Beijing Houde Transport Technology Co., Ltd. is a
high-tech enterprise with engineering and building materials
as its main business. The company mainly focuses on the
research, development, innovation, production and promotion

郝培文,长安大学教授,博士生导师,日本学术振兴会(JSPS)博士后。交通部道路结
构与材料重点实验室主任,国家级土木工程实验示范中心常务副主任,机场铺面工程研究所
主任。国家标准委员会沥青混凝土分委员会副秘书长,国际沥青路面协会再生委员会委员,
中国公路学会道路工程学会理事,中国公路学会养护与管理分会理事,中国公路学会青年专
家委员会委员;科技部国际合作项目评审专家,国家西部交通建设科技项目咨询专家;《石化
技术与应用》、《长安大学学报》、《公路交通科技》、《International Journal of Pavement
Research and Technology》、《筑路机械与施工机械化》等期刊编委。交通部青年科技英
才,陕西省优秀青年教师,教育部新世纪优秀人才计划。
【主要研究方向和领域】
主要研究领域:路面材料与结构,沥青与改性沥青技术,沥青再生与养护技术,机场路
面材料与施工技术,钢桥面铺装技术,绿色公路,新型建筑材料,路基工程,铁路工程等,
尤其在沥青、改性沥青机理,沥青路面再生,钢桥面铺装及路面路用性能方面有深入研究。

主持国家自然科学基金项目《半柔性路面配合比设计方法及路用性能的研究》,该成果
为我国修筑半柔性路面提供了科学依据;参加国家“八五”科研攻关项目《道路沥青及沥青混合
料路用性能研究》,重点研究《沥青混合科水稳定性指标及评价方法》,该成果已纳入《沥
青路面设计规范》(JTJ 058-97)中,该项目获得国家科技进步二等奖及交通部科技进步一
等奖;承担国家自然科学基金项目《沥青混合料配合比设计方法研究》,项目获陕西省科技
进步二等奖。

1997 年获学校教学优秀奖,1998 年在学校青年教师授课竞赛中获三等奖,1999 年获
校优秀共产党员、优秀科研工作者称号,2004 年获第四届陕西省青年科技奖,2005 年获交
通科技英才称号。针对沥青混合料配合比设计方法的不足,提出了基于路用性能的沥青混合
料配比设计方法;研制了彩色沥青结合料,并在上海、成都、西安等地应用;研制了冷补沥青
混合料,可满足不同气候和交通条件下路面维修使用,已在国内大面积推广;针对机场不停
航的特点,提出了机场改造工程中不停航施工的方法,已成功用于多个机场建设;提出了半
柔性路面设计和施工的成套技术,为半柔性路面在我国的推广奠定了基础。
【出版专著教材和发表论文代表作】
近年来在国内外公开发行刊物上发表研究论文五十多篇,其中 20 篇被 SCI、El、CA、
ISTP 收录,多篇论文被陕西省公路学会和陕西省科委评为优秀论文,结合科研成果和工地
实践完成了《沥青路面施工与维修技术》专著,该书为国家级重点图书,由人民交通出版社
发行;参编了当代科技重要著作(交通领域)《沥青与沥青混合料路用性能》一书,以及研究
生教材《沥青路面》和《路基路面试验检测技术》,2003 年出版了《沥青路面工程》手册。

Hao was head of the Mix Design Methods of Semi Flexible Pavement and the
Research on the Road Performance.one of the national natural science foundation
projects which provided the scientific evidence for building semi flexible pavement in
China, he participated in the national ‘Eight Five" key project, Asphalt for Road and the
Study on Road Performance of Asphalt Mixtures, focused on the research of the Asphalt
Mixture Water Stability lndex and the Evaluation Methods. The achievement was
incorporated into the Standard of Asphalt Pavement Design( JTd 058-97), which won the
second prize of the national science and technology progress and the first prize of the
science and technology progress of the Ministry of Communications;, he was in charge
of the Research on Mix Design Methods of Asphalt Mixture .the Chinese Nature Science
Foundation ltem, which won the second prize of science and technology progress in
Shanxi province.
Received Awards, Scientific Researches and Others:
Hao won the excellence prize of schooling leaching in 1997, the third prize of young
teacher teaching contest in 1998 , the outstanding communist party member and the tile
of outstanding scientific research worker in 1999; he won the fourth science and
technology prize for young in Shanxi province in 2004 and the title of traffic science and
technology talent in 2005.On the basis of the disadvantages of the mix design methods of
asphalt mixture, he put forward the mix design method of asphalt mixture based on the
pavement performance, by developing the Colorful Asphalt Binder , he put it to use in
Shanghai, Chengdu, Xian and other places, he developed the Cold Patch Asphalt Mixture
which could be applied into pavement maintenance under different climate and
transportation conditions and the method has been widely spread throughout China. He
put forward the method of non-stop construction when the airport was under renovation
based on the feature of airport non-slop and it has been applied into various airport
constructions The whole set of technique for semi flexible pavement design and
construction put forward by him laid the foundation of the semi flexible pavement
popularization in China.
Published Monographs, Teaching Materials and Papers:
In recent years, Hao has published more than 50 research papers in public
publications both at home and abroad, 20 of which have been collected by SCl, EI, CA
and ISTP, and number of which were awarded excellent papers by Shanxi Highway
Society and Shanxi Science Committee, combined research results with site practice, the
monograph of Construction and Maintenance Technology of Asphalt Pavement is
regarded as the national key book which is published by People's Communication Press,
he participated in and edited Asphalt and Asphalt Mixture Pavement Performance known
as the modern science and technology key writing in the transport field) as well as Asphalt
Pavement and Subgrade and Pavement Testing Technology which are used as
postgraduate teaching materials; he published Asphalt pavement project in 2003.

