先生於 1980 年創立,是香港一所具規模並提供多元化服務的建築師事
務所,更是香港貿易發展局一帶一路戰略合作夥伴。
自 1992 年起,hpa 一直被香港特別行政區政府建築署納入「一級」建
築師顧問名冊。2014 年透過 CEPA(內地與香港建立更緊密經貿關係
的安排 ),hpa 成為香港“首間”獲國家住房和城鄉建設部批准的甲級建
築工程設計的獨資公司。2004 年 hpa 於英國世界建築導報(World
Architecture) 全球首 200 間大型建築師樓評選排名第 47 位。於 2008

Founded in 1980 by Mr Bosco Ho, hpa, officially known as Ho & Partners
Architects Engineers & Development Consultants Limited, is one of Hong
Kong’s major architectural practices and a strategic partner of HKTDC’s
Belt and Road-related initiatives.
Since 1992, hpa has been listed on the “Band 1” List of Architectural
Consultants kept by the Hong Kong SAR Government. hpa was listed No.
47 in the “Top 200 Architectural Practices – Annual List 2004” by World
Architecture Magazine. In 2008, 2012, 2017 and 2019, hpa was ranked one
of the “Top 10” local architectural practices in the BCI Asia Top 10 Awards.
Within this fruitful year, hpa won the prestigious Quality Award for Medium
and Established Enterprises 2019 led by the Hong Kong Management
Association (HKMA) and also the SME Award under the DHL/SCMP Hong
Kong Business Awards 2019.

Founded in 1980 by Mr Bosco Ho, hpa, officially known as Ho
& Partners Architects Engineers & Development Consultants
Limited, is one of Hong Kong’s major architectural practices and
a strategic partner of HKTDC’s Belt and Road-related initiatives.
hpa has its architectural design footprint in more than 60 cities
across 12 countries, including Hong Kong, India, Mainland China,
Macau, Middle East, South Korea and the United Kingdom. Its
completed projects include large-scale planning projects, highend residential developments, public housing, Grade-A office
buildings, corporate headquarters, 5-star hotels, shopping
malls, hospitals, universities, cultural buildings, industrial
undertakings and TOD/MTR related mixed-use developments.
The practice currently employs over 260 staff comprising experienced
architects and interior designer s; planner s and urban
designer s; building sur veyor s and quantity sur veyor s;
designers and technicians. With its vast resources, hpa is well
placed to undertake projects of any scale andcomplexity.
Introduction
Apart from offering architectural, planning and interior design
consultancyservices, hpa has a sizable Maintenance, Alteration &
Addition (MAA)Department for building renovation, specialised A&A
works, conditionsurvey and similar services. The MAA Department
is comprised ofarchitects, building surveyors and quantity surveyors,
clerks-of-works and other supporting technical personnel.
hpa fully exploits information and computer technology to eliminate
distance and time barriers and ensure that its staff can communicate
tightly without any prominent boundary. Back in the early 1980s, hpa
was a pioneer in the use of Computer-aided Design and Drafting
(CADD). After 40 years in the industry, hpa continues to adopt
and merge cutting-edge technology to the fields of design and
construction supervision. For the last few years, hpa has been one
of the pioneers in BIM-Revit design and has designed the first MIC
(Modular Integrated Construction) high rise building in Hong Kong.
To ensure that its project designs, particularly those large-scale and
complex developments, can attain the greatest development value,
hpa developed its own DOS (Development Option Studies) software
model through its in-house IT team several years ago. Living in
today’s era of “AI” & “Big Data,” hpa is well prepared to embrace
the new age ofmulti-dimensional database design. It is hpa’s goal

Introduction
Since its inception, hpa has designed buildings in more than 60
cities in 12 countries around the world, including Hong Kong, India,
China, Macau, the Middle East, Korea, and the United Kingdom. The
completed projects include large-scale high-rise residential buildings,
public housing, Grade A office buildings, corporate headquarters,
five-star hotels, shopping malls, hospitals, universities, cultural
centers, industrial plants, and railway comprehensive development.
At present, the hpa team consists of over 300 experienced
architects, planners, designers, building surveyors, quantity
surveyors and technicians, making hpa capable of undertaking
architectural design projects of any size and complexity.

