AFTER SALE COLLECTION: WINE

Crown Wine Cellars will store all purchases for a month after the sale at

no additional charge.

All sold lots not cleared by 17 June 2024 will accrue storage fees

charged by CWC.

Buyers wishing to store their wines with CWC must submit a registration

and autopay application to CWC Ltd by 17 June 2024.

All buyers failing to submit a registration and autopay application to

CWC Ltd in hard copy by 17 June 2024 will be charged HK$60 per

case or HK$30 per half case or outsized bottle per month or part

thereof, inclusive of comprehensive insurance as of 17 June 2024.

These charges will only cease once the required forms are received

and the storage option specified, or after the wines have been

collected from CWC Ltd.

All requests for collection from CWC Ltd must be made 7 working days

before the requested collection date. Upon receipt of a delivery request

deliveries will take place a minimum of 7 working days thereafter.

Post-sale inspections of wine are available at a rate of HK$50 per case.

A photo service is available at a rate of HK$10 per bottle, with a

minimum charge of HK$120

皇冠酒窖會在拍賣會後，免費為買家儲存所購葡萄酒一個月。

所有已售的拍賣品若於2024年6月17日前還不領取，皇冠酒窖會向買

家收取儲存費。

買家如欲委託皇冠酒窖儲存葡萄酒，必須於2024年6月17日之前，向

皇冠酒窖提交登記及自動轉賬申請表。

所有買家若不能於2024年6月17日前，向皇冠酒窖遞交紙版的登記及

自動轉賬申請表，每箱酒將會收取每月HK$60的儲存費，半箱酒或特

大瓶裝的費用則為每月HK$30，少於半箱的亦作半箱計算；該等費用

已包括自2024年6月17日起計算的綜合保險費。當所需申請表已向皇

冠酒窖遞交，並訂明了葡萄酒的儲存方式，或者葡萄酒已從皇冠酒窖

領走，該等費用才將停止收取。

所有要從皇冠酒窖領酒的申請，必須於領取日前7個工作天提出。當

收到領取申請後，拍賣品的發放將於最少7個工作天後進行。

拍賣後檢查服務的收費為每箱酒HK$50。

拍照服務的收費為每瓶酒HK$10，每次最低消費為HK$120。

PAYMENT

Purchases can only be released when full settlement (inclusive of all

charges) of all invoices issued to the buyer is received in cleared funds.

If you are a successful Bidder, payment will be due to be made to us by

4:30pm on the second working day after the Sale so that all sums are

cleared by the seventh working day after the Sale. This applies even if

the buyer wishes to export the lot and an export license is (or may be)

required. Before bidding you should ensure that you have the necessary

funds available and be able to pay according to one of the methods

set out below. All cheques should be made payable to Bonhams (Hong

Kong) Ltd - Client A/C. Unless agreed by us in advance payments made

by anyone other than the registered buyer will not be accepted. We

Hong Kong dollar personal cheque drawn on a Hong Kong branch

of a bank: all cheques must be cleared before you can collect your

L’Etonnant Monsieur Victor is above all a passion project of the Péters

family, decided to forgo the “single vintage, single vineyard” trend

that has become exceptionally popular within grower champagne

producers in the past decade, the Peters have decided to pay homage

to traditional champagne making methods and attempt to make the

greatest multi-vintage wine possible.

Blending selections of the best Perpetual Reserve vats starting from

the year 1988, as well as the best wines chosen from the latest harvest

from the terroir of “Chétillon”. After blending the wine is aged in bottle

for 6 years before release.

The base year is marked on the label with the artwork created by

Victor, the son of Rodolphe and Fabienne Péters, an enthusiastic artist

who created a series of works that interpret well-known paintings in

the manner of a different artist.

“2011 was not an easy act to follow as it produced what probably

was the best Dofí to date, yet the 2013 Finca Dofí is as good or even

better! ... The single-vineyard 2013 Finca Dofí ... have achieved a level

of sophistication in the élevage of this wine because it is completely

different from the wines of, say, 2005 (or 1995!) that were hard and full

of tannin. This 2013 is nothing like that. Of course, there are tannins,

but the texture is completely different, more akin to a Barolo with

earthiness that is coated by ripe fruit to create a singular, unmistakable

“The Prum 2006 Bernkasteler Badstube Riesling Beerenauslese

is, as already noted, the first of its kind. Cherry jam and grapefruit

marmalade, mango and peach preserves, as well as floral and herbal

distillates are suggested by the intensely ester-rich aroma. White raisin

mingles with the confectionary fruit elements on the palate, which on

the one hand displays remarkable density and considerable sheer
