vacuum melting
of the M50 HSS, according to the requirement of ABEC/RBEC7 class, and have
high performance machined cages. The company's technology extends to the
development of new materials and application domain, and to the heat treatment
process dealing with demands of aerospace environment.

铁姆肯公司成都工厂能够检测用于CFM56发动机平台的超过80个型号的轴
承，以及空客320和波音737等的航空辅助动力装置系统所配备的轴承。我们是中
国首家通过FAA(美国联邦航空局)和CAAC(中国民用航空局)双证认证的航空轴承检
测服务机构，提供发动机及辅助动力装置轴承检测服务。我们可以做到在10天内
快速交货，从而极大地降低客户的运输成本、轴承采购成本乃至发动机维护的总
成本。
Timken Chengdu Aerospace and Precision Products Center is qualified to inspect
more than 80 part numbers for the CFM56 aircraft engine platform, as well as bearings
for auxiliary power unit (APU) of Air Bus 320 and Boeing 737. Being China's first
aerospace bearing inspection service institution awarded both FAA (Federal Aviation
Administration) and CAAC (Civil Aviation Administration of China) certificates to
provide engine and APU bearing inspection, we can fulfill the inspection service
within 10 days, therefore, greatly reducing the cost of shipping, bearing replacement,
and engine maintenance for customers.

precision bearing products with low noise and vibration design, which are widely
used in machine tools and other fields. These products include deep groove,
angular contact, ball screw support ball bearings in single and multiple sets.

传感器和芯片是铁姆肯公司成都航空及精密产品中心的另外两个特色产品。
目前在产的主要产品有应用于智能步进电机和实验分析仪磁编码器反馈的传感器,
应用于伺服电机M15磁编码器的传感器和应用于汽车MDPS的MPS160芯片。
Sensors and chips are also manufactured at the Timken aerospace and precision
products center in Chengdu. Currently, key products include sensors used in
intelligent stepping motor and magnetic aim of laboratory analysis encoder feedback,
servo motor M15 encoder, and MPS160 chip for automobile MDPS.

As other Timken's plants around the globe, Timken Chengdu Aerospace and Precision
Products Center creates value for customers based on our advantages on engineering,
manufacturing and services, making mechanical equipments running more reliably and
efficiently. In addition to the advanced equipments, we produce our products according to
strict manufacturing process. Currently, our key manufacturing processes include:
