Standard reference samples are used for performance verication tests and system calibration. They

consist of carefully prepared materials that are accurately known, are of stable composition, and are

sealed in plastic containers. The size and shape of

the container can be adjusted according to the conveyor belt in the CB Omni channel analysis area.

The standard samples are close to the shape of the

full-load conveyor belt in the CB Omni online analyzer. The number of standard samples provided

varies with the application (Figure 3).

The electronic units are housed in the NEMA-4 case to

protect the internal equipment against dust, moisture

and water. The sealed heat exchange unit adjusts the internal temperature while preventing impurities from entering.

The operator console (OP con) is the user interface of

CB Omni online analyzer. It is a powerful computer

equipped with a unique and most advanced view software package. By running special software, it can

process the data transmitted by the electronic unit

and archive the analysis results. The operator console

from shielding devices and electronic units. It communicates with electronic units through optical ber

cables.

of cbomni-s, the real-time control of alkalinity can

be realized. Combined with the automatic batching

system, the automatic batching can be realized,

which provides more consistent feed for the sintering

process.

process control software for raw mix proportioning. The

software calculates the material demand of the weighing

feeder and transmits it to the user's control system through the PLC interface or discrete analog signal of the

weighing feeder, so as to continuously provide the raw

material proportioning feeder with updated proportioning information to meet the chemical and quality objectives of the raw material mixture. The proportioning control algorithm minimizes the material cost and allows the
