Single-ply roofing systems have been applied in North America and Europe for over 50 years with all types of polymer membranes used in the exposed

waterproofing layer. Since being introduced in China in the Mid 1990’s, Single-ply roof systems have been broadly applied for airport terminals, sports

stadiums, exhibition centers, shopping malls, logistic warehouses, transport hubs, and industrial plants. Besides, single-ply roof systems are becoming

the design trend for flat roofs projects.

单层柔性屋面系统是相对于叠层和多层系统, 采用单层柔性卷材防水层的屋面系统, 通常包括结构层、隔汽层、保温

层、防水层等屋面层次,采用机械固定、满粘或空铺法等不同方式将各层次依次结合起来。单层柔性屋面系统具有自重轻、

防水保温性能好、施工快捷、易检修、寿命长、长期性价比优等特点。尤其在钢结构屋面,能够彻底解决传统屋面系统的渗

漏水问题、冷桥结露问题、噪音问题、多曲面构造等问题。

Single-ply roof system structures include roof decks, vapor barriers, insulation boards, waterproof membranes; and the assemblies are integrated by

Mechanically Fastend, Fully Adhered or Ballasted methods. Compared with other systems, Single-ply roofing stands out in these aspects: light-weight,

Waterproofing Materials

防水问题是多年来困扰设计、施工和业主的建筑工程质量通病,它严重影响了建筑物的正常使用。屋面防水的成功

与否,不仅是建筑物使用功能的基本要求,而且在一定程度上决定了建筑物的结构安全和使用寿命。

Construction waterproofing failures have always been one of the most common problems for architects, contractors, and project owners. Thus, roof

waterproofing success is not only a basic functional requirement but also the key to building structural safety and service life.

屋面系统防水材料的选择取决于工程类型、建筑功能、当地环境、防水等级等因素,并结合施工环境和防水材料自

身特点来制定合理的防水工程方案。对单层柔性屋面系统来说,防水卷材长期暴露,阳光、雪雨直接侵蚀,严冬酷暑温

度变化大,昼夜之间屋面板会发生伸缩,因此应选用耐候耐老化的、且具有一定延伸性的、耐冷热度变化的材料。

Roof waterproofing material selection depends on engineering type, building function, local environment, and waterproofing grade; and proposals

should be united to the material features. For Single-ply roofing systems, the waterproof membrane is always under external environmental

Thermoplastic Polyolefin, or TPO, is the fastest-growing segment of the flat commercial roofing industry since it’s been invented 20 years ago. TPO is well

known as the greatest performing green waterproofing materials in the roofing membrane market. TPO membranes are based on advanced polymerization

technology that combines flexibility of ethylenepropylene(EP) rubber with the heat weldability of polypropylene. Physical properties of the membrane are

enhanced by a strong polyester fabric that is encapsulated between the TPO-based top and bottom plies.

the Low-Carbon Economy environment, Single-ply roofing is the best choice for green building roofing systems.

Daylighting System

屋面系统的采光一直是建筑物围护系统的一个重要组成部分,采光系统与屋面防水和保温的紧密结合直接影响着屋面

整体的使用效果和寿命。目前在国内单层柔性屋面系统中广泛应用阳光板和钢化玻璃来做整体自然通风、自然排烟、自然

采光的解决方案,以实现对维护系统的智能化控制。

Roof Daylighting is one of the most important components for the Envelope System. The joints between daylighting and waterproofing & insulation have

direct influence on roof service life. The skylight materials applied in domestic Single-ply roofs are made of PC or tempered glass, and used for smoke

venting, ventilation, and daylighting solutions.

阳光板通过聚碳酸酯型材连接件和支撑系统结构(钢结构框架)连接,广泛应用于大面积屋面覆盖采光,尤其是半透

明的屋顶,允许自然光射入,以减少使用电力能源的供应,达到节能减排的目的;非常适合应用在大型商场、工业厂房、

公共建筑的屋顶,也可根据客户的要求对天窗的热传导系数、抗结露性能、隔音性能、透光率等进行定制。自控系统分电

动和气动两种方式,可以与建筑物的主消防系统联动,也可以自配多种感应探头。

PC skylight is attached to the structure support by polycarbonate materials, which is broadly applied for long-span commercial & public buildings and

industrial plants. According to customer’s requirements, the coefficient of thermal conductivity, condensation resistance, sound-insulation and lighttransparency can be customized. The control system can be electrically driven or pneumatically driven, and be interconnected with central fire fighting

system of the building.

Drainage Systems

安全性和高效性是对于屋面雨水排放系统的基本要求。因为系统

一旦发生故障,雨水不能被迅速排出,从而增加屋面荷载。严重者甚

至可导致屋面结构坍塌,造成重大人身和财物损失。

Safety and efficiency are the essential requirements for roof drainage systems. If the

drainage system breaks down, water cannot drain promptly, increasing the roof load.

In worst-case scenarios, the roof becomes overloaded causing severe damage to the

building structure, even cause huge property loss and casualties.

传统的屋面重力流排水方式的原理是利用屋面结构的坡度,使水自然流入屋面上的雨水斗,然后以气水混合的状态依

靠重力作用顺立管而下。虹吸式雨水排放系统则不同,在降雨的初期,该系统与重力式雨水排水系统的运作方式相差无几。

当降雨量加大,屋面上的水位达到一定高度时,雨水斗会自动隔断空气进入斗内,从而产生虹吸效果,系统也转变为高效

的排放系统,抽吸雨水向下排放,排水效率大大增加。

Traditional gravity flow drainage uses the structural slope to let water flow to the roof outlet, and then flow out mixed with water and air. Comparably,

Siphon drainage applies the same principle with the traditional method, however, when the roof water level reaches a certain height the siphon hopper

automatically blocks air into the siphon outlet. This is when the siphon effect occurs and the system automatically transforms into a more effective

drainage method.
