北外滩，与陆家嘴、外滩隔水相望。在

上海新市域格局中，北外滩是“黄金三角”

中的重要一角，是市中心唯一一块可成片规

划、深度开发的黄金地段。近年来，虹口紧

紧锚定打造“上海北外滩 浦江金三角”战略

目标，对标国际最高标准，举全区之力、集

全球智慧推进北外滩开发建设。北外滩的

基础设施、产业环境日新月异，各项建设全

面起势，功能品质不断提升。在这片约4平

方公里的沃土上，一幅“新时代都市发展新

标杆”的发展蓝图已经展开。

十年奋进，十年蝶变。为充分展现新时

代北外滩作为“中国式现代化重要展示窗口”

的发展成就，在虹口区委宣传部指导下，区委

网信办和区融媒体中心联合相关单位，共同

举办“这，就是北外滩”都市摄影大赛，吸引

5万余件投稿，这些作品，全部由上海的普通

市民或摄影爱好者创作拍摄。他们用镜头定

格生机勃勃、蒸蒸日上的北外滩。

主办单位从大赛投稿中遴选出优秀作

品，并编选部分虹口融媒体中心记者的佳作

以为补充，集结成为本摄影集。这些作品，

用多姿多彩的影像生动描绘和诠释——

这，就是北外滩。

前

言

The North Bund sits opposite the Lujiazui

and the Bund across the Huangpu River. Amid

Shanghai’s new round of development, the North

Bund is an important corner of the city’s \"Golden

Triangle\". It is also the only piece of land with the

prime location in downtown that can undergo

overall planning and in-depth development. In

recent years, Hongkou has firmly anchored the

strategic goal of developing the North Bund into a

\"Riverside Golden Triangle\", benchmarked against

the highest international standards. It has been

promoting the development and construction of

the North Bund with the strength of the whole

district and global wisdom. The infrastructure

and industrial environment of the North Bund

are changing with each passing day. Construction

projects are in full swing, while the functional

qualit y of the region is being continuously

improved. On this fertile land covering about four

square kilometers, a development blueprint for \"a

new benchmark for urban development in a new

era\" has been launched.

A decade of progress leads to the great

c h a n g e s . I n o r d e r t o f u l l y s h o w c a s e t h e

d e v e l o p m e n t a c h i e v e m e n t s o f t h e N o r t h

Bund in a new era, which now ser ves as an

\"important demonstration for the Chinese-style

modernization\", the \"Meet the Nor th Bund\"

urban photography contest has been initiated.

The contest, which has received over 50,000

photography works, is held under the guidance of

the Publicity Department of the Hongkou District

Committee of CPC and jointly organized by the

Hongkou District Internet Information Office and

the Hongkou District Integrated Media Center. All

the photography works were taken by ordinary

citizens or photography enthusiasts in Shanghai.

They captured the vibrant and thriving North

Bund through their camera lens.

The organizers selected the outstanding

photography works from the submissions along

with some best works of reporters from the

Hongkou Integrated Media Center for this photo

album. These photos vividly depict and interpret

with colorful images—

This is the North Bund.