何顯毅先後曾在倫敦著名的賓利父子(TP Bennett and
Son)建築師樓工作。於 1972 年回流香港,曾在香港一
些著名建築師樓,香港政府屋宇署以及香港房屋協會工作。
何顯毅在香港房屋協會工作期間,負責成立及管理市區重
建部門,工作包括收購破舊的戰前物業,參與舊區改造,
前期策劃,地產發展,規劃設計,工程管理,銷售租賃及
物業管理。
1980 年何氏創立何顯毅建築工程師樓地產發展顧問有限
公司,設計足跡遍布全球 10 個國家超過 50 個城市(包
括中國,泰國,香港,英國,澳門,東南亞,印度,中東等),
已完成設計之建築面積超過 1000 萬平方米,包括大型規
劃,交通樞紐綜合體建築群,甲級辦公樓,總部基地,國
際五星級酒店,商場,大型住宅小區,TOD 地鐵上蓋物
業,醫院,大學,文化館,博物館,運動館,專業工業廠
房等,並在中國,泰國,菲律賓,印度完成了多個大型城
市規劃(由 5 至 500 平方公裏),其中更獲得多個獎項;
澳洲悉尼科技大學工程管理碩士
1981 年加入公司。1991 年獲升為中國工程項目經理,
1995 年成為中國部助董事,即部門主管,獨立處理所有內
外事務。1997 年升為中國部副董事,其間負責本公司香港
總部中國工程部及國內各辦事處的所有項目管理、設計管理
及中國工程的業務工作。
2000 年晉升為中國部董事,2004 年晉升為何显毅建筑设
计香港總公司董事,2009 年晉升為香港總公司及”何设计
集团有限公司”副总裁。
自此開始全面協助何顯毅先生負責集團及各地分公司的運
營管理並重點負責全中國區域,擔任所有國內分公司的法
人代表。
香港註冊建築師;香港認可人士(建築師名冊);中華人民
共和國一級註冊建築師;香港建築師學會資深會員 ;澳大利
亞皇家建築師學會資深會員;英國特許仲裁師學會會員;香
港建築師註冊管理局主席(2022-2024);香港建築師學會、
香港建築師註冊管理局大學建築本科課程認證人;香港建築
物條例認可人士註冊委員會委員(2020-23);香港消防安
全條例諮詢委員會委員(2022-2025);
譚國治先生中學畢業於香港維多利亞工業學校,接受過
正統的金工、木工及陶瓷基礎工藝訓練;1987 年畢業于
澳大利亞新南威爾斯大學,獲建築學學士學位。從業至
今在建築設計行業已有 35 年多的實踐經驗。
譚先生參與的建設項目遍佈於香港、內地,泰國以及澳洲。
他主持設計的香港法國國際學校柴灣分校獲得香港建築師
學會 2013 年特別設計獎(加建改建)及香港綠色建築
議會 2014 年『現有已建成建築組』入圍項目。

hpa entered the China market in the 1980’s, we started our Hong

In China we operate as a Wholly Foreign-Owned Enterprise (WFOE),
which allows us to act as the design consultant across multiple
service sectors from planning, urban design, and architecture to
workplace design, digital, branding and product design.
We have trusted partnerships with Local Design Institutes
(LDIs) and other Consultants to ensure the successful
implementation of our projects from concept through
construction. The LDIs work with us to ensure building code
compliance, they translate our designs into construction
documentation and take charge of the submittal of drawings to
government agencies for approvals.
Since 2003, we have successfully built over 1,000 projects
across 80 cities in China. Our work encompasses city planning,
urban rejuvenation, adaptive reuse, commercial towers and
mixed use developments, retail and retail centers, hospitality
and brand design, as well as workplace strategy and design.
Today, recognizing the strong efforts underway to improve
environmental quality, the Gensler Greater China practice is
focused on developing the strategies and design solutions that
help minimize environmental impact and push the boundaries
of sustainable design.

required a holistic look at the user experience, from the planar
requirements to the physical space to the digital experience.
This ensures that a common vision is established and that new
synergies can be found in both the physical space and the digital
life experience of users. Our design process always revolves around
the end user experience in a collaborative way, and we also choose
the appropriate form of representation, media and/or content in the
process to make it happen. We believe that developing an experience
strategy first is the first step to properly articulating your vision for
growth. Once the blueprint of the experience was clear, we could
focus on the planning of the built environment and virtual Spaces.
hpa is pioneering information and computer technology to eliminate
geographical and temporal barriers. Through the company's
Intranet and computer systems, employees can communicate
design and project information closely and effectively at all times.
As early as 1980, hpa was a pioneer in the industry by introducing
computer-aided design and drawing. Over the past 40 years, hpa
has continued to apply new technologies to design, construction
and engineering monitoring, and in the past few years has actively
promoted the application of Building Information Modeling
software (BIM-Revit). It is also the \"first\" architect's building in
Hong Kong to successfully complete the design of a high-rise
building using the Modular Integrated Construction method.