庹新林,清华大学教授,博士生导师。2002 年毕业于清华大学,获工学博士学位。在
校期间,获得清华大学一等奖学金最高奖、清华大学学术新秀提名奖。主持及参与国家自然
科学杰出青年基金项目《光响应性偶氮聚电解质的自组装、微结构和光电信息功能研究》
(No.59925309),国家自然科学基金项目《碳纳米管/聚电解质复合薄膜及其光控性能》
(No.50303008),发表与纳米材料制备有关的 SCI 收录论文 14 篇。
近年来主要从事特种高分子材料、水泥混凝土外加剂、高性能聚羧酸减水剂、改性醇醚
(聚羧酸减水剂单体)、工程纤维、高模量高强度聚合物纤维等方面的研究、开发、应用等
工作。
【主要研究方向和领域】
特种高分子材料。包括特种水泥混凝土外加剂、改性醇醚、高模高强聚合物耐高温有机
硅弹性体、特种用途导电聚合物材料等。目前该方向有多个项目资助,包括国家 863 项目、
企业研发投资、军品民口配套项目及其他横向合作项目等。
聚合物纤维材料。包括特种芳纶纤维、高模量高强度碳纤维、高强度聚丙烯单丝、网状
纤维、聚酯纤维、聚丙烯腈纤维、木质素纤维等。目前该方向有多个项目资助,包括国家
973 项目、航天基金、企业研发投资等。
高分子纳米材料。包括高分子纳米模板、高分子微球、生物医用高分子材料等。主要研
究骨科植入用高分子材料及生物可降解材料,包括人工关节用刚性耐摩擦材料,关节内缓冲
用弹性体材料等。该方向有国家 863 项目等多项资助。

2002~2004 年承担国际合作(新加坡材料研究院)项目《用自组装方法制备纳米功能材料》。
2003~2006 年承担国家 863 计划纳米信息材料及器件的集成技术专题课题《磁性纳米线阵

Tuo Xinlin,professor of Qinghua University,, doctoral supervisor, graduated from
Qinghua University ater gaining the doctor ofengineering degree in 2002. During the
university, he won the highest award of first-class scholarship and the Acadenic
RookieNomination Award of Qinghua Universty. He presided over and participated in
national outstanding youth fund projecls of atural cience.the Sel-assembly Process of the
Photo-responsive Azo Polyelectrolyte, the Study of Microstructure and Photoelectic
lnformation Function(No.59925309), the national natural science fund project, Carbon

Special polymer material it includes special cement concrete admixture, modified
ether, high -modulus and high-strength polymer,slicone elastomer resistant to high
temperature,conducting polymer materials for special purposes and elc. there have been
variousproject grants for the materials, and national 863 projects, enterprise R&D and
development,miltary matching people projects and otherhorizontal cooperation project are
included.
Polymeric fiber material it includes special aramid fiber,high-modulus and
high-strength carbon fiber, high-modulus polypropylenemonofilament ,reticular fiber,
polyester fiber, acrylic fiber, cellulose fiber and etc. There have been various project
grants for specil polymermaterials so far, including national 973 projects, the space
foundation, enterprise R&D and development and so forth.
Polymer nanomaterial it includes polymer nano template, polymer microsphere,
biomedical polymer materials and so on.It focuses onthe studly of plymer materials for
orthopedic implantation and synthetic biodegradable materials, which consists oft rigid
friction resistancematerals for joint prosthesis, elastomericmaterials for joint internal buffer