前行政長官林鄭月娥於 2021 年 5 月 21 日主持將軍澳百勝角消防處已婚
人員宿舍竣工儀式。該項目由 3 726 個「組裝合成」元件組成,是全港
首個采用混凝土「組裝合成」建築法興建的多層建築項目。
林鄭月娥致辭時表示,「組裝合成」建築法可縮短約三成至五成的施工
時間,減少約一成的建築成本,而且生產力、質量、環保和安全等表現
更好。政府會繼續鼓勵業界在合適的建築物采用「組裝合成」建築法,
希望將這項創新技術更廣泛地應用在不同種類的公營和私人發展項目,
現時已有合共超過 60 個采用「組裝合成」建築法的項目。並指出,圑隊
中有很多青年人,正好體現建造業近年推動的「建造業 2.0」,以「創新」、
「專業化」及「年青化」為方針,提升建造業界的承載力和可持續性。
而將軍澳百勝角消防處已婚人員宿舍是政府試行推展「組裝合成」建築
法的先導項目之一。

本公司為大嶼山及機場鐵路九龍站的建築設計第
二個顧問,併為上述包括 16 幢住宅大樓、辦公室、
酒店和零售商場的車站發展進行規劃的工作。九龍站
為機場鐵路沿線面積最大的車站,連接香港的心臟地
帶及機場,站內設有市區預辦登機服務,乘客可於車
站內預先辦理登機手續及托運行李。
The firm was the second consultant for the architectural
design of the Lantau Island and Kowloon Station of
the Airport Railway and the planning work for the
station development comprising 16 residential blocks,
offices, hotels and retail malls. Kowloon Station is the
largest station along the Airport Railway, connecting
the heart of Hong Kong and the airport. There is
an urban check-in service at the station, where
passengers can pre-check in and check in their luggage.

這個新辦公室所處的大樓,也是何顯毅設計的。獲
內地網站搜房選出為九大建築設計之一。一直以來,公
司的建築都不以新奇立異取勝,然而,這幢聳立在上環
云云中層舊樓中的高層建築,為周圍環境帶來了很大的
衝擊。
物業發展的前身是華商酒店,於 1994 年期間進行清
拆,改建為招商局之新集團大樓,現改名為中央政府駐
港聯絡辦公室大樓。公司一向重視使用模型,在 90 年代
中期更開始用大模型輔助設計,這個專案在設計階段就
造了很多大模型。
由於這是一個中資集團,所以設計時要有注入大量
中國傳統味道元素,但位元處香港,則又要充滿體現動
感。建築物底部比較穩重和傳統,正門飾以巨型鋼架門
框,造型取自古代中國建築門楣、攏門。鋼架內之獨立
式玻璃牆,由機械式扣件承托,利用現代科技表達中國
建築精髓;而一中一外之混合,正好說明香港是中西文
化交匯之都。入口大堂採用高樓底及巨幅玻璃外牆設計,
概念來自中國傳統有三進的四合院建築。樓層的基本設
計注重地塊北面臨近維多利亞港的優勢,將升降機及其
它設備置於東西兩側,特別收窄令中間部分能以開放佈
置或玻璃間隔等令樓層盡享港口景色及自然光照明。東
西兩側立面飾以鏡面不銹鋼條,不銹鋼條的設計很細緻,
行人台頭望,可以從建築物立面的不銹鋼條看到天上的
雲層,整幢建築像在飄,很有趣,不論白天或黑夜都很

converted into the new Group Building of China Merchants,

As this is a Chinese-funded group, the design should be
infused with a large number of traditional Chinese flavor
elements, but the location in Hong Kong should be full of

stable and traditional, and the main door is decorated with
a giant steel frame, which is modeled from the lintel and the
door of ancient Chinese architecture. The independent glass
wall in the steel frame is supported by mechanical fasteners,

總建築面積 420,000 平方米。其中為 10 幢 49 至 52 層
高住宅,共提供 4,272 個住宅單位,每戶平均面積為
72 平方米,亦有部分為逾 130 平米之大戶型。
此 10 幢建築分別建於兩個四層高的相連群樓上,
住宅利用了 3 個大型的穿梭大堂與群樓及地面連接,大
堂樓高 5 層,充分顯現其豪華的特色,在同區甚至整個
香港亦算罕有。
Le Prestige, Le Prime & La Splendeur has ten (49 to 59
storey) residential towers of total construction area around
420,000m² providing 4,272 units, with the majority of the
units offering views of either the podium garden or the
central park. Average unit size ranges from 72m² to 130m².
Each tower is on a four storey podium containing a
kindergarten, a super large clubhouse (including indoor
swimming pool), a children’s playground, function rooms
and car park facilities. This complex is one of the largest
residential / recreational projects in Hong Kong in recent
years.
